This is my first time visiting Neighborhood JAM and I must say that it has been an amazing experience. The atmosphere has a VIBE that's electric and it is extremely clean!! The staff has been ROCKIN IT TODAY. Food is delicious and I know that I definitely will be coming back!! Thank you EMILY, OUR WAITRESS (OUTSTANDING) JOSH (WHAT CAN I SAY ... HE MADE THIS BEAUTIFUL BLOODY MARY) AND JOSIE THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. GREAT JOB!!

Good food that tastes fresh. Bacon was delicious, nice smoky flavor. I like the vibe of the place, staff was friendly. Our waitress was great. Prices were not bad either for 2 of us. Nice they offered a military discount. The bathrooms were clean. Parking lot can look busy so might have to park just down a bit if you go in the morning. Would come back.

Great for adults and kids! My 7 year old really loves the French toast and ate all of it. The breakfast potatoes were a little rubbery, so I couldn’t give 5 stars. We can’t wait to go back to try other items and I really want to try their coffee drinks.

Waiter was great! Coffee was fresh and hot! Their special breakfast burger was bomb! But the fries, best waffle fries I’ve ever had! Get it with comeback sauce!

First visit to this place. Biscuits were warm and very fresh. We enjoyed our meals and they have so many choices. Everything we had was fresh and full of flavor. Suggest that you check and get on the waitlist to make your wait at the restaurant manageable. They can tend to have a long wait time.

Busy Saturday morning, we only had a five minute wait. Service was great! But bottom line - I just expected more for the price. A couple observations on our food: the flavor is very different on the breakfast potatoes - a little like ancho chili crossed with adobo. Recommend you go with the hash browns as a side. Also not sure what happened with the bacon - it was disappointing in quality, texture and flavor. We didn’t get syrup so pancakes were pretty dry. LOTS of pepper in the gravy. Favorite of the three dishes was the burrito - flavor was great and it came with fresh pico and fresh avocado. The white Mexican cheese added a nice touch.

Thank goodness my friend made got our group (4 people) on a waitlist 2 hours before our meet up because it would’ve taken a good moment to get us seated. But that is to be expected at a popular brunch place at 10:00a.m. Our server, Loren, was nice and very patient with us. There was a moment where one of us had to switch out a drink order because it wasn’t what they wanted and they did so without making us feel terrible about it. I appreciated her positive attitude! Kudos to you! My food was pretty darn good, I got myself the Westside Benny which was the smoked salmon Benedict (at least that what it seemed like) with a side of potatoes rather than hash browns. While I loved the Benny, I wasn’t the biggest fan of the potatoes, mainly because it was a bit salty for my taste. Love the biscuits though! Moist and flaky! With my favorite sauce being the apple butter! YUM! Oh! For my drink I decided to get the Mango Jasmine tea and to my surprise it was unsweetened, so fair warning to folks if you think it’s a sweet drink. Lol! Overall, I’d come back if I ever want brunch again.

Amazing!!!! My server Courtney and Manager Mitch showed great hospitality and was very prompt with everything! They came asked about the taste of my food and anything I needed, they provided…they atmosphere is so nice and welcoming. If I could give 1,000 stars I would. I love this place. I had a great time. You will not be disappointed if you come here.

Make a reservation ahead of time!! Neighborhood Jam is super popular so I would suggest making reservations or checking in online ahead of time to avoid the wait. Our experience was great! We ordered drinks and everyone seemed to love them. The mimosas are huge and they offer different flavors. I ordered the Hot Jam Biscuit and it was really good. I’m not going to lie though I was a little disappointed with the quality of the bacon. The chicken was delicious! I also asked for gravy on the side and it was a really good addition to eat with the biscuit and hashbrowns! The waiter was really nice and attentive. The restaurant has a really good vibe to it with pops of yellow and really comfortable booths.

Great Place!! Wish they had more tables instead of booths. Food was really good. Wish they had Chicken Fried Steak. Price is good. Yukon is finally getting one. Looking forward for further Dine-In experience.

