Case management staff is beyond rude and the administrative staff does not care about any complaint. Case Manager K****** accused me of not caring about my spouse because I can't answer hospital phone calls 24/7 or sit at my spouse's bedside 24/7 for unplanned meetings I was never notified about. She also falsified patient transfer records. I reported to the floor nurses that my spouse in ICU step-down was possibly experiencing a stroke. Instead of bringing a medical team to the room, 2 hours later they brought House Supervisor S***** and hospital security. The house supervisor then stormed out of the room in a rage, taking hospital security with her, after accusing me of recording our conversation, without any proof of her accusation. Now 1 day later, my spouse still has not been evaluated for a stroke or scheduled for an MRI to test for it. House Supervisor S***** called me to state that she would call hospital security on me every time I visit at this point. My spouse is willing to sign a statement that my behavior has never once been out of line. Mercy Hospital only cares about money, keeping patients sicker, profiting off insurance, and intimidating and threatening family members who request better treatment of loved ones. This place is despicable and is not compassionate. I personally would rather die than be treated at Mercy Hospital. It would be less traumatic. I guess it would be a decent hospital if you're having a baby, but I would go elsewhere for something life-threatening.

Would not recommend this hospital. Took my 17 year old here tonight. Spent 4 hours just to be told they don’t treat pediatric. The doctor advised next time I need to bring my daughter to the ER not to bring her back here but to take her to Baptist or OU. You could have told me this the moment I stepped in the ER. Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. The nurses gossip about patients right outside their door. It’s terrible here. Felt disliked from the moment I walked in. Kindest person there was registration. That’s sad.

I wanted to share my most recent visit to mercy hospital… it’s bad enough that the gestapo is at every entrance screening every client, but as of 2022 my cloth mask isn’t good enough??!! Who determines what masks work and don’t work? When are we going to wake up and decide that enough is enough….

The personnel and providers that I had working with me were fantastic and caring. I have issues with the billing, overall just feel scammed. I scheduled a colonoscopy per a doctor request and was told that it was going to be at no cost to me. Then a month and a half later the bills start rolling in equaling close to 3,500. I know point to the hospital ever say that there's a chance that it could be coded differently and you would be responsible for the cost of the procedure they just let me believe that it was going to be no cost to me and then told me that it should have been my responsibility to find that information out from the insurance company. It feels very intentional that they did this. I would not recommend Mercy because of their billing department.

When the nurse answered phone, very rude. I was calling from Indiana about my little brother who had gone to the E R Room earlier. I wasn't thinking when called about the privacy act, just worried. The nurse was very rude when she told me she couldn't say. Someone needs to teach them be nice, someday it may be someone calling about them.

Former employee of mercy hospital here, this place does not care about any of its employees. DO NOT APPLY TO WORK HERE. The managers are spineless are worthless. Marcy is horribly staffed and deserves to shut down and fail for its utter incompetence and failure to keep its employees safe and happy. Patient to nurse ratios are horrible. Do not come work at mercy it’s a horrible place to be.

RN Madison V made my mom cry while I was sick in the ER. Then reading the after visit notes she blamed my mom for asking what medication I was going to be given. I know Mercy lost a lot of good nurses during the pandemic but I wish some of the bad had quit too. If you get her as your nurse I am so sorry. She makes Nurse Ratched look like Snow White.

Before I give my review let me say that there were certainly staff (both nurses and doctors) at Mercy who were great, but the behavior of a few was so unacceptable that me and my family will try to go to any other hospital the next time we need help. This review includes two visits when my mom was treated there this past year: 1) Last fall, my mother felt a sudden and incredibly intense pain in her lower abdomen which they discovered later (MUCH later) was her kidney rupturing. She was taken to the ER where she had to wait nearly 3 hours before being seen. She has a high pain tolerance but she was literally curled up in the ER in agony during this time. Later, she told me she genuinely thought she was dying and for all anybody knew she could have been. I understand trying to see patients in the order that they come in, but such agony in the abdomen should be checked out to ensure the patient isn't dying before treating another patient's broken bone. 2) Recently my mother was in an accident that caused her to fracture two major joints that required surgery and 3 nights at the hospital. Not surprisingly, she required assistance to use the restroom. One night she called requesting help with this and it took over 2 hours of asking before someone finally came. Imagine having to use the restroom (very badly after that much time) and having not option but to lie there, waiting...and waiting. The next night, she was due her pain medication at 3 in the morning (recall that she had two surgeries). Three came and went and she called asking for her medication. No dice. She called again. No dice. Again and they finally sent someone in after 3:30 to tell her, and I quote, "you will get your medication when you get them." My mom is no pushover and she insisted she was due them over half an hour before. They checked and oh my gosh she was right. They gave her her meds. I consider these two stories to be atrocious examples of neglect and bullying.

