    Waited an hour and 20 minutes for my order before driving to the store to pick it up (7 minutes away). Order was placed at 12:23PM, order showed “out for delivery” at 12:40PM. At 1:40PM I drove to the store. I understand if you’re understaffed but just don’t take delivery orders if you can’t handle them. Very dissatisfied, will try to other location on Memorial and Western if I decide I want JJs again.

    “extremely understaffed with no drivers” but they still allowed me to place a delivery order first without telling me? & when I went to pick it up there were FOUR employees sitting doing nothing in a completely empty store? yikes. Also this company wouldn’t be so understaffed if they’d pay their employees a livable wage.

    It took 1hr and 45min for two sandwiches and a loaf of bread. One had tomatoes after we asked for no tomatoes. The loaf didn't even arrive. They also forgot our drinks. We live not even a mile away, and they weren't busy.

    Food is fine, but VERY inconsistent service. Sometimes they are quick to take and make orders (as advertised) but more often than not I’ve had to stand in line for 10+ minutes and wait as much as 20 minutes for my food. Sometimes I’m in and out in under 15 min but too frequently they are understaffed and very slow. Tables also should be cleaned more often than they actually are but the store is generally clean. Hey Jimmy John’s, here’s a tip: if you pay people properly then you won’t have a staff shortage and you could give your customers the experience that you built the brand on!!

    There have been a few times where they were taking much longer than usual, but they always had a good explanation of why. The staff in-store is typically very friendly, again with a few exceptions that just seem to hate being there and having to talk to you, but we all have rough times. Delivery personnel are nice and to the point. The food itself is great.

    They were making it to go order I was the only one standing there and they made me wait 10 minutes before they took my order or even attempted to, so I walked out. There was nobody standing there even to pick up the to go order

    Ordered a sandwich combo today, it took almost 10 minutes for the lady to take my order, I think she was new which I understand but then it took about 40 minutes for the food to get here and my drink was only filled half way :/

    Every time we order from this “freaky fast” store, they have technical issues and can’t seem to get an order complete until you call. Then they tell you another 20-30 minutes. Unless you want to wait 1-2 hours for a sandwich I suggest going somewhere else. It’s a sandwich after all.

    Today was my very first experience at Jimmy Johns! I ordered the jalapeño wrap! It was amazing! Service was amazing and fast! The store was very nice and clean! The manager Lisa is doing an amazing job!! I will definitely be back!

    It's a sandwich. But it's a good sandwich, and when you're craving a sandwich (or just the guts of a sandwich) you can get it here. And the people are nice so even better.

    The menu prices do not reflect actual price. They don’t mention to that because they want to upcharge you. The menu shows a side of ranch for 75 cents. They charged me $3 for a tiny soufflé cup of ranch that wasn’t even sent with my order. Its only 50 cents at other locations around the metro. The others were right- don’t bother with this place. The workers were really not that friendly either.

    The food is usually good, the understaffing of drivers is an issue. I've had my last two orders take over an hour, one was an hour and 45 min and I'm less than two miles from the store. I was stuck at work and couldn't leave. They should at least let you know they have a wait time like that, definitely NOT freaky fast.... I gave this location a second chance and unfortunately, I probably won't order from them anymore. Sad because I like their sandwiches. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Ordered my usual sandwich from a different location than I usually do. I ordered from 2801 east memorial instead of 1001 w memorial and I had order #78 delivered with instructions where to go and name and everything. Instead the delivery driver took it upfront at the counter and and the cashier told the jj delivery driver that he’s back in the service area and to take it there. Instead the delivery driver just tossed my lunch on the counter and walked off for anyone to take. That’s a bad attitude in my opinion. I wish I didn’t tip at this point. I don’t appreciate it. After calling this store branch, I went to finish my sandwich and and 3/4 in I noticed a long blonde hair I had mostly in my mouth with food. Freakin gross

    I LOVE JJ's!! This location is generally staffed with super efficient, friendly people, and my order is always correct. I always order the #14 Bootlegger Club (turkey and roast beef with mayo, without the usual lettuce and tomato), and enjoy their JJ's BBQ chips. I love that this location also has outdoor seating, which is really nice in the spring and autumn seasons.

    I would give ZERO stars if i could. Garage sub, they barely put any lettuce or tomato, and literally half a scoop of tuna on a FOOTLONG SUB. by the way i ordered 2. So i had to go back inside after taking my first bite of straight bread. Lazy, unprofessional, and the sub was subpar at that, save your money and eat elsewhere!!!

    Tried this location and was very disappointed. They had one door open and it was extremely hot inside. The manager (I'm assuming) yelled at the workers in front of customers and he also scraped the stuff of the prep counter onto a sandwich. So glad they were finished with my order.!

    They treat mobile orders as last priority, or whenever they get a chance to go look at them. Waited in store 45 minutes after ordering while people walking in and ordering at the desk were getting their order within 5 minutes.

    This location always does a great job and delivers fast. Today they were short staffed and I placed a delivery order. It took waaayyy longer than normal for it to arrive and both sandwiches were wrong. It took the manager a while to call back which is totally ok because they were doing the best they could being short staffed and this is the first mistake ever. He was very accommodating and immediately gave me a credit and was very apologetic for the mistake. No business is perfect but it all about how they handle their mistakes!
