From the check in person to the prep nurse and after procedure nurse, everyone treated me extremely well. I feel I received the best care possible before, during, and after my procedure. We are so fortunate to have dedicated people taking care of us during this pandemic period of time. Thank you so much to you all!

Everybody treated me so well while I was in the hospital at Baptist for 3 days and three nights. I have absolutely no complaints about anything. Great care was given considering my comfort and my well-being. All of the nurses and the assistants and the techs and the doctors we're very kind considerate and caring. I would recommend Baptist medical Center to anyone

We have spent most of 2022 here dealing with my daughter’s chronic illness. The nurses staff and doctors have been amazing with their treatment and care. I love all the nurses on the pediatrics floor who have helped tremendously i. The care and treatment of my daughter. They communicate well to not me and my daughter and they recommended fun things they offer on the floor to keep kids entertained while in admission. I loved the therapy dogs. We had help from PT and ostemy supplies. They coordinated well with all departments and made sure i was well educated and informed.

Went in to the ER expecting to be there for ever. This ER dept is super organized (although it may not feel like it as a patient). They were very prompt is listening to your needs and getting you a room if you need it. I had to stay over night which was ugh but I needed to feel better. I was told that I needed surgery and they allowed me to reschedule as outpatient rather than waiting in a hospital overnight. The surgery depart of Dr. Harvey was very helpful. They explained everything and kept my party informed . They listened to my needs and concerns. I had to give it 4 Stars due to parking/constructions. But overall service would be a 5, thank you for keeping me alive and well.

My hubby had a liver transplant on 1/10 he had the best care anyone could ask for from preparing for surgery to surgery to ICU to the floor. The staff is totally amazing not only to my hubby but to myself also, they always made sure I had everything I needed. Be kind to a nurse they have a tough job❤️❤️

The great experience started as soon as I walked into the building and went to check in for my outpatient procedure. The super friendly person that check me in was so animated and caring. We got our check-in number and waited to be called to get signed in for my appointment. Once I was processed and taken back to the exam room, my nurse was awesome. She let me know what was going to happen and put me at ease at the procedure. The my awesome doctor walked in and introduced himself, he was great and said he would take care me. The Gastroenterology clinic and Dr. Winter's and his staff are top notch. I highly recommend them.

Everyone who works at this place is incredible. They are all so kind. I had people whispering in my ears. They told me how important I was. They helped me to move around with my incisions. They were kind to my husband as well. This was a good experience. If you have to have this done, consider baptist integriss.

After surgery, once I got to my room I was not impressed at all. My room was old, outdated and very small. I was due to stay for 3 days inpatient. No mini fridge or couch in the room to accommodate my plus one/caregiver, we made due of course. I could go on about the room, but I'm sure you get the idea. The nurses, anesthesiologist, everyone that were part of my care team from pre-admitting to being wheeled to the car for be discharge were all, absolutely amazing. All were patient, sincere and caring about my wellbeing. Didn't feel a burden or rushed with any of them. Integris Baptist know how to hire the best people for their care and support team, when it comes to the best care this is what matters most. Integris gave me a great experience. Thank you all!

I had to have a procedure performed here and I wish to convey you can find no better care anywhere. From Dr. Miller all the way throughout his staff , their display of professionalism and patient care was nothing short of amazing. Improved health care options was a major factor in my decision to retire to this area and I honestly believe I won't be disappointed judging by the care I've received here. Thank you ever so much.

The staff in the out-patient care were outstanding. From the check-in all the way to the orderly that wheeled me out. The nurses in the procedure room made me feel comfortable, they explained everything to me that was about to happen and then the nurses in recovery were awesome as well. Making me feel better after my procedure. The Dr. was outstanding in explaining what he was going to do and then meeting with me afterwards explaining what he had found. I would trust Integris again without a doubt.

We were in pediatrics. I feel some of the nurses could've have been a little more mindful to getting us more information quicker to relieve our worries. We seen the nurse every 6 hours it felt like and that just wasn't settling for us. My son woke up screaming in pain and doctors and nurses moved sooooooo slow.... They stay at the desk giggling and laughing when honestly they should be on their feet helping!!. We felt like we were in a prison!!! I will NOT bring my son back here. It would help if they treated the patients as if they were there own. They treat you like a animal. Only the techs and doctors were nice honestly. My favorite was the lady that works with distraction. As for the nurses... Y'all need to do better.