My doctor who did my surgery was fantastic, he’s wonderful. But the nurses in each department were so so rude. Like they couldn’t be bothered to help you. The only nice nurse I had was Val, she took very very good care of me. I understand being under staffed but don’t take that out on your patients. I had rude nurses in pre-op, recovery and the main hospital after my surgery anytime I tried to call them to help me they would just talk to me through the remote and not actually come in and help me. I had surgery on my stomach and I needed help getting up to go to the bathroom and they told me to just take my IV bag to the bathroom myself.

I absolutely loved my experience here! I will never have kids again unless I have them here. Thank you so much to the staff that helped me and my baby get well so we could return home to our family. They gave us a lot of information and resources for help if we ever need anything. I am highly satisfied with my experience here!!

My mom came into the ER Thursday for a clogged feeding tube that has been plugged since Tuesday evening. The doctor wanted her to do a procedure where they take her to radiology and feed a wire through her tube to see if they can unclog it. We arrived in the evening so they had her admitted for observation since no one from radiology is here that late. She was told not to eat anything Thursday after midnight for the procedure, which was fine, but here it is 7:30 in the evening and she still hasn’t had the procedure done. We’re getting frustrated because she hasn’t had anything through her tube or anything to eat except half a honey bun in 2 days. We keep calling to see what time they’re coming to get her for the procedure and and nobody can tell us, they just say they’ll get to her when they get to her.

Mother went in with asthma attack and was told she was fine and overreacting we took her to INTEGRIS (Yukon) and the doctor there told us she should have not been allowed to leave and they found major blockage in her lungs. We are looking for a lawyer and definitely taking this hospital to court. Worst hospital in Oklahoma . Very incompetent staff!

The staff was incredibly friendly, comforting and caring. Most people only leave a review when the have had a negative experience however I feel like the staff went out of their way here to calm me down before surgery and keep my mind at ease during the whole process. Healthcare workers are overworked and not always treated fairly so id like to thank them all for a wonderful experience at this Mercy location.

i went in a few weeks ago for an episode of vomiting that wouldn’t go away for several hours. i have chronic nausea and a history of GI issues so i know what medications work for me and what medications don’t. i went to mercy a week prior for the same issue and was given benadryl in my IV for nausea. it made me even more nauseous and it also made me incredibly drowsy so i was falling asleep and throwing up on myself at the same time. this time, for the most part, the staff was pretty helpful although a few of the nurses were pretty cold and gave off the vibe that they would rather be doing anything else. however, once it became time to insert the IV and administer the medications, i asked my nurse to please not give me any benadryl and explained how it made me feel before. the nurse told me she would only give me zofran but when she came back she gave me benadryl and told me i had to wait an hour before she could give me any zofran. i understand they were probably busy and overworked but i just wish they would’ve listened and avoided all the unnecessary pain.

Well, Haven’t had my surgery yet. I seen Dr Link in Urology and I like him already! He listens and genuinely seems to care. I’ll update after my surgery which with Dr Link I’m sure will go fine. Another person who I would like to thank is Deborah In Urology scheduling. She is the most kindest and compassionate lady!! I broke down a little and she was there to comfort me. Thank you kind Lady!! Tom Rose, Norman, Oklahoma

I was very disappointed about my husband's treatment at hands of staff during his outpatient procedure. All while still strongly affected by anesthesia, he was rushed through recovery and out the door, while asking for more time and help. When he asked to speak to someone about his experience, he was taken back to the same staff that had mistreated him and transport was instructed "not to bring him back again". Condescension and disregard were his lasting impressions of this visit. Previous experiences at Mercy have been pleasant, but after this, he is determined not to return to this facility. This nurse's attitude took a 5 star experience down to a negative one. Such a shame.

