I really wanted to give this place five stars. The food was amazing, our server was awesome but the manager was unprofessional. I ordered a medium steak. When it came to the table, I cut onto the outside and it was obviously rare, a middle cut showed that it was very rare. I asked my server if they could cook it to medium and he said that was fine. Then the manager comes out with my plate and kneels on the floor next to me and was asking me what I thought medium was because this steak was medium in his perspective. I responded by telling him I could pull it up on Google to show him what medium looks like, which I did, and he responded by laughing and saying “oh no, Google pictures?”. He responded by saying that his chefs know what medium is and that they are “classically” trained. My husbands steak was medium rare and his steak was more cooked than mine. I’m not sure why he was so defensive about a steak. We were looking at each other in disbelief when he finally got up and took my steak back to be cooked. I didn’t throw a fit, I didn’t make a fuss, I just asked for it to be reheated. I was as polite as I was when ordering our meal. I figured this was just a simple fix. We won’t be back because of this, and it’s a shame because it was my husbands birthday and went went all out and spent $130 on our meal with an appetizer, steaks and desserts. We would have had a better experience at Texas Roadhouse for much less money. I’ll reluctantly post the pictures of the food because it really was good.

Nothing special. Actually disappointed since I looked at the reviews ahead of time. Overrated and overpriced, probably because of the area. The food wasn't anything special. Server didn't seem confident in anything. One burger was overcooked. The deviled eggs were the only thing worth getting again. Also took our server a ridiculous amount of time to take care of our check. Won't be going back.

We enjoyed this place, steaks were both amazing, our waiter was awesome at recommendations. We will return. Great Atmosphere too. Good Drinks according to the wife!

I love firebirds! The food is great and so is the customer service. My favorite items to are the black diamond martini, deviled eggs, Buffalo wings, and steak! You really can’t go wrong with any food or drink item because this place is just good!

We had a wonderful dinner out on the enclosed patio. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and prompt. For the appetizer, we had the phillycheesesteak egg rolls, and wow, those are delicious. I ordered the Durango burger and my husband went with the Firebirds Chicken Pasta and both we very tasteful. We liked it all so much we decided we will come back and have a steak sometime. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I came for a date night and definitely enjoyed it. The service was excellent and food was good. We had the grilled salmon and pepper crusted sirloin. My wife loved the salmon. My sirloin was pretty good, but a little over done and dry. Best part of the meal may have been the parmesan mashed potatoes. Overall, we had a really good meal and had a nice time.

Went during lunch on weekday and it was easy to get a seat. Nice modern atmosphere. Service was very good and attentive. Food was good and flavorful. It seemed like a more upscale version of Chili's. Not too impressive but meet all my expectations. I think the prices are a little high. Overall it was good and I would visit again although it wouldn't be my first choice or my first recommendation.

Great atmosphere, great server. My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. Food presentation was good, everything looked fine and was cooked how it was supposed to be cooked. My husband order his steak medium and that’s exactly how he got it, however his steak and my salmon were both supposed to have a key-lime butter. Neither of us could taste any flavor at all. Nothing except grill char. No salt, nothing. Just meat. He added salt to his at the table and it was better. I added salt and lemon to my salmon, much better. That being said, the sides that were prepared with the proteins were amazing! Perfectly cooked and delicious! I had fresh veggies, but requested them grilled instead of steamed. So good! Loaded baked potato was delicious! We also had the Deviled Eggs appetizer. These were fantastic! I’d go back just for these little delights! The candied bacon and jalapeño on top are perfect. Great night out and good food. We’ll definitely be enjoying dinner here again! Oh! AND they are using plant-based straws that actually hold up throughout your entire meal!! BRAVO FIREBIRDS!! The service is excellent however the food could be better. I had the pineapple chicken and the chicken was quite over done. It only included 3 medium size chunks of pineapple too. The side of fresh vegetables was good but under-seasoned. I added an additional portion of shrimp which were also overcooked and a bit rubbery. Maybe their steak is better...

Celebrating Veterans Day!!! Firebirds was providing a free meal to all veterans. Thank you for recognizing all of us who served! Terrific atmosphere! Awesome server thanks Johnny!!! The Lobster Spinach Queso absolutely spot on - would definitely recommend trying this starter! My entree was the Aged Ribeye. It was a good choice however, the was the first time I ever had it served Pittsburg style. I was unaware of that option so tried it. Not sure I would do it again but it did have lots of flavor! My wife tried the Steak Sandwich with chimichurri sauce also a great selection. I've dined her once before and after today it will be one on my favorite places to come for either lunch or dinner!