I had surgery (a hysterectomy with conservation of my ovaries) on Monday May 2nd. I had the best case scenario and experience considering. All my nurses and techs were very nice and comforting. Dr. Root did an amazing job keeping my husband informed as well as myself- answering any questions and not rushing through to get to the next patient. All the staff made my visit and experience wonderful. I felt as if hospitality was number one, along side patient care.

I was very impressed with the care and concern given to me by the medical staff at the Baptist Medical Center on 3-30-22 and on 3-31-22. I was placed in the Medical Decision Unit until I could get a Endoscopy by Dr. Seres. My nurses Rosanne and Shauna were amazing. I had decompression surgery on my spine one week before and they were very thoughtful of my comfort. Dr. Seres was very thorough and explained my condition. I was impressed by how clean everything was. AND, we didn't have to wait long at all before being seen. Thank you INTEGRIS!

My husband checked in at 9:00 a.m. for surgery at 11:00 a.m. and from the time we arrived until he was released around 2 p.m. to come home we were treated with the utmost respect, care and concern for how he was doing as well as my self. From the check in lady to the surgery prep staff, recovery room staff and the doctor and anesthesiologist we had nothing but excellent care. Thank you each and everyone at the Baptist Heart hospital. Thanks to Dr. Khastgir and his remarkable staff who have never once in almost 20 years ever let us down. ❤❤❤❤

Everyone was so attentive to my Aunt. They were patient with us trying to make decisions and answered all our questions so we could do so. We felt her level of care was definitely 5 stars. The hospital was clean and organized and the staff always took the proper safety precautions.

I will like to start with my Doctor/ OB, She was so amazing, from day one, she never missed anything, she explained so well and made sure her staffs did same, on labour day she came through and am out with my beautiful angel. The nurses were excellent especially RN NATASHA.. She made my stay the best one can ever ask for. Not forgetting RN Elizabeth. I just wish to say thank u both, and thanks to the entire team, u were awesome 👌 and I will recommend this hospital anywhere anytime 😊

I was scheduled to be there early for a routine colonoscopy and the check in was pretty easy and quick. I didn't have clear instructions beforehand on which building and entrance to go in but there was a map included so we figured it out eventually. The nurses were very kind and informative. I mentioned they always have trouble finding my veins for IVs and they went to get a vein finder. Even though they still had issues finding a good one and I was upset and shaking, they were very comforting and making sure I was ok. The procedure itself went fast and I didn't even know when it began and when I was finished. Overall good experience for what I had to have done.

The quality of care I received while at the hospital was amazing. All the doctors that saw me seemed focused on figuring out what was wrong with me and getting me better. The nurses were second to none. They made me as comfortable as possible and took time to get to know me. I couldn’t have appreciated them more. After sixteen days in the hospital, I’ve got to say the food was way better than expected. Overall, my stay at Integris Health Baptist Medical Center was very good.

VISITING HOURS and WHERE TO ENTER Baptist Integris Hospital on Northwest Expressway is a large multi building hospital and medical complex. I visited a patient in May of 2023. I had no idea where to go and I hope my photos will help future visitors navigate the building, parking and lobby when seeing your loved one.

Went to Baptist Medical Center for a scheduled Fistula-gram. The RN was superb ! I believe his name was Robert and he was also my RN during my surgery. Robert is concise with every detail and guided me through the process. He never failed to tell me every step. In other words, I was never surprised. In fact, the doctor (surgeon), Dr. Thomas, and the two radiology technicians, Rachel, and the other x-ray technician, were excellent at answering my questions and advising me of every action they were taking. S BIG thank you for a very professional team!

I had great nurses who made a bad accident (I broke my humerus) a little more bearable. The ER staff was able to see me quickly and get me situated and admitted within a few hours, including the needed testing. They kept my husband and I informed on every step of the way. Once admitted the nurses I had were so kind and friendly. Especially Faith and Amy they were there quickly when I needed them but didn’t come in so much that I couldn’t get some rest. They also treated me like a family member or friend. They made the experience so much better for me. They would joke with me and were so friendly it really felt like being taken care of by friends or family. While I hope I’m never in need of their nursing again I’m glad they were the ones to take care of me.