‼️IF I COULD RATE THIS ZERO I WOULD!! SAVE YOURSELF ‼️Feeling extremely unseen by this hospital. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end. Emergency check in nurse got my information wrong and put the different person on my paperwork and hospital band. Completely overlooking the check in slip I filled out… after an hour we were finally taken back to our room …which ended up being a bed they placed in the back HALLWAY by the DISPOSAL room! I was completely disbelief at this point…the visit ended with unnecessary test being t. I could go on about more things they could and should have done differently. I leave this review with one last thought…the hospitality and bed side manners this hospital displayed during my visit are disheartening. I will never bring myself or a loved one here again. I felt VERY unheard and when it comes to pain or life and death situations I believe the doctors only see the patient as a check. This hospital needs to do better when we are entrusting them with our life and health!! I’m not excited about the medical bill I’ll be receiving from this hospital. Well I’m editing this review because my doctor told me the prescription would be at the pharmacy I choose and they have been out of stock and won’t restock until Monday…. Come on medical industry!!

I have had a family member in Mercy Hospital for 2 weeks. She was originally in a regular room and then landed in ICU. In both cases, she has had the sweetest, hardest working, kindest, and very efficient nurses. It totally made me feel comfortable to leave and not stay 24/7. It has made a very sad and difficult situation a lot less stressful when you believe your family member is receiving great care.

My youngest daughter had her first baby here last week. The staff was consistently helpful, kind, and attentive. Through more than a day of laboring then to c-section surgery, our daughter was served with wisdom and kindness. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I was taken to emergency room cuz I cut my arm really bad and needed a hand surgeon to take care of it and when doctor Halko explained what he was gonna do I felt he saved my life. And he really did he did 2 surgeries and saved my arm and my life and I was very well treated, for that I would give Mercy hospital 5 stars but a week later my baby was gonna be delivered and they did a great job at delivering her BUT, my wife and baby are about to be discharged but these few days we've been here we have had some rude nurses that we had to tell to please be gentle with my baby and also, WITH THIS COVID-19 OMICRON VARIANT THERE'S MANY NURSES THAT ARE IN THE HALLWAY AND THE NURSERY ROOM WITHOUT WEARING A FACE MASK AND MY BABY WAS TAKEN TO THE NURSERY ROOM TWICE SO, IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY BABY, RELATED TO COVID-19, I WILL MAKE "MERCY" HOSPITAL RESPONSIBLE FOR IT for being negligent about it. It is sad but I was very well treated during my stay but it's scary to see that they don't care for newborn babies that don't have a developed immune system and they know it more than do. I really don't agree with this, it is very irresponsible from them. I wish they improve that. That's my reason why I don't give hem 5 stars.

Dr. Tran and his team are absolutely the best! I was handled with such great care. Everyone involved made sure I was comfortable, listened to me, and really showed concern for my well being. I can't say enough good things about them. They set the standard of what health care is about! I recommend Dr. Tran and his team to anyone who needs to get their colonoscopy taken care of. I was very nervous and not wanting to get this procedure done, but Dr. Tran's care made me very comfortable and at peace. Please consider Dr. Tran for your procedure!

If you want your loved one to die than by all means go here for your medical health. On Nov. 18 I went for a routine gastric scope. The doctor, " Toubias" ripped a whole in my stomach causing emergency surgery. Then the 2nd surgeon Cannula stated he had to remove the entire stomach. Since cancer was thought to be involved but later shown there wasn't cancer. I still lost my stomach. The way myself and my wife was treated for that 24 hours was short of a torture facility. Then the hospital staff, floor doctors insisting on rehab after he was safe from any danger. In a town on the Kansas border. Nobody listened to me or my wife, he was ahead of every testing to go home. Using feeding tube, walking, dressing, bathroom. Yet he had to argue to get discharged. Then a month later fighting with Dr Cannula to get the feeding tube removed. The doctor actually put a guilt trip on me saying it's my life line and I'll die. Well it's almost 3 months later, I'm still alive and at least safer and happier at home. The cancer doctors here say there never was cancer as far as they can see now. If you value life or love your family find another hospital. The only thing Mercy cares about is their new birthing center and playing baby music when a babies born. If you fo go to Mercy, stop by your local Funeral home and make your own music arrangements first. Yes, they did this and much more to me. Then they actually send me a generic bill for over $1400.00 for charges with no explanation. Billing is a joke, they couldn't tell me the charges and instead covered me up in paperwork by sending a itemized bill that lasted 2 surgeries and a 12 day stay. The billing department can't add or subtract or even explain a charge. You're going to have bill issues, just read everyone else's issues. Go to INTEGRIS