Overall pretty good! The server was pretty nice and kept up on everything. We did not like the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls at all. Don’t bother getting those, but the lobster spinach queso and onion rings were really good! We will for sure be getting those again. The caprese chicken pasta was pretty good too, but not my favorite thing in the world. We’ll probably be back again in the future.

Fun atmosphere. The prime rib was really thick and maybe took away from tasting it as much. Good flavor. The filet was delicious. The lobster spinach dip was excellent!

All of the staff are amazing here. We’ve visited several times and have always loved it. You can count on an excellent meal and over the top service. The restaurant is beautiful and in a great location. This time we ordered the grilled salmon and chicken pasta. Serving sizes are more than adequate, and we had left overs. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner here around 6pm on 9/11. Our party of four was warmly welcomed and seated immediately. The service for the entire night was phenomenal. Our appetizer was the jalapeño bacon deviled eggs, which were way more tasty than I expected. The bread and butter provided for the table was fresh out of the oven and warm and soft and savory. My entree was the lobster fondue salmon, which was seasoned and cooked perfectly with buttery lobster sauce which made every bite decadent. And I finished off the meal with a brownie for dessert which was out of this world delicious. We had a fantastic experience here over an extraordinary meal.

My sirloin steak was fantastic. I ordered rare and it was a true rare. The broccoli was steamed perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. Definitely recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere to the waitress was just all above expectations. I also recommend the horseradish sauce with the mashed potatoes. It came with our prime rib sliders.

I haven't eaten here yet, but my delivery order was promptly started on once I entered. The girl didn't come back without it, she waited on it just as long as I did. What hit home run for me was the awesome lemonade stand inside. It's to fight childhood cancer which my sister is a survivor of. Keep up the great work and God bless.

Service was extremely slow. I'm only assuming because it was Father's Day. Our appetizers pretty much came out same time as our main meals. Ordered steak well done. It was very hard to chew and was still red inside. Our waitress was nice, but seemed overwhelmed. Martini was good and strong. The atmosphere is really nice.

My significant other got the cilantro grilled chicken, and I got the cheeseburger. Both were delicious and the portion sizes are fairly large. The service was amazing. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. A bit pricey, but perfect for a date night or birthday dinner. Our waitress also explained to us that they have a special lemonade created from a company that donates to charity and I thought that was neat. 5/5

Honestly a fantastic food, service and environment. He selected to sit on the patio but after hearing the echo where we couldn’t think we requested a table inside and they accommodated us with no problem. The gluten-free options that we were provided were fantastic and we enjoyed our meal. There were no gluten-free options for dessert but we substituted for another round of drinks! 😋

My family and I ate here for my birthday. The service and the atmosphere were both excellent! Unlike most restaurants, I had no trouble hearing the other people at my table. As for the food, I had the pineapple chicken with broccoli, and everyone else had either burgers or steak. The chicken was mediocre, and could have done with less pepper and more glaze. My family said their entrees tasted great, so apparently I just picked the wrong thing. The sides were fine but could have used a bit more seasoning. For dessert we split a brownie, which was very good, and also very rich! A single brownie was enough to feed three to four people.

Overall great quality food Cons: 1. Impossible Burger had a grill taste but that was all. It wasn't bland but it didn't have a distinct taste itself. 2. Parking was cramped Summary: I did not check the bathrooms here. I would return here as well. The overall experience was extremely pleasant! What we had to eat were onion rings, salad, impossible burger and pineapple chicken

Gave it two shots, and both times were the exact same. The bread is good. The appetizers are good. The salads are good. However, the entrees are just simply not good. Steaks, one filet and one sirloin, were over cooked and almost flavorless both times. Same with the salmon and the chicken. Ultimately, there is a lack of flavor for every entree we have gotten. The atmosphere is great. The staff is great. The scenery is great. But, the food just doesn’t live up to the price.

Amazing food and service was on point! 1st time here (live out of town), but will return Fyi, have the creme Brule cheesecake- it's phenomenal.

This place is incredible! Steaks cooked to perfection! I had the aged ribeye medium well, and my husband had the filet medium, and we couldn't have asked for better steaks. The ranch rings were a delicious appetizer and the lemon cake is a must for dessert! We will be going back!