I am writing this review on behalf of my father who recently was on vacation in Oklahoma and went to the ER because he was having trouble breathing. He was quickly seen in the ER and was admitted the same day to the hospital. He stayed on 8 west for 6 days and every nurse, tech and doctor where extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly during his entire stay. My father and mother highly recommend this hospital and are so thankful for everyone there.

Had a great experience with my tests and the results are unknown as of now, just went yesterday evening and the personnel were very professional and helpful in every way possible. The nurses were wonderful and they were so helpful in my every need, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for something special to complete the testing requirements, as for me it was future cancer surgery! Wonderful place and professional atmosphere made this a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to everyone and god bless.

The radiology team are very Kind and professional and doing their task they make me feel comfortable when I was nervous about this procedure I was so thankful for each and one of them specially the doctors were very compassion and kind. we need more doctors that show their humbleness and their care to their patients . instead of playing a superior complex of God in the roles. I say to this team it was a honor and a pleasure to have them care for me thank you so much.

This is a review of Comprehensive Breast Center. The ladies at the reception desk are welcoming and friendly. The waiting room was arranged for social distancing. I was not pleased with the treatment I received during the actual mammogram. The technician handled my breasts roughly when I was being positioned on the machine. Instead of saying, "I'm going to move your shoulder a little," she shoved me around several times. She threw the "cape" back and kept both breasts exposed during the entire exam. I am a very modest person and this made me extremely uncomfortable. The way she treated me made me feel like a piece of meat instead of a valued customer. My previous mammograms here had been done in a kind and respectful manner. I do appreciate the 3D technology and the speed with which I was notified of the results. Based on this experience, I don't know what I am going to do in the future.

Had a wonderful experience in delivery, and recovery after my c-section. Dr. Cheatwood was amazing my whole pregnancy and through my delivery and follow up after. I had the most amazing nurses during my time and our lactation consultants were so helpful and kind. They spent so much dedicated time to helping me feel so comfortable on my breastfeeding journey. I would have been lost without them. I would recommend to anyone!

Was very easy to get an appointment that works for my schedule. Easy check in and all the staff very friendly and professional. The nurse had told me that I should have my results by 5 that day. She later called me to let me know that she had made a mistake and that the woman who enters the data wouldn’t be back until Monday and apologized. I appreciate the follow through. Was an excellent experience.

The doctors are well educated and able to communicate in a manner easy to understand. The nurse team was educated, helpful and compassionate. I had been to 3 emergency rooms before I found Integris Baptist, and they had me on the operating table within an hour of my arrival. Without their expertise and fast action I would have been septic by the end of the day. Thank you to all staff at Integris Baptist!

Your staff at Nuclear Medicine were remarkable. Professional, friendly, extremely caring. I was fortunate enough to have RHONDA as my Technician or Expert in leading me through the entire exam. Always checking on my comfort, taking her time to make certain I was steady on my feet. Literally warning me just before every sensation would hit my body, which helped me to tolerate. Even asking me if I was right or left handed in order to know what hand to place the caffeine. Her personality could not have been more perfect for the job. I PRAY THAT YOU SHARE THIS WITH HER. YOU ARE FORTUNATE TO HAVE HER ON YOUR STAFF.

From the time I was taken to the ER until I was was discharged 4 days later I was treated quickly and very respectful. EVERY staff member I encountered was amazing. Could not have received better treatment and care than what I received at Integris Baptist Hospital. And an extra big thank you to my doctors and 10 east.

I had a really great experience at this hospital. Hospital was easy to navigate. All the nurses, doctors and techs I met are kind and thorough. I had a major surgery done and after getting to recovery, I expected a wait (2-3 hours) for a room as I was told before surgery. I was in recovery around 10am and didn’t have a room until about 4:15pm. I was very comfortable with minimal pain, I just slept for a few hours while waiting. After getting to my room, the nurses I had that took care of me were efficient and made sure I was accommodated. I highly recommend this hospital!

Not ever clean place in the Emergency. But the staff is amazing very helpful and so much more thank you. They took time to explain and had lot of patience.

