Amazing hotel to stay at! Fully remodeled inside and out with various amenities nearby! Few minutes from downtown! Close to the OKC Will Rogers Airport! Bed was cozy and breakfast was fresh! Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel! STELLAR VIEWS FROM HOTEL HIGHER FLOORS!!

First and foremost I never stayed here because the front desk clerk that I spoke to on Saturday October 21, 2023 at 12:10pm was so rude. Obviously she knew she was being disrespectful because she refused to disclose her name. I am sure based on the date and time you can figure out exactly who this employee is. I asked her for the manager name and she told me she did not have to tell me anyone's name. Your calls are probably monitored so pull the tape and listen for yourself. Choice Hotels please consider who you have representing you at your properties. These people speak for your entire corporation. I was looking for a room for two nights for one of my employees and was merely asking about the hot water situation that seems to be an issue with a lot of guests that stayed at your hotel that said they did not have hot water. Read it for yourself. It all over your reviews. This front desk person told me to find another hotel. I am sure that will help you get a lot of business. We are a transportation company and we spend thousands of dollars in hotels for our drivers but I will never put one of our drivers in your hotel and take the chance of them being exposed to someone like this. Choice Hotels -- what are your core values? Do you pride yourself in integrity, customer service, and accountability? At this point I would never recommend anyone to your hotels and I am sure that I am not the only one that feels this way based off of the reviews I read. Think about who you have representing you because this person does not need to be in the front speaking to your customers. Spend some time in training your employees to face the public whether it be in person or over the phone. We are paying for your services so we expect quality customer service at the highest level. That's what Hospitality is suppose to be about.

Only one elevator. Pool was inoperable. My room was in definite need of repair. However, the ONLY bright spot of my stay was the desk clerk, Esther. My first room had been smoked in, so she graciously moved me to another room. While waiting for her to help me with my issue, I observed her deal professionally and politely with an unreasonable and rude customer.

Stayed for 10 days. Out of those ten days both elevators were not working on 4 different days. The hotel has two elevators, however was told that one has been broken for months so only one works and takes forever since everyone is using that one. However, on 4 different days the other elevator also quit working as well. So since I was on 9th floor, I had the fun pleasure of walking up and down 9 flights of stairs!!! Very unprofessional, and very tiring for one to do. Now my thighs and calves are very sore. I wasn't offered any discount, promotion, nor even a, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" empathy from any workers there. One maid even laughed and said "it happens all the time, I'm used to it, it's a good work out". Well I'm not paying for a workout of 9 flights of stairs, so I will never go back to this hotel since "it happens all the time".

This hotel is currently not in operation. Somehow, I was able to book a room for May 7th, 2022. When I got there. The hotel was closed. Update: on may 14th, 2022, I wasn't able to book a room, so I looks like they got that corrected on all the websites.

We only got boiling hot water in our room, only solution given was to let water run for 15+ mins to run the hot out, after crying to get cool enough water (not boiling) for over 30 minutes we called again and they came to check it and said it was fixed (it did the same thing it did multiple times which was get a little less boiling for a few moments then back to boiling) the desk person left, then we had to call back less than 5 minutes later because it was back to boiling, it was then that they finally offered us another room to shower in Also - 8th floor and no window screens - super unsafe

This place is a great value. "Si" greeted me warmly at the front desk when I checked in. We made pleasant conversation and he really seemed to enjoy his job, I checked in around 3:30pm and was very surprised to see him still working when the free breakfast was being set up the next morning at 7am, dude must have worked a double shift, smiling the whole time. The free breakfast was fresh and very good, I enjoyed everything I ate. They offered 4 kinds of cereal and milk, oatmeal, 3 or 4 different juices, fresh hot coffee and creamers, a variety of yogurts, wheat and white bread with a nice toaster, butter, peanut butter and assorted jams, jellies and cream cheese, a fruit bowl and chafing dishes of powdered eggs formed into a circle, fresh baked biscuits and sausage gravy. I think they were out of cranberry juice and there was an empty spot near the bread so they may have been out of bagels too but really, there was plenty of good food and drinks available. The entire breakfast area has a nice design and feel, there are beautiful white tiles behind the buffet (instead of just a painted sheetrock wall) and plenty of comfortable chairs and tables and a large padded bench along the opposite wall. The attendant made sure everything was filled and kept the place very neat and clean and she was also on the cleaning crew after breakfast as she also worked to keep the lobby fresh and clean. There was a modest exercise room that was also very clean and the Wi-Fi worked great. I saw an ice machine in the lobby but didn't need any. It's November so I didn't even look for a pool. My room (10th floor) was spectacular. A huge comfortable bed, three soft pillows, a desk, chair, bureau, ice bucket, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, a huge flat screen TV, a desk and chair, a bureau, plenty of lamps and two nightstands. The bathroom was very clean and had a tub and was well stocked with what you need. The TP was high quality. There was an AM/FM clock radio and an ironing board and iron. The room AC/Heater worked flawlessly and was very quiet. I usually read reviews first when trying to select a place to stay and I was surprised and kinda disappointed at the number of poor reviews citing unclean conditions, bedbugs, vagrants, cigarette smells etc...and I have to say that those reviews seemed inaccurate and quite unfair. I realize that there were nine floors I didn't visit but they may have been remodeling top to bottom. Another common complaint was about signs in the breakfast area saying not to take food back to the rooms. I have stayed at places where that IS allowed and those places are usually pretty grubby because PEOPLE DROP STUFF. Sure, it's an accident...it happens and it's probably a better idea to not allow food to be taken out of the cafe. I will gladly stay here again, friendly people, a convenient location within walking distance to a convenience store and several places to eat that are open 24 hours and the price was VERY reasonable. Thank you Country Inn & Suites by Radisson for making my stay in Oklahoma City so pleasant, I appreciate the hospitality.

