Exceptional care by Dr Glasgow and her staff. She’s a great Doctor and a great person! I always feel well cared for. Many thanks for her being my physician.

Not a fan of the new super fast vitals check in process….it felt robotic. Two nurses now check you in and immediately and start with the prodding, while the other enters the info into the computer and now they are required to ask questions on if you are depressed or not. I understand having two nurses do it for efficiency, but, it’s overkill and no longer feels personal. A 5 minute process is now a 3 minute process and those extra two minutes I’m sure add up. While I don’t have a need to have extra special attention, this is just so impersonal and they have lost a connection to the patient by doing it this way. Otherwise, I do love my doctor and everything else about this office.

This was the second visit I had with my doctor. Went in because I felt bad for a week and had tested myself for covid but it was negative. When I saw her she made me feel like she didn't have time for me and it made me feel rushed. Maybe she was having a bad day. I really liked her and was impressed on the first visit but the second visit didn't go as well. Hope she will be better on the third visit. If not there won't be a fourth.

This medicine office is located in a convenient location. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I was checked in, in a timely manner and welcomed to the city. My doctor (Dr. Meredith Koomson) was professional and informative. She listened and made sure all my needs were met and ran the appropriate tests to complete my exam. I felt comfortable and was not rushed through my appointment. I believe I have found a awesome doctor for my medical care.

Dr. O’Brien is one of the best doctors I’ve had! He is a new doctor for me, due to my old doctor retiring and myself and my spouse love him as a physician! He listens, responds and acts on everything! I appreciate him so much because I have a lot of medical problems and consider myself to be a hard case of a patient! If you’re looking for a new physician, definitely check him out! He’s also very compassionate and down to earth! His bedside manner is magnificent!

Dr. Erin Glasgow was kind, sympathetic and engaging. She wasn't rushed and seemed to truly care. I was very impressed and left feeling like we can work together to improve my health. So worth the wait for the appointment.

Wife had major surgery. Surgeon was very cordial and thorough. Procedure went just as predicted. My wife feels better than she has felt in decades. Post op instructions were laid out for best results. I give them a thumbs up.

I had been requested to change my appointment, so I did, to an earlier time, no problem. I was not given an option for a video Doctor’s appointment, yet when I arrived at the office I was asked about my health, I had been having sinus problems due to Oklahomas erratic temperature changes. The doctor refused to see me and an extremely rude nurse came out and accused me of having Covid, yet I was offered no rapid Covid test to verify my condition. I was offered a video visit to do in my car in the parking lot, which I did, I really just needed my prescriptions refilled since I use CVS CareMark and get three months at a time. Dr. Virdi offered no relevant medical advice just what over the counter medications I could use for a condition she could not verify. I was told that I could not get near any transplant patients, yet the waiting room was empty. However she did not see a problem with me coming back to give blood, I suppose that transplant patients never give blood? Looks like I need a new Doctor. I was not impressed with this Doctor before and am not likely to see her again.

The building is easy to enter from free parking all around. It is very clean and well staffed. The doctors' offices were well staffed with pleasant personnel and efficient check in. The doctor and nurse were very kind and courteous and explained everything very clearly. Thank you~

First visit with Dr. Virdi . We really liked her nurse, she was nice. Actually all the staff was super nice and pleasant. So far we are satisfied with our discussion on making this his new primary care doctor!

The staff was very welcoming and professional. I was really surprised that I didn’t have to fill out pages of information that I usually have to do at other doctors appointments. Dr. Virdi is very compassionate and asks questions and listens to the response very intently. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of transferring to a new primary care physician. I also liked the view of the city from the waiting room.

Dr very cordial and uplifting. Feel better when she walks into room. Very professional and concerned about patient. All nurses and assistants are knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

The most professional medical care; and, added bonus was how friendly and caring they were. Very scary time for my husband and I. They worked fast to get us answers to my health issue and relieve our stress throughout the situation. I give them 5 stars without hesitation.

I had a very positive introductory experience meeting my new primary care physician. She was friendly and actually interested in what I had to say… She was able to create a referral for me which I have been needing.

Dr. Koomson is awesome! I'm a pretty new patient and I'm so happy I found her. She's very thorough and makes sure any and all of my health concerns are taken care of. I highly recommend her!

Fast check in, friendly front desk. Very easy and little or no wait. I was the only one in the waiting room. Awesome preview review of my current health. Doctor was caring and listened to my stories. Answered all my questions. Check out again was so friendly. You feel like a person and not a number.