My Mother-in-law was sent from Ardmore to Mercy OKC and she received amazing care. Hannah from the second floor step down unit was great. Not only did she provide absolutely great nursing, she showed so much compassion and care for my mother. On top of that she was a fabulous moment of calm in a very hectic time for me and my family. Hannah and the whole 2nd floor staff are the absolute best.

I consider myself highly blessed to be cared for by all the Mercy staff. I am 58 yrs old and was always working too hard to stop and take care of myself...it caught up with me. My primary physician is Dr.Henry Le and while I have met good doctors,Dr.Henry Le is one of the MOST compassionate and concerned doctors that I have ever had the privilege to meet. He is in a league of his own in my humble opinion...I plan to inform the top administrators just how valuable he has been to me and what his perseverance in searching for the cause of years of suffering I have endured has also meant to me. He also made me care about my well being as much as he cares for it. God bless this doctor and the Mercy Healthcare System. I have testified of my experience with too many count. Thank you Mercy, thank you Dr.Le I believe we are almost there and God will receive the glory from Dr.Le's expertise!

EDIT: I have reached out to Mercy twice now on account of their alleged response to this review; I got a confirmation email that they'd gotten my email and then radio silence. Seriously, DO NOT use Mercy if you can help it, they'll tank your credit and tell you it's your fault while simultaneously ignoring you. Medical staff is great, but truly disgusting, greedy, incompetent people run their customer service and billing. They will send you to collections even if you’re paying them the amount you agreed to. I was on a $50/month payment plan and I received collections notices, followed by communication from Mercy that “$50/month isn’t enough to keep this from going to collections.” You read that correctly; the notices from collections arrived before the notice from Mercy that the amount they agreed to wasn’t enough. Hospital billing is always atrocious, but Mercy takes the proverbial cake.

My wife and I had a healthy daughter here and were originally worried since we’re in Norman, but this Mercy OB staff quelled any worries we had. From the first night our nurse team was amazing. It seemed like each nurse was the perfect personality to fit that part of labor for my wife, from the most welcoming nurse at the beginning to a motherly nurse before water broke, a no-nonsense nurse during labor, and a comforting nurse that helped my wife with the tough decision to get a c-section after stagnating at 9.5cm! After our daughter arrived the nurse team has remained stellar. Full of information for both mom and dad, comforting and supportive with anything mom needs to be comfortable and recovering well. It has been a dream working with this Labor & Delivery nursing staff and we would choose this hospital again in a heartbeat if we decide to go for baby #2!

This review is not for the doctors or nurses, who are all wonderful. This is specifically for the billing practices employed here. My daughter was born in July of 2019. She was born with no complications and without needing any special care. A few months later, we received a bill from a group of doctors called Pediatrix for almost $1000. It appears she was seen for a routine examination by a neonatalogy specialist who is employed by Pediatrix, not the hospital, and of course is not contracted with our insurance. There was no reason for her to be seen by a specialist, and we were not informed of such. One of the reasons we chose Mercy was because the doctors were contracted with our insurance company. This sort of "drive by" billing, though not illegal, is very shady. It makes me sad to say, because I loved all of the providers I encountered, but $1000 for a routine check up is enough to make me not want to take my family back for any care.

We had our baby here, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. Our doctors were amazing, it was very clean, and the resources they gave us were extremely helpful. But hands down, the shining point was the nursing staff. I had six different nurses during our two day stay and each of them was phenomenal. They all clearly loved their jobs, and they all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. Didn’t matter the shift, night or day, the nurses were on it. They were constantly asking how I felt, if I needed anything, and they talked me through every single thing they did. And they always had a smile on their faces and seemed genuinely pleased to help. It’s impossible to say labor is “easy” but they made the whole thing as pleasant and smooth as it possibly could have been. If you are having a baby this is the place to do it!