The hotel is average. It’s not dirty, but it’s not that comfortable. Everything seems stark and hard. It could benefit from a nice paint job in the rooms. Maybe an accent wall or some carpet that was not so hard. Same thing in the bathroom. The towel rack was on the floor. Not because it broke, that’s how they want it. Things like this make this hotel an OK place for overnight, but it’s not the comfort you get from another place. For me, paint a little more and getting the comfort is the key.

Nice clean room. The beds were a lil firm for my liking and the breakfast wasnt spectacular. But for the money, the location, and how quiet it was, Savage will definitely stay again

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and some of it was good and some bad. The staff was very polite and professional and for the price the room was ok. The issues I had were with the room itself. There were stains on the ceiling in both the room and the bathroom, there were Taco Bell sauce packets in the night stand as well as a plastic bag in the dresser drawer. The strangest issue I had was that the breakfast they provided consisted of egg round biscuits and gravy, there was no meat of any kind and I was told it had to be eaten in the breakfast section of the hotel, I could not take it back to my room. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and have never heard of this rule.

When we got to our room, there was champagne and chocolates waiting for us in the honeymoon suite. The only downside about it was that the hot tub was in the bathroom and not the bedroom or living area as I had expected. The room was nice, the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. The staff was great. I had a really nice stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable home feeling environment.

WARNING!! WARNING!! Avoid this DUMP!! Got a room and it STANK so bad from the wet carpet due to the leaking. AC. The smell was overwhelming. Gnats flying around. Obviously they hadn’t been in the rooms in a while. Requested another room. Was given the one next to the potential mold bucket. It had insects crawling in the cheesy, poorly maintained shower. This place should be condemned by the Heath Department then leveled. At one time it was a nice place. But due to the neglect and laziness of the owners and staff this poor excuse for a hotel should erased from any google search for a place to stay. There are plenty of respectable establishment to stay that are in the same vicinity. DONT STAY HERE!!!! You would be better off sleeping in your vehicle.

The lobby had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The elevators were disgusting and look as if the haven’t been cleaned in ages. We got to our floor and it had a very musty smell and felt humid. We got to our room and had hope since in LOOKED clean. When it was time for bed we pulled back the cover to reveal extremely wrinkled sheets and a stain on the comforter. We were just done and disgusted. I will NEVER stay there again.

The room was clean, and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, and they actually served a little pass the 10am cutoff time, but it did seem like the lady that was doing the breakfast was a bit overworked, and could have used some help. She was friendly, and worked hard, but there was just too much work for one person to be able to serve all that food and keep everything clean. we had been on the road for a while at that point, but I slept nicely in that bed. Apparently it was comfortable, since I don't remember much about it, lol.

This hotel was closed due to remodeling but they failed to notify anyone making reservations; New or existing. As a result, I received frostbite waiting for answers and had to go to another hotel!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway Sunday through Tuesday. It was very affordable. I don't really have any complaints. The staff were nice, our room was clean when we arrived, check in and out were both very smooth. It was a convenient location to the mall and a lot of restaurants that you could go to, as well as a huge casino, so we didn't drive more than 15min to a different location. They had a free breakfast which was great and the tastes weren't bad for something free. There was one elevator that was missing some ceiling tile, and a couple spots that seemed to show the buildings she, but it was minor. Overall a great stay.

The jacuzzi room is definitely overpriced. The bed is kind of hard and everything was very dusty. The a/c only blew cooler air when the fan setting was on and there is no screen on the window. The lid to my ice bucket was disgusting and was not given a clean one due to lack of clean or stocked other ones. TV remote only worked to turn TV on and off and volume up and down. When we asked for it to be fixed nobody ever came up to our room to fix it.