The majority of the nursing staff were extremely nice and on top of everything. While in recovery 2, the nurse was not nice or helpful and made sure she got you out of her area ASAP. She was rushing so much that she even forgot to give me my medication and when I called after getting home she still was not friendly and said she could not transfer the medication to my local pharmacy because it was a narcotic. I live 1 hour from the hospital and was not about to turn around and go back after surgery. I ended up going through my doctor to transfer and fix her mistake.

I had a Left Heart Cath on Wed. Nov 15. Everyone was kind, friendly and caring. David was good with admission and getting me ready for the procedure. He allowed my son and husband back to see me. Shelly and Alex were in the room for the procedure, explain things and trying to make me as comfortable as possible on the table. The male tech explained when prepping both the wrist and groin. Amanda in recovery was very attentive checking vital signs and my wrist and groin areas, and also making my husband comfortable as well. Dr Cogar told us the results after the procedure. He is very good, and answers any questions asked. I wouldn’t have any problem sharing my experience with anyone.

Everyone was so nice and wonderful to work with. I ended up having to get surgery there and they were very thorough throughout the whole process. I was very nervous as it was the first time I ever needed to be put under but everyone reassured me and it was the most relaxing experience ever. They also have special gowns that allow warm air to be blown through so your not freezing after surgery. 10/10 best medical experience I’ve ever had

I recently had an endoscopy and colonoscopy at Integris Baptist Hospital. My experience was extremely positive from the check-in until my discharge. The check-in staff were friendly and professional. The nurses were very caring and skillful. They made sure I was comfortable and they calmed my nerves by answering all my questions. The doctor and anesthesiologist and others in the procedure room worked efficiently and explained everything they were doing. When I woke up I was comfortable and my husband was there by my side. My discharge papers were gone over with me and any possible problems that could occur were explained and outlined in the discharge papers. A nurse escorted us out of the hospital to make sure we were safely in our car. Thank you all for making my experience so easy and less scary.

I was a new cardiology patient for Dr. Jared Cook who was punctual and concise concerning my care and treatment, and the cardiology staff were punctual and explained everything that would be included in my treatment and care. The staff called me right away with results and scheduled my appointments in a timely manner. I was very happy and satisfied with the cardiology care I received.

We had a 3 hour drive to get here so was anxious by the time we arrived. We we greeted as soon as we walked in the door (like immediately). There was a registrar literally just as you enter. I was checked in within 3 minutes and a transporter ( for wheelchair) arrived like 2 min later who took me to my outpatient appointments (tests… I had 3 scheduled). This facility is extremely efficient, the staff were ALL kind.. and I was literally on my way home in 1.5 hours. The ONLY issue we had was parking ( I was almost late not being able to find parking spot) This facility is very busy but they certainly know how to keep in control. Impressed.

I can't express how kind and very helpful the nurse's are. They explain everything they are doing or going to do. They do care. I love them all. I don't want to leave out the tech's that do the testing. Much respect for the whole staff. Thank you for your service. God bless you all. Brenda Benson

There seemed to be a lack of communication between staff and doctor on surgery and testing scheduling and relating it to us. However I cannot express how great my nurses were. Very caring, kind and helpful and made my stay more pleasant than it could have been.

Wonderful staff, wonderful care. The nurses were every one exceptional. Support staff was very good also. I was there 6 days and had the best care I could ask for My only real compliant was you could not use a hair dryer or curling iron. Made me wonder about the safety of the building but they assured me it was because of the oxygen Wonderful place to be of you are hurting!

From the moment I checked in for surgery till I checked out I was treated very very well. My procedure, meds, and protocol were all very well explained to me. Everyone was so nice and seemed to care very much about me and other patients. My nurse went above and beyond to make sure I was okay during my time there. By far the best nurse I have ever had in my life. Lindsey the RN thank you a million times for everything you helped me with. It was an experience I will never forget. Thank you all for your hard work and kindness. I will return for future needs.

The staff at the breast center are fabulous! Front office and techs so kind and welcoming. I actually left at the time my appointment was due to start! And I had my results in an hour. Have to add special recognition to Ruth Heard who worked miracles to obtain my records from out of state and kept me informed every step of the way. She is one special lady!

My husband had a Pacemaker replacement on August 21, 2023 at the surgery center and it was a very pleasant experience. All the nurses and doctors were great. We had to stay in recovery on the third floor of Building B and Elisa made his recovery very pleasant by making sure he was comfortable and checked on him all afternoon right up to taking down to the car. It made a difference in our day.