Brought my mom in for an outpatient procedure. The registration lady was super nice. Everything went smooth When we went to the other side of the hospital for the actual surgery holding area everything changed, not for the better either. My dad has dementia and can’t be alone. The volunteer, Marsha was extremely rude!!! She threw a fit and ask one of us to leave because only one person can be with the patient. I understand “policy” but as a hospital dealing with people from all walks of life, they need to offer a little compassion. I was gentle in explaining our situation that my dad cannot be left alone. Marsha still was continuing to actually raise her voice and say “well did you get approval to stay?” She stomped off and left us there. We didn’t know where she went or why. Then she screams at us from down the Hall around the corner “come here!” She told us to stay where we were like we were animals. Walls up to the pre-op nurse and said “you’re gonna love these people! Sorry to hand them off to you” and walks off As she stormed passed us, I thanked her and she looked back rolled eyes and huffed away Let me tell you my parents are the most gentle, kind and gracious little old couple. And to be treated so rude for NO reason other than I said I needed to be with my dad due to dementia. We also had to wait over 45 minutes once we were in the pre op room for anyone to come see us. Hopefully things improve but as of now I would not recommend Mercy for any surgery or extended stay

Very caring/friendly staff but parking is very difficult for handicapped people. There isn't enough parking spots for those of us who are handicapped. Also I have found after moving here, that OKC medical facilities are so outdated. Feel like I stepped into an 80's time warp. I even have to get my own imaging results and take them to my doctor. I have never had to do this before in other states I lived in.

Nice place. Pretty good food. Good people. Registration was a bit crabby, but everyone else made up for it. I had a MRI and have had other procedures and Dr appointments. Definitely need to use a map app. There are many buildings. Wish it weren't so far away from the middle of the city.

Do not take your loved ones here. We took our mother there in hopes of her getting better and able to go home. While she was there, she wasn't taken care of no way close to what they said they would do. The only thing they didn't lie about was her coming home before the end of October. We are now planning her funeral. The staff there didn't take care of her the way they should've unless someone was there. I had to get after them and I did record everything. I caught them in so many lies. When I said I recorded it, they shut up. I watched right before my mom passed an elderly lady across the hall. Her arm hanging off the bed for at 15 minutes. One lady went to the door looked in and walked away. She was the same woman I seen by the window that looks into my mom's room. That day I walked in, my mom's head was hanging down and I moved the pillow to prop her head up. My mom had a trac in her neck. I got upset when I touched her, she was warm too the touch. The nurse came in saying she fixed my mom's pillow that way and I told her no she didn't, i did. I took pictures of how dirty the bedding was. She told me she changed her and I told her I took pictures. Again shut down and changed the bedding. If it were done there wouldn't be stains. I cleaned my mom's face due to being dirty. I asked how often they bathe her, I was told everyday. Hard to believe this to be true. When I asked my mom before she got worse, she told me she don't get them. I told them to treat my mom as if she were theirs. Sadly after all this my mom passed away. Do not put your family here. The CEO will protect his staff and not the patients.

Mercy Hospital always provides compassionate thorough care for me. I cannot say the same for some other hospitals. I have been through several procedures and surgeries, including a recent emergency pancreas stent & gallbladder removal, every time everyone on staff takes good care of me. I cannot say enough about how much I trust their care. I definitely recommend their hospital and clinics. Thank you to my Doctors, Nurses, and entire Mercy Care Team that took care of me the past five days.

EVERYONE, from the receptionist at check-in to the nurses who wheeled me out were exceptional. Such an amazing TEAM! Dr. Robert’s is fantastic! He is so personable and understanding. I will definitely be utilizing Mercy facilities in the future!

I've been to Mercy a few times for emergency care, and the patient rooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months. It was gross, and made me question the cleanliness of the hospital. When I need medical help I try to avoid Mercy, because their ER is not sanitary. Very disappointed in this, because they used to be top notch.

I find the Mercy doctors and staff to be the most trustworthy and helpful of any I have ever gone to. They treat me with respect and quickly post results of all tests and observations on My Mercy account online. I feel safe and respected in their care.

My wife gave birth at Mercy it was an amazing experience. My wife is not a big fan of hospitals, but at the end of our stay, she did not want to leave! The nurses were out of this world with how they cared for us, especially nurse Kayla. I cannot recommend this hospital enough for labor and delivery. Also they make the best oatmeal cookies i have had in years!