I reserved a stay from Friday - Monday. I checked out on Sunday because I couldn't take another night on that bed with the 3 tiny pillows that gave us. The towels were rough. The 2nd day there, I asked for clean towels & was told to bring the dirty ones downstairs & they would give me clean ones. I guess they thought we were going to steal some rough towels😂. The tub was peeling & had rust spots. The toilet wouldn't fill up. When it did fill up, it just kept running. One of our friends also had a room at this hotel. His first room, the thermostat didn't work. He was given another room & it was dirty🤦🏾‍♀️. He checked out that same day & went across the street to another hotel. He said it was great. We should have left when he did....but no worries! We won't be back to this location.

Hello good morning. I only have one doubt. I would like to know when my $50 deposit will be returned to me, depending on future damage to the room. There was no damage and that deposit has not been returned to me. Thank you very much, excellent service.

The employees were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was neat and clean. The only thing I would have liked different is the placement of the coffee maker. It was in the bathroom sitting next to the toilet. I buy my coffee, so for me it wasn't that big of an issue. However, for other guests it might be. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Loved the iconic vintage design of this hotel, but didn't love the dated bathrooms/furnishings. The tub and sink we had were cracked in our room (206) and sketchy enough that I didn't bother using them. I didn't think they were quite up to country inn and suites standards. The breakfast was good, and everything else looked in order, but it could definitely use an update.

  • 2/5 Gary G. 5 years ago on Google
Lobby area was nice. The daytime receptionist was constantly on her cell phone when checking in or checking out guest. The night time receptionist was not very prompt on anything. Very little English and hard to understand. Stayed on the 9th floor. It was quite different stepping off the elevator into the narrow hallways. The room could definitely use some updating and maybe some fresh paint. Repairs would also be in order the window would not shut all the way in our room. The water pressure was not great TV reception did not work real well and there online ad said there were kitchenettes in every . Not even the case but we spent most of the time at the hospital anyway it was a place to lay our heads.

The location was perfect for what we needed because it was within a short walking distance of my husband’s work. I wish the pool had been available, but it was under maintenance. I also wish they had typed up their notes regarding maintenance to appear a bit more professional, but it is what it is. Mostly everyone was friendly, but they did have a strange rule regarding not being able to take breakfast to your room. Their are refrigerators and microwaves provided in the rooms, and the plates were only styrofoam and not ceramic, so this rule seemed a bit silly to me. However, the hotel staff was extremely serious about this rule. That was really the only major complaint I had though. The view was amazing from the 10th floor! And the air conditioner worked very well in the summer heat. My son had fun helping us push the buttons in the elevator to get to the room and anytime we left. This was the first time he had ever stayed in a hotel and been old enough to talk, and he had an absolute blast. Although I had been a bit disappointed about the previously mentioned issues, in the end thinking back on everything it really wasn’t too bad for the price. Next time, I’ll just plan for bringing my own breakfast so I can eat in my room. No sense in being mad over eating an old bagel in the lobby. The “free breakfast” is never actually free anyway. And wasn’t worth the frustration I felt during the trip because of that silly rule. But maybe one day the management will realize just how silly it really is.

It was 90 and sunny. Pool.was green and closed. Boarded up broken windows on main floor. Overflowing trash in a pool chemical bucket, which was also the "ashtray" right outside the main entry doors. Broken coffee pot, shower head so encrusted it barely sprayed any water, large stains on carpet, horrible checking and departure. Our greeting upon arrival was "The pool is closed, but we will let you cancel with no charge." Our departure conversation was "You're good". No thank you. No how was your stay. I've stayed at a Super 8 that was nicer, a better experience, and less than half the price.

This a cheap hotel and that is if. Originally booked for the pool and hot tub because we are driving across country and just wanted to swim. It was all closed. My toilet seat in the room was barley hanging on. Breakfast in the morning has extremely basic items. You pay for what you get- this is a hotel just to rest and leave.

Piece of garbage. I tried to reach the front desk 2 times, BOTH of them, Cammy, FD, desconnected me. Avoid it, you shold stay under the bridge instead this hotel

  • 3/5 Travis S. 5 years ago on Google
The hotel was fine. Our room never got very cool, but the room itself seemed clean. The bathroom floor seemed slick like the cleaner that they used was either dirty or old. If you want a relaxing high pressure shower, this is not your place. The shower head was a very old cheap plastic style that just sprays the water. Just changing out the head would probably help. For the price it was ok, but would probably find some place else next time.

  • 4/5 Andy P. 5 years ago on Google
Nice, cozy place. Good, free breakfast (can't beat the price) - not just cereal but they have eggs, French toast, sausage, and more. Friendly staff, plus they bake cookies that are available 24/7 along with coffee! Walking distance from anything you'd need (restaurants, grocery stores, gas station, etc). I did have an issue with my sink and shower not draining but they had someone come and fix both issues rather quickly. It's not fancy, but it is decent and comfortable. I'd stay again.
