location could’ve been anywhere and i wouldn’t have cared, the specific one i went to is the one in YUKON. the rooms are big and spacious, bathroom is surprisingly big, but what’s also really surprising is all the ROACHES! that’s right, roaches, there’s bugs inside of the lights dead or alive, there are cockroaches literally living inside of the rooms crawling on the beds and walls. i’m thinking the people giving this place a 4/5 star and claiming this place is ‘good’ are bots because this place is a joke, do not spend your money on this motel whatsoever. if you are EVER going to stay at a hotel / motel , anywhere , CHECK THE REVIEWS FIRST! do not just waste your money, always check the reviews. if i could have gave this place a 0/10 i would’ve because it’s disgusting.

I rented a room here because my AC was out at my house. The man who checked me in was very rude. When I got into the room, I was swarmed with flies and killed a roach on my way in. There was a used, bloody band aid on the counter. There were small bugs in the bed and more roaches in the room, both alive and dead. The towels were dirty and covered in flies, and the stove too had strange insects on it. The AC didn’t work, and I was there less than an hour. I asked for a refund since I was in the room so briefly. I was told they’d assess the room and refund the next day. Apparently, in the hour I was there, I damaged this unlivable, fly, roach, bug infested room by sitting, because the rate on the website says $60 something and I was charged $120 for the hour I was there. Most disgusting hour I’ve had in a long time. I’ve also never been charged double the listed rate.

Room seemed fine. Spacious. But there's bugs. And the housekeepers don't knock, just let themselves in. Wasn't a great experience having a stranger walking in the room. Needless to say our next trip to Yukon will not be at Studio 6.

This was the worst hotel we have stayed at in years. It felt dirty. I had a bug fall out of the bath mat, a clump of hair fall out of a bath towel and a dirty wash cloth that looked used and not washed. We killed at least 50 gnats. The door to the bathroom was stained with brown streaks on both sides and a hole punched in it that was filled with caulk! The door to the room had a lot of white overspray on the brown door. We had 3 little uncomfortable pillows. We booked 2 nights but 1 was enough and we left. Ugh.

The manager scammed me! Charged me extra money then when I got mad about it he freaked out. The manager here is a crooked no good pos! Decent place but he is garbage! When I called for a quote and even with witnesses was upfront about my pet and was charged $10/night later that night after being settled in the room my phone alerted me the Manger then hit my card after for an additional $95 then when I tried to confront him he started screaming and cussing!!!!! I paid over $400 for the 5 nights to be treated like this!? This is intolerable customer service!!!!!

Vile, disgusting room we got. Do NOT stay at this disgrace of a MOTEL unless you want to be greeted with stinkyness, torn comforters with mysterious brown stains, and semen stains on the bedsheets. YUCK YUCK YUCK! The countertop and stove was not cleaned and was covered in a mysterious food substance. The shower was nasty too and was covered in hair, plus the towels and rags had mysterious yellow spots on them. Don’t wast your time here. There are also bugs.

Horrible experience! The price was crazy expensive for a dirty room in a very unsavory environment! We were very disappointed with the entire stay. When we walked into the room, this is the bed spread that ‘greeted’ us! One tiny bar of soap. Refrigerator was filthy on top. The night cost us almost $100!

I loved this place. Gave me more than I'd expected. Got to cook my own meal. Bed is right inside of door which makes it feel more spacious than most hotels/motels. No carpet for floors, which is smart and a + for the guests. No smoking, which is another +. Heater worked well. I'm very satisfied.

This was the nicest motel I've ever stayed in and very reasonably priced! The staff were very nice and it's convenient to restaurants and gas. The room has all kitchen appliances and a coffee maker. It has hardwood floors and it very clean. I will definitely stay again!!

Very clean, spacious, and mostly quiet (aside from the upstairs guest stomping around). Nice, big TV, decent water pressure from the shower, and even a memory foam pillow for the bed. I've stayed in 5 different Motel 6s run by a Patel, and all of them have been clean and have featured updated flooring, TVs and strong Wifi. Only thing that causes it to miss a star is that the front desk person... probably shouldn't be working front desk. He wouldn't make conversation, would answer questions curtly, and wouldn't make eye contact. There's probably a different job that would suit him better.

Not bad at all. My mess in the pics. The room was spotless when I arrived. Great staff too.

Late night check-in took over 15 minutes for attendant to answer door; room had multiple bugs (roaches and crickets) that were noisy all night; housekeeping repeatedly beat the door and after their second demand for my attention, he reminded me checkout was at 11am - the current time was only 10am, WHY THE CONSTANT INTERRUPTION?!?

Our room still had trash in the cans when we moved in. The refrigerator had open/used items that we had to clean out. The hard surface floors are so dirty they turned our socks black. The tub barely drains. The AC is so noisy, it sounds like an ice machine. The desk chair had no wheels so it was very dangerous to sit in.

TERRIBLE service. Rude and arrogant staff. NOT PET FRIENDLY, $75/ANIMAL PER NIGHT WITH A $250 CLEANING FEE IF THEY LEAVE ANY HAIR????? That is NOT pretty friendly. Booked a room for my mother 10/6 because she was moving across the country and she ended up having to sleep IN HER CAR because they wouldn't allow her dog in the room. Another guest CALLED THE POLICE on her for sleeping in her car. The police then HARASSED my 61 year old mother searched her vehicle without permission. 0/10 DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staff were nice. Good location as well. Rooms weren't bad but the comforter and a towl were pretty nasty looking, luckily we bring our own so not a big deal. Rest of the room was okay but needs a little maintenance. We would still stay again as it's not bad for a stopover along the way.

Room looked nice walking in. Until I noticed rips and stains in the blanket. Also there was no toilet paper or soap. Looks like at one point it was pretty nice and then suffered from bad management.

The owner is very kind. The room is great and comfortable. I have enjoyed My stays and continue to go back to there.

The beds are nice but... The toilet was clogged with toilet paper and the TV remote was broken. They told us one price then charged us a different larger price for the room and a deposit on top of that.

This location seems way more upscale than the previous two Motel 6 locations I've been to. My room even has a kitchen!!! Location is kind of hidden though. It's tucked far back and doesn't have any visible signage letting you know where it's at.

DUMP: On a road-weary trip, stopped in and asked for a regular room with 2 beds. Claim they didn't have any ready but offered a "jacuzzi" room for 50% higher price than what Hotels app showed for regular 2-bed. Being tired, we said OK. Walked into the room, not only is it NOT a jacuzzi room, just regular 2-bed, which they said they didn't have available, but the bedspreads both had numerous, suspect, dark stains on them. We left and got a refund although they said they were still going to charge $5 for the trouble?

It’s a dump. Dirty, smells like an East Indian spice bazaar and an American weed shop. Needs painting, cleaning and pick up the trash throughout the property. I’ll pay more money and stay elsewhere

Booked with them and talk to three people letting them know that I would show up in the middle of the night seeing as I was coming from out of state told me it was fine when I get there the lady told me that she canceled my reservation because my card didn’t go through and instead of calling me to get another card she canceled the reservation she was mad because she got woken up told me to get the hell off of her property and that I am banned from ever showing up again Rudest person I have ever dealt with if I could give negative stars I absolutely would I have stayed here once before it was a last minute reservation the sheets and mattresses have had disgusting stains on them sheets were ripped I will never tell anybody about this place except to tell them it was horrible

Was visiting a friend but the room was clean and area seemed nice they didn't complain

One of the nicer, more updated Motel 6 rooms I’ve had. Front desk employee was very helpful. The floors were a little dirty. There was a semi loud group upstairs. The rooms could use some sound proofing.