I gave birth to both of my boys here. Dr. Moore is awesome, and i recommend her for your OBGYN. My nurses were great the 2nd time after having my 2nd child. They were so great that I wrote each nurse who were assigned to me a letter telling them they were amazing, and I hope they keep thriving in their field. I just had my gallbladder removed because of gallstones. Dr. Baker made me feel less nervous about the surgery and explained very well about the procedure and how it would go.

At my recent wellness visit with my Mercy Primary physician, then appointments at Mercy Hospital for the tests prescribed I was somewhat early at both locations and pleasantly surprised to have been seen right away. At the hospital, staff, including valet parking, check in and technicians doing the testing were knowledgeable. as was expected and answered all my questions . All in all what could have been a tiring, unpleasant situation was quite the opposite!

Went here for jaw surgery. All the nurses were very helpful and nice except one. I needed ice to help with the swelling and she denied me and told me she had a schedule. I was in alot of pain in the middle of the night. Other than that all the nurses were great and I felt really taken care of.

Mercy continues to be my preferred health care provider for over twenty years. The doctors, nurses, lab and diagnostic technicians, administration and other support staff have all been kind, professional and courteous. I believe keeping your health care providers within the same system (if possible) is far more beneficial than not. I'm very grateful to be with Mercy.

Mercy Hospital on Memorial is outstanding for great care. I have always received wonderful care there. Their compassion and kindness is top notch. A special note for Kate, in respiratory testing, who went above and beyond in educating and caring for me. They also provided valet parking for outpatient services. This was appreciated.

The team at Mercy South were patient and kind. Everyone there from check in to leaving made an already uncomfortable situation, comfortable in a way I have never experienced. I want to thank all of them as they are essential to me.

I went in due to a fall where I hit my head. I had trouble remembering things, Britt was very helpful and patient while I tried to gather myself early that morning! She expressed sincere concern and an eagerness to help from the moment I checked in, to the moment I was seated in the back. Ms. Madison was very experienced and well educated in her field, and got me stitched up with little to no discomfort, that was a first time for me! I can’t remember all of the names, but every nurse I encountered were so kind and eager to help and fast acting. Thank you guys so much!

As of February 27, 2020, my uncle was erroneously forced to wait 5 days with a blocked colon (doctors too concerned about his BP) before he got surgery, and by then he had sepsis! He had part of his intestines removed! The surgeon thankfully demanded the surgery and had a strong discussion with the other doctors! Please advocate for your loved ones!

I don't appreciate picking up my car from your valet! And seeing it drive like they stole it! When I said something about it. A man named Edwin or Edward said stupid Mexican! That is racist at the least! And can't believe you have these bad people representing our Catholic hospital! I wouldn't of used the service if I knew they was a contract company since you can't trust contract valet companies to do the right thing! Nothing like this has happened to me ever! Hopefully Jesus will guide you away from this embarrassment to Catholics everywhere!

Mercy customer service is absolutely the worst. Have been trying to resolve an issue with a mistake a Mercy Clinic made. I literally wrote a certified letter to the Hospital Administration. I received a call from someone in customer service, who after 30 days, has made zero progress on resolving an error made by Mercy where a clinic failed to get prior authorization for a lab test that cost me nearly $500. This has been ongoing for months with no end in sight.

I was admitted into mercy hospital on December 21st. The ER team that worked on me were so kind and fast as they got my pain under control, kept me warm and comfortable until I got a room. Once in my room I had the best medical staff taking care of me. I was in room 481. Whatever I needed, whenever I needed it, they were there. Kind, caring and courteous. My hospital doctors, doctor Pruitt and doctor Dietrich were so nice, so kind spending as much time as I wanted them to explaining everything in detail. I loved my GI specialist team. They were funny, positive, upbeat and very knowledgeable, explaining things clearly. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you to the entire mercy hospital team.

Dr.s and staff was really great. But for a surgical patient that has to wait for a room is totally ridiculous. The room should have been ready When the patient came out of recovery. We have been waiting for a room now for over 2 hour's. Family need to see their loved one's after major surgery.

Dr Lewis's nurse, Nicole is amazing. She went above and beyond to schedule my surgery earlier than expected, and I am so thankful for her. Dr Lewis is great too. She answered all my questions. I know I am going to be in good hands when I have my hysterectomy.