They had our two daughters arrive early had our two young daughters in a room no tv no entertainment. 2 and 6 years of age. Our doctor is amazing!!! However, the staff at the hospital did not communicate, didn’t offer any updates, hardly checked in, someone different every time, went to ask people just sitting around eating and talking. No urgency for kids. They need to get their pediatric side more knowledgeable and more caring.

I went to Integris for some diagnostic test. That was my first treatment experience at that hospital. I was contacted before my procedure to make sure I knew what to expect and what I needed to do to prepare for the appointment. When I got to the appointment everything worked like a well oiled machine. Everyone there was professional, kind and courteous. From the receptionist that checked me in at the front desk to the patient care specialist, the nurses, Molly, Heather and two others, Gary and the rest of the procedure room staff to the doctors were all wonderful. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for me.

I cannot say enough about the care I received while at Baptist. From admission to wheeling me out to my awaiting transportation home, every single staff member excelled above any expectations I had. They were professional but personable at the same time.

We had a four-day stay with our five year old. We were sent to Integris for a medical emergency and had no idea that the children’s floor would be so wonderful. They greeted her with a toy cart and let her pick a new toy. Our room had an iPad, video games and movies for kids. The halls felt like a fun school and not a hospital at all. The nursing staff was absolutely amazing. We felt so genuinely cared for. They provided options and worked with us through the various challenges that arose during our stay. From our arrival at ER to our discharge days later, the doctors and nurses were thorough in making sure no issue was overlooked. We left in genuine comfort that we were indeed on the path to full recovery. The overall atmosphere of the hospital was very positive and life-giving. Five stars and many thanks to the Integris team!

My mom was taken by ambulance from Yukon hospital due to a heart attack. They transferred her to Baptist Medical Center where they said she had two blocks at 100% And like two at 60%. They did surgery and she came out alive. Took her 3 days to give any kind of sign that she was alive. She cannot move her head cannot talk cannot move her right arm right leg right hand right foot anything. Signs of a stroke yes we know that the doctors know that. Also the most critical time for anyone who has a stroke is when they open their eyes and respond she responds by squeezing her left hand or wiggling her left foot. They have not begun Rehabilitation from the stroke all they do is keep her sedated the most critical time for her is now. I know that and I'm a painter. I know she has not been eating like she's supposed to be it took 3 days to put a feeding tube in her then they took it out the next day. Don't get me wrong I'm not against the hospital or the nurses. I'm against the doctor that's it if you don't know what is going on that's understandable you are human but you also have colleagues you have resources to get answers from you're a doctor for crying out loud that's your profession. In my profession if I don't know something what do I do just put paint on it, it'll be all right smh No you don't you call somebody who knows the answers you do research you find out what need to be done. don't sit there and tell me the sky is purple when it's blue. I've tried reaching out for someone over the DR wanting a new Dr for my mom and it's like trying to do the impossible you get told to leave a message from a answer machine and they will call you back and never do. Anyone with any kind of heart issues before I would say go to baptist, now I will tell you to go to Mercy and I'm an honest person I've always been honest. And again nothing against Baptist three of my kids was born there they have excellent labor and deliveries which I highly recommend them over anybody. But heart issues go to Mercy please save your family the heartache and troubles looking for answers that you won't get

I absolutely loved Crystal, a nurse who works in labor and delivery and has been working at the hospital for 27 years! I am close to my delivery date for my child and was having possible health complications, so I went to be seen through my health care provider and she eased my anxiety and made my experience feel safe and comfortable. I really wished she would be there in the midst of me giving birth because I felt comfortable and completely safe in her care. Thank you again Crystal for bringing comfort to my experience at this hospital you are amazing and appreciated for all that you do in this community.. thank you again!❤️

Per usual it’s always a great experience at this hospital. We went in for an X-ray on my 4 year old and they were all so helpful and made her feel comfortable!

