The room was very nice, clean & comfortable. I had a very long day with my truck breaking down & all, but Demonte was very nice & quick to get me checked in. Even though his not a cowboys fan, we all can’t be perfect!!! Lol. Will definitely stay there again.

Nothing ever works here. The best employees are the 3 African American employees. The house keepers walks in the room without knocking. The bar is closed at times and extremely expensive. There is no night life here and the food has no seasoning plus really expensive. The water comes on and goes off during showers and they are just not hospitable

Good Stay: the Indian lady at the front desk was very helpful and courteous! The room was a little musty like specified in reviews going back several years, but it wasn’t over bearing. We sprayed the room and that helped with little to no odor. The real issue is the building maintenance. Going back on the reviews customers have noted the buttons on the elevators not working. We were unable to get to the second floor from the first. We had to take the stairs due to the elevator buttons not working. Customer Service TELL Management to do their jobs. Get the places fixed. It is obvious that you are making money off this property. It is sad that you just don’t care. When and if you respond to this review your first course of action is to point out something positive. I get it. Just FIX the STUPID Elevator!!!! Do Your JOB!!! TY

We stopped for an overnight on a drive through. The staff was wonderful; the hotel was very pet-friendly, the rooms were clean (and smelled clean!), the Wi-Fi worked great as we had weak cell service, and the rooms were lovely and the beds comfy. They also saved us some time by having a late-night snack shop. It's an excellent option for OKC, and I wish I had stopped here on my way through before. Thanks for a wonderful overnight!

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is due to the gentleman that was working the evening I stayed. He was VERY RUDE on the phone. I called to get a shuttle from the airport, and he said it would be 15 minutes. 40 minutes later I was still outside in freezing Temps, so I called again & he told me the driver had been to the airport and back 3 times (still rude). NO she hadn't! I never left from standing outside plus the driver told me she hadn't been to the airport but was on other pick ups. I stood outside for 55 minutes FROZEN because he didn't do his job or just didn't care. Once I got to the hotel to check in, he was still very rude with zero care and unapologetic! Night and morning crew were absolutely wonderful!

We stayed there for I believe it was 4 days. The hotel was great. Beds were soft & comfy. Pool was nice & relaxing & the restaurant had really good food. Most of the staff we encounterd were pretty nice. The manager guy, D, was very unprofessional & he lacks some very much needed customer service. We heard him talking very rudely to one of the room attendants. It was quite disrespectful to say the least. We needed a refrigerator & when going to the front desk to inquire about one, the manager told us, "Sorry, but unfortunately not all our rooms come equipped with refrigerators or microwaves," Then he grabbed some papers & walked away. But the lady that was there at the front desk, told us to give her just a little bit & she would make sure one was brought to our room. Tracy was her name. Shortly after going back to our room, the maintenance guy brought one to us & even did something to the air conditioner making it a lot quieter. We even got a follow up call from Tracy, checking to make sure we didn't need anything else. It seemed as though everyone was trying to accommodate us & our stay, except the manager. I can't believe someone even put that guy in charge of anything. He was very rude. But we do appreciate everyone else that helped accommodate us. & The older gentleman that drove the shuttle, Mike, we thought he was awesome too!!

I travel a lot for work and stay all around the country. Most reasonable is normally what my company books and this was by far is one of my favorite hotels in OKC. Rooms are kept a clean, it's quite, they have a nice fitness center and the pool was very welcoming during the heat. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Rooms are very clean and updated. My only problem is the beds are too tall. I'm 5'6 with osteoarthritis in both knees. It hurts me to climb into these beds, as comfy as they are. I've literally got to lay half my body on the bed and roll into it, which isn't that easy and definitely not graceful. If they offered foot stools at the front desk, I would pay to rent one for the entire stay. Other than the height of the bed, or my unfortunate lack of height required to get into the bed, my stay was delightful. Staff was incredibly friendly, hotel is quiet for a Friday night, and the location isn't too bad at all. I would for sure recommend to all my tall friends.

We stayed the weekend here. I was kind of disappointed with the room. It had a lingering smell that never went away. We also did not have a fridge or microwave in our room. I can say that the beds were very comfy. I took my grandson to breakfast and spoke with the GM. He made sure a fridge and microwave were put in our room. Thanks Russell. I would stay again if i go that way again.

Our experience was meh. Room was okay. Mostly clean, but the shower drained extremely slowly, the shower and bathroom door both came off track as soon as you tried to open them. The front desk had some young kid who didn’t really know his job. Didn’t understand how to check people in who booked through Priceline.

Floor looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed but the BIGGEST complaint is NO HOT WATER!! I had to check out at 4am to catch a flight and it is November 14 & who wants to take a COLD SHOWER??? When I told the front desk, no apology…nothing!! Will never stay here again

I thought this was going to be a bad place to stay based on the reviews but they must have fixed most of the issues. Stayed on the second floor; it was quiet except hearing other rooms’ alarms. They allowed my doggie , which I’m very thankful for, at a reasonable fee. They were very nice. Room was clean. AC and heat worked well. Adequate number of towels. But yes. No fridge. However I don’t think fridges are that common or at least they weren’t when I was traveling. I would stay again.

Most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. The entire second floor has a horrible odor. The first room we were put in wasn’t even cleaned, so we were moved to a second room that had human feces on the wall. I had to call 3 times over 5 hours to get it cleaned, then was told the housekeeper “didn’t see anything” after I watched her clean it. We requested one night compensation for our terrible experience. The manager Nicole told us we would not be compensated unless we left forcing us to find other accommodations in the middle of a trip where I was working remote. Nicole literally laughed at us while we were leaving and then hid when we went to the desk to get our refund. Horrible cleaning standards and horrible management. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble.