I never feel hurried when I see Dr Glasgow. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and discuss all of my concerns. I always feel like the appointment is about me and not what is waiting for her. Excellence!

Dr. Nechtow is an excellent physician who handles difficult skin conditions. I've been seeing him since February for abrasions on my right leg. The abrasions are much better due to his expertise.

Dr. Pickrell always goes above and beyond in addressing any healthcare concerns I have during our appointments. She is compassionate, attentive and I never feel rushed or dismissed. I highly recommend her office and I greatly appreciative of all the personal health improvements she has helped me make in my own life. Excellent physician and outstanding staff all around.

Appointment set quickly. Quickly seen once arriving at office. Only negative was after treatment no one ever came to let me know I could leave even though there is a sign on the door that says “Please don’t leave the room, a nurse will come and get you” I waited 15 minutes and no one ever came to get me. Finally stuck my head out the door and was told there was nothing left for me to do.

Dr Virdi is an excellent physician who listens carefully and asks relevant questions before she makes a diagnosis or writes a prescription. She offers to make referrals to specialists when she thinks it would be helpful (I've had doctors who are too egotistical to acknowledge that another doctor may know more than they do). Dr Virdi is thoughtful and compassionate and I feel that she really cares about my wellbeing. She and the clinic staff do their best to fit me in the same day if I have a sudden illness or problem. I feel very fortunate that Dr Virdi is my doctor.

Dr. Koomson and the check out clerk were very helpful. The front desk receptionist was very rude because she called me the name of "Rant Anna". She also had a hard time running my credit card through her machine. She mistakenly told me to give the completed check in tablet to the nurse. The tablet instructed me to return it upon completion to the front desk. Incidentally, the receptionist had a big scowl and glum look on her face. She needs to be replaced by someone who is more positive and professional. The clerk told me at the check out desk that someone be with me regarding the test results. The TSH test results were returned the next day. It has been 4 days out and, thus, I have not received a call from the doctor's office yet. I need to have my Synthroid RX filled soon as I only have 2 weeks left of medicine.

Meredith koomson, MD was very attentive in my first visit to her office. She listened to my concerns with a compassionate caring tone in her voice. I feel like I have a new Doctor that will always be there for me. I liked her honesty about my conditions. I had heard good things about her from a friend. That’s why I made the appointment.

First visit with Dr. Koomson. The staff are exceptional, great first encounter before seeing the Dr. Dr. Koosmon was thorough reviewing my chart as well as professional & very cordial, I felt comfortable and at ease with her. I expressed a concern regarding back pain. She made the referral for Physical Therapy.

After making a appointment with my doctor and checked in and being taken to the exam room, I was told that they would not treat me because it was a accident injury. They told me to go down the road and try someone else. Like my Dr and staff but the policy is not right. Now I have to deal with the pain and hope everything heals ok.

Took child in for ear ache. Tested positive for flu Dr said ear was from sinus pressure and never looked in her ear. Said he has an infant at home we should understand. Took her to pediatrician this morning. Was a bad ear infection. What horrible service

It seems that with the COVID 19 illness coming in to the world and the City changed the quality of care and concern given to the patient as well as the person with this facility and care team. So I personally moved on to a more personal and caring healthcare provider and couldn’t be more happier.

this was my first visit. I could not have been more pleased. What calm and pleasant place to visit and to work. Everyone's attitude was nice and very helpful. No grouches work here! I am pleased that Dr. Virdi is located in this place. Wheeler

We waited for 1-1/2 hours past our appointment time at Dr. Atul Walia’s office for my mother to receive a shot. We were not given any explanation for the lengthy wait and we finally left. We will not be going back. I would recommend that you give yourself a 4 hour window for an appointment with this disrespectful doctor. Good luck.

I had a problem with my wrist swelling and I called at 8:00 AM and they were very courteous and helpful to get me right in for my appointment at 10:15 AM that morning. I was very impressed with the service that I received.

Dr. Pembrook is fantastic. He always listens very carefully to what I’m saying and asks lots of follow up questions to make sure he’s understanding me. He’s also very thorough and ordered an extra test at my last visit, just to be sure, and caught a more serious illness that I had. I got put in a room immediately after arriving and he was there very shortly after

Dr. Virdi is amazing. There were some scheduling issues that should not have happened but none of that is her fault. We've put measures in place to ensure that it doesn't happen again.

Integris has unleashed an automated call program that calls you to have you call them back. What sadistic person in this business made this decision? If we have business man up and have a human call me and have an explanation as to why we have business. Also bill everything in one lump sum.