I’d like to start with the fact that I’m a nurse and I NEVER go to the ER. I came to the ER with tachycardia as high as 170 and waves of numbness, some causing chest pain and shortness of breath and I was near blacking out. I’m young, 41, no cardiac history. They did lots of tests. After 2 hours of sitting in a room by myself , they said good news, everything is fine and sent me home despite the fact I still felt bad. They said come back if it happens again, so I came back after my HR hit 160 and I almost passed out. The ER doc was irritated and told me there was nothing else they could do so they just drugged me, re ran all the tests, left me in a room alone and no call light for around 4hrs and sent me home. I was still feeling really weak and dizzy so I went to a different ER who found an infection and gave me fluids and antibiotics. I had another episode where my heart rate jumped up and I almost passed out again and didn’t feel I could make it to the other ER. Back in the Baptist ER, I’m crying in pain and they just pumped me full of Ativan, ran drug tests on me, ran some other tests but never really addressed the infection. All of the staff was short with me. My nurse wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. The doctors scolded me. I am so hurt and incredibly disappointed with the hospital where my grandmother worked 25 years and retired, I’ve worked at for almost 20 years and my husband worked at for 10 years.

The nurses up at labor and delivery were so nice and put my mind at ease. I’m in my third trimester and my little girl wasn’t moving like usual so I went in to be monitored and they made me feel like I wasn’t crazy for worrying! I’m looking forward to delivering here come February.

Omg...this was absolutely the BEST experience I have EVER had at a DOCTOR'S appointment!!! These clinicians are super nice, comforting and professional. I felt at ease and like I was the only patient all day (the waiting room was packed, it was the Monday after Christmas and several staff called in. Not to mention, I was the first patient of the day). My overall experience was INCREDIBLE!! Would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone seeking cardiology testing services!

Very competent RNS, friendly, cute, they explained everything, and really put me at ease. Dr. Trojan explained every thing and was very reassuring. all in all what I feared to be a not so good experience turned out to be a simple and painless procedure.

Dr. Lentz is an incredible! Not only has he taken excellent care of my son, but Dr. Lentz made sure our care was top priority and explained everything to me and my child in a very clear manner. Dr. Lentz and Taylor are a excellent team! Hands down Dr. Lentz is a rare find anymore, he is a very knowledgeable caring doctor, and very precise on care for his patients. We loved his PA Taylor and she provided excellent care during our stay and at every appointment. The staff at wound care went above and beyond to provide excellent care and very friendly! Id also LOVE to express how grateful I am for the care on the pediatric Unit during our stay!!! The staff and their care provided was above and beyond phenomenal! This trip to the hospital was one of the scariest times of my life and I cannot thank each and everyone enough for the excellent care my son received! Without a doubt I can see why Dr. Lentz is spoke of as one of the greatest burn doctors around! God Bless

As far as the care, I feel like I got the best care possible. But the Doctors don’t like to be questioned about their procedures. I suffered a massive asthma attack and was told that I’d be going home in a day or so. 3 days later I still hadn’t been released. I checked myself out after a discussion with the Doctors and they refused to send me home without meds or a release to go back to work. I’m sorry but IMO that was very unprofessional on their part, their responsibility is to put their professional attitude on the front burner but they made a personal decision because of me feeling like I could be better off recovering in the comfort of my home

This was my third experience at Integris Baptist hospital, specifically the Endoscopy department. I have been impressed every time with the quality and consistency of care. From check-in, through surgery, and post-op care, to discharge the staff have provided individualized care and professionally met every need. I would highly recommend Integris Baptist to family and friends. Thank you for the great experiences.

The woman that did my mammogram was very insensitive and not very kinda at all. I expected more from someone who deals with Patients coming in to be checked for cancer. Not pleased at all

I had an appointment for a CT Scan with the Outpatient Radiology Department at Integris Baptist Medical Center on 1/27/21. After a LONG walk in from the Patient Parking Lot (aka South Forty!), I checked in at Patient Registration and was helped by a courteous and friendly staff member, who gave me directions to the Outpatient Radiology Department. That was also a hike, but I stopped and asked a nurse(?) for directions, who was kind enough to give me directions. (I've never been to the Integris Baptist Medical Center before.) I checked in at the Outpatient Radiology Department and finally had a seat, waiting to be called in. The technician (?) who called me in was named Matt. He was courteous, friendly, professional and explained the procedure to me. It was done quickly since I didn't have to have a contrast CT Scan. Matt is definitely an asset to the Outpatient Radiology Department of Integris Baptist Medical Center. And then the LONG Hike back to my car in the Patient Parking Lot. All in all, it was a good day.