The room was dirty, one of the beds was barely made when we arrived, and my truck and uhaul trailer were stolen out of the lit parking lot while we slept. Staff was uninterested in helping us with camera footage, and informed me I would be charged when I told them I was dealing with the police and might have to check out late. The lobby was hot as if the AC didn’t work. Just keep driving, folks.

Me and my wife travel lot .I had a interview for Oklahoma City police dept .The least hotel brand I book is Hyatt,Meriot or Hilton .I booked two room for 2 nights to stay stay in this hotel .while I enter I saw a Indian receptionist .she claimed that she is trainee and she have no knowledge about what to do and how to do Andy also she will try things go as planed .she gave me a room with2 tiny single bed for couple the interior was dirty ,Shower room looks broke .no freeze no microwave .they said they have different policy if you book through their website or third party website ,seems like the treat differently. This is the first time in life I saw a hotel don’t have any refrigerator .Most big brand hotel don’t have microwave facilities but I never experienced hotel like Raddison don’t have refrigerator. And another funny thing this pandemic time they give us ceramic coffee cup And glass cup one each room. So 2 people in one room will drink water or anything from Same cup. There was no other plastic coffee cup .do they expect all guest will use same coffee or water cup .We immediately walked out and change this hotel .This hotel not up to standard with their name or service. If you like to stay in Motel 6 then this is might be your hotel but if you like to stay 3.5 or 4 star hotel This hotel is big no go .if they don’t change or improve.I booked this hotel by their name and disappointed big times . I think Raddison need to check their standards and service.

NO MINI FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE even though there are refrigerators in the online pictures. There are none in the rooms. No complimentary breakfast. Only one Ice machine for a 5 story building. I was told by one employee there are zero mini fridges in the whole building but then I was told by another employee that the suites have them and we would have upgraded to a sweet if they had told us that first. Carpet is super dirty. Turned my daughters feet black. Toilet seat was half way off with exposed ac wires.

First, most of the staff is amazing and I do not fault them for any of this, they were trying to resolve issues-but some issues are beyond their control. Put in handicapped (wheelchair accessible room) on the 4th floor. I asked to be moved because I’m not handicapped and did not want to utilize a room designed for someone with needs I don’t have, and I was told that policy prevented the change and told it has a bigger shower so I should see it as a plus. The phone did not work in my room-they tried three different phones and figured out it was an issue with the phone jack in the wall-three days later they still can’t get it fixed. Water pressure was awful, the water barely came away from the wall and when checking to see if maybe because the shower was handicapped accessible the handicapped hand held shower head would maybe work better, I found it literally just dribbled out of that shower head with absolutely no water pressure behind it. The shower curtain was dirty and smelled awful which made the room smell as well. The cable TV is ‘spotty’, it pixilates quite a bit during shows and there was no guide for the TV channels. No alarm clock (and no wake up call service because there was not a working phone), no microwave (but there is a small fridge). The pool area is not stocked with towels and is not labeled so it can be found without asking, and the water is COLD-like ice cube cold (there is no way a child could swim in that pool temperature). Final straw-throughout my stay I could smell marijuana which is no big deal-BUT I woke up the third day (I was booked for 5 nights) and my entire room smelled strongly of marijuana and I believe I might have gotten a contact high while sleeping. I immediately checked out of the hotel. This hotel has a contract or agreement or something to that extent with a trucking company for regular orientations and has drivers checking in and out daily, and they utilize the second and third floors for those employees, and it is apparent the hotel focuses on that company and their needs disregards the other rooms in the hotel-doing the bare minimum to maintain them. Do NOT recommend this hotel….a motel is better than this “hotel”. I would recommend about 85% of their staff though.

Got to hotel, seemed nice coming into the doors. Me and hubby staying a couple of nights while he is in orientation with a group of others also staying here. We got to the room no fridge or microwave and we had stuff with us that would go bad. I put the refrigerator stuff in the bathroom sink and went to go get ice but the ice machines on the 1 and 2 floor didn't work so I had to make multiple trips up to 3 to get it. The others staying here had fridges and microwave and the hotel was short towels and had a shower that had no place for shampoo or anything and we had a dog across the hall that did nothing but bark. On the nice side we got vouchers for breakfast and dinner but we won't ever be staying here again if we don't have to.

Rooms are clean and updated, staff is friendly and kind. Beds were comfy and the AC worked great. Few marks off as the option for room service was advertised, but isn't actually available (which was fine, ultimately, as it turns out the hotel restaurant/bar is almost exclusively red meat dishes) and the light outside our window was bright enough that we thought it was daylight at 11pm. The attached picture was taken around that time.

Okay, so the staff is reasonably friendly, so no real complaint there. The hotel had some sort of sewerage issue and the hallways were unbearable smell wise, not so much in the rooms but the smell was gross. They advertise free breakfast, this is false. You have to book a special reservation with "tickets" to get breakfast. The pool is in a completely shaded area which received little to no sun light. I think there's nicer hotels in the area for around the same price point.

I stayed here during orientation with an employer. Clean, comfortable rooms and professional staff. Hotel prepared food was fresh, eggs, bacon, sausages and fruits for breakfast. Hamburger and fries for dinner. I'm sure there was more variety but my stay was only two nights. Good, clean place to lodge.

The bartender made our evening awesome! We did not have the energy for Bricktown, but it didn't even matter. She was very charismatic and made us feel welcome. The room itself was nice. However, the back door on the first floor slams shut very loudly at all hours.