I was extremely disappointed in the fact that the restaurant was packed to the brim. There wasn’t even room to wait. I chose to leave and go eat at “Good Gravy “ where they definitely are practicing social distancing. It saddens me to think that in this time that we have Covid numbers surging so rapidly we place making money above life. I’m sure your food is delicious but not at the cost of only being 1-2 feet apart

I've been here a few times but Saturdays visit prompted me to leave a review. EDDIE made the experience so enjoyable. The perfect amount of chill, confidence and professionalism. His suggestions and attentive nature elevated the service. I couldn't decide what pancakes i wanted, so he suggested the trio. Great choice. My husband ordered the special. Both were delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing. Not loud and perfectly lighted. My husband said I'll come back just for the service.

Stopped here while traveling from WI. Just happened to drive by and stopped. Service was good. Food was excellent. The biscuits are very large and fresh. Apple butter awesome, the apple pepper jam that's on the tables, is really good. Hubby had the breakfast Cuban, he liked it. I had the special of the day Monte Cristo deep fried. Wasn't great, too much breading, but I'm sure others would like it. Can't say anything negative about our experience. Had a really good chai latte as well. We would come back.

This is my favorite location to eat at. Now the wait time to eat is longer but you would need to reserve on the waitlist before arriving. My favorite dish is the shrimp and grits. You can never go wrong with them. Next it’s the potatoes and the variety pancakes. Hands down my favorite breakfast place!

  • 1/5 Donnie Smith, J. 3 years ago on Google
Wasn't worth the hype or the wait. Too loud inside and the food is nothing special. Expected a whole lot better for a Hal Smith owned restaurant. Pancakes and toast was way over cooked. Sausage in ommlet was nasty had a strong boar taste. Wasn't able to find our waitress and ended up asking a manager for our check so we could leave. $45+ for breakfast,,,,. Maybe somewhere else this place isn't better than Jimmy's Egg.

Food is delicious but wait times can be ridiculous at times. I suggest putting yourself on the wait list and heading there closer to your time. This past weekend I was on the wait list for 2 hours and a half!

Had brunch, mimosas were good. A little strong for me but I felt like we got our moneys worth. Pineapple bourbon pancakes were really good. Service was good as well.

By far the best breakfast I’ve ever had, even the toast was awesome. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. If you’re in Oklahoma City, make sure you go. Staff was super friendly, manager was bussing tables, couldn’t even drink my coffee fast enough before it was topped off! Just go, you won’t be disappointed!

This Brunch spot is a real jewel in OKC. The service was outstanding, ambiance was nice and the food was really tasty, I ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes and the big burrito. Both menu items were phenomenal each delivered outstanding flavor explosions in my mouth. I never expected OKC to have a brunch spot that is comparable to that of Atlanta, Houston or LA. Great job Neighborhood Jam. Keep up the great work and keep the food tasty and delicious.!!!

This visit on 09/02/22 was one of many dining experiences at this chain. We typically choose this location due to proximity. However, there is consistency at each location among dishes and service. My go-to is the The Heap and Hotline Bling. We both got a wild hair and tried something new, The Good Ole Boy and Big Bad Burrito. Both excellent. Tip: monitor Yelp/Open Table throughout your morning and establish your reservation ASAP. Usually, walk-ins are possible before 8:30am. Edited to include pictures from 07/19/22: My boyfriend and I went around noon for his birthday. I go the sweet potato hash.

Visiting town for work and ordered a club sandwich and fries. It was done quickly and well put together. The fries were extra crispy and absolutely glorious!!

The food was average. Went with a group of 5, none of us were impressed. I had read and heard great reviews on this place, so I was willing to put up with the hour wait (even though I was originally told 20-30 min). However, the tall hostess was incredibly rude and demeaning. It was around 11 am, so it may have been busy, but there was a crowd of people in the front trying to check in or put their party down on the waiting list, and she acknowledged no one. I would have been content with a simple “hi, I’ll be right with you”, but we were all standing there in front of her asking ourselves “have u checked in with her yet? No? Ok where’s the line?” And she just stood there, not acknowledging the crowd gathering in front of her. On top of that, she was demeaning when I did speak to her, while I was standing there she answered the phone and took someone’s order and then proceeded to roll her eyes and sarcastically smile while commenting something about whoever just called- right in front of me. I wanted to leave at this point, but I had a group who wanted to try the place so we stayed. I had older people in my party, some who don’t speak English fluently, and was told by one of the servers “this isn’t a McDonald’s” when he said “number 12” when it was his time to order, as he thought the number directly next to the name was how to order. Overall a very “blah” experience, including the food. Coffee was terrible, I couldn’t even finish it. People’s food wasn’t terrible, but nothing special by any means. Only thing I liked was the flight of pancakes. Not sure if this place is overhyped because it is probably the best Edmond/OKC has got, but it really missed the mark for me in many areas and did not make me want to return.

We had our first experience here and it was amazing! I like pancakes but I don’t crave them or love them but I think that has changed after today! I tried Third Wheel which is where you get to try 3 different pancakes. I ordered gluten free and I tried blueberry, cinnamon roll, and lemon poppy pancakes. They were absolutely delicious and tasted like normal pancakes! My husband tried Cowboy Continental which had steak, eggs, and potatoes. It was pretty good. The atmosphere was cute and eclectic. We had a 45 minute wait but we were seated in about 30 minutes. You can get on the waitlist ahead of time and I would suggest doing that!

A 2 page gluten free menu y’all, and it’s amazing food not just bland variations of the regular menu. Several different types of gluten free pancakes to pick from. Gluten free toast as well. The service was great, and the restaurant was very clean with a nice relaxing atmosphere.

This was our first time in OK. By far one of the greatest breakfast experiences we have ever had. The server we had, Kailey was AMAZING. She was so kind, so attentive- I never had an empty cup of coffee. Food was amazing, prompt and piping hot. Once they found out we were first time visitors they were so sweet and friendly. Definitely will come back anytime we’re in OK. 10/10 recommend just off of the customer service alone. You’ll wanna stay for the food.

This is our first visit. Do use the wait list! It's very popular! I had the Pigs in a Pancake. Outstanding! So yummy! The Good Old Boy breakfast was good. Hash browns a bit greasy, but tasted okay. The cheese grits were very delicious. Service was wonderful! Friendly and fast. Will definitely return!

My family and I are visiting from out of state. We waited for a table almost an hour, this morning! However the wait turned out to be so worth it. I highly recommend this establishment. The food was Amazing. We really enjoyed our visit.

Love this place! Their food is consistently good, and I’ve been going for a few years now. The mimosas are great, and the atmosphere is very trendy yet welcoming. Perfect brunch location. Always busy and packed, but that’s understandable with such good food.

I’ve been here a couple times and enjoyed both times! Everything I’ve tried here has been great, and I love how much of the food is local. Great service, cool vibes. Always busy! I’d never complain about eating here!

SIMPLE...5 stars all the way. The family and I decided to come for breakfast after reading other yelp customers giving this place great reviews. We were not disappointed. The steak Benedict and french toast were my favorite out of the four dishes ordered. The pancakes were also very delicious. It was hard to not include it as my top favorite since they were so soft and moist full of buttery goodness. One slightly negative was the coffee, but will not deduct points because I am not a coffee connoisseur. I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly service. I will be returning next time I am in Oklahoma.

Absolutely amazing!!! And consistent!! I am a regular here! Our favorite is The heap!!! Its a huge serving that me and my husband always share and never regret. The monkey bread is another favorite. Iced caramel latte is like no other! London fog is just love!!

It was delicious. But it is very tight seating and very crowded and pricey! 20 minute wait on Wednesday at noon. All in all good, but budget your time and money before you go!
