Had traditionally been a fan of insomnia. However after the last visit in OKC, it is definitely a no go for us moving forward. After getting the cookies home, I noticed on the bottom of the m&m choc chip cookie my son was eating, what appeared to be a white mold spot. Upon further inspection it was realized to be white fuzz that had been baked into the cookies. It could happen, right? I called to notify management, just so they could pull the cookies from anyone else receiving them. I wasn't looking for anything other than to notify them of the issue. I was met with hostile resistance from Zachary and told it was impossible. I don't know what I'm looking at. It's just from the m&m's in the cookie, etc. He continued to argue for a few minutes before I got his name and corporate number to inform them as well. Highly dissatisfied.

Stopped by here last night on our way home. I bought a box of twelve regular cookies. They tasted okay when they were warm but, once they cooled down they tasted kinda funny. That's not even the bad part though.... When we walked in we weren't greeted, we weren't asked if we needed help, not a word. Went up to the cash register for a young lady to say "do you know what you want?"... I told her my order and another packed the cookies (the lady boxing the cookies was much nicer than this younger cashier). She rang it up and just stood there. Didn't tell me a total or anything. I waited and finally asked her if the card machine was ready and in stead of verbally replying she did like a half-nod type thing. Needless to say I don't think myself or the rest of my family will be back :(

I'm not sure if the people working there were high or drunk. I ordered a small deluxe cookie with 1 scoop vanilla and 1 scoop chocolate. The person asked me what flavor I wanted for my 3rd scoop and I said the board says it only comes with 2. The cashier proceeded to ring me up an $11 charge even tho the menu showed $8. My bf ordered a wich but only received 1 cookie. They didnt seem to know what they were doing.

Obviously the cookies are AMAZING (double chocolate chunk, I'm looking at you)! Seeing the tall cooler filled with bottles of cold milk made perfect sense and was quite tempting to go with the fresh, warm cookies, but not for $3.25. On 7/19/20, the store was allowing only 5 patrons at a time inside. Service was not very friendly or cheerful (maybe they were tired from working 2 jobs or something....).

I love their cookies! However, I ordered some cookies for delivery for the first time(I usually just do pick up) And they took over an hour to deliver 😣if I woulda known it would have took that long I wouldn’t have placed the order! They need to update their site to actually have an accurate ETA

We ordered half a dozen cookies and a quart of ice cream. The cookies showed up quite a bit later, while the ice cream was a no show. Didn’t realize it until I had already walked back to our apartment. . Fast forward to a month later, after 3 phone calls, one email, and a promise for a full refund, we finally received… 10 dollars back out of 26. . Next time we get a hankering for cookies and ice cream, I’ll just hop over to 7-11. Insomnia was quite the let down.

First and last time I will ever spend money in a place like this 2 women were working and the lady that was taking orders was very rude and racist me and my daughter had been waiting 10 mins and they filled everyone’s orders before ours and did ours last then I asked about ice cream and she had a complete attitude will NEVER spend money in there again and my cookies were crumbled

They gave me a free cookie for my birthday. I ordered a double chocolate cookie sandwich with caramel ice cream. It was hudge. I could imagine eating the jumbo sized one, and I'm a big girl. My friend got a s'mores jumbo cookie. It looked yummy. It's nice that they also sell all flavors of milk. They have eight flavors of ice cream. I would like to go back and get a cookie picture. I love they personalized cookies. They have a parking lot to the immediate right and left of the store. They moved through the line very fast, but gave each person the customer service they deserve. They also told us if we filled out the survey we would get a free cookie. We almost left without getting that cookie but the cashier waved us to the front and gave us the cookie. How nice of you! Keep it up.

Friendly employees, but they’re a little clueless. While standing in line I saw at least 3 customers come back after checking out because something was wrong with their order. Sure enough, after we left with ours I saw they had put a different cookie in the box than I had ordered. I didn’t go back because we were in a hurry, but just beware and check your order before you leave the store. Cookies and ice cream are definitely delicious, though.

If your looking for some very good cookies you have came to the right place 🙂 The cookies were fresh and soft. You can add toppings and ice cream to your cookies as well. Great place. Will be back! The staff was friendly as well.

Never order from here through Uber Eats. Don’t do it! I’ve done it 3 times and every time it takes 2+ hours to get to me. This 3rd and last time I ordered my cookies at 10 pm and it’s currently almost 1 am and still don’t have my cookies. Estimated time will have you hopeful but it’s never delivered in that time frame

Went to give this place my first try for a date night. We wanted a 4pk of the deluxe cookies. Of the 6 options they said they were out of 3 of them. They said if we wanted to wait 15 minutes they have more. We decided to wait. 30minutes later they come back and apologize they aren't ready. 15 more minutes go by and I decide enough is enough ask to be refunded, which they did after another 5 minute struggle at their register. So in summary 45 minutes later we left with no cookies and a half hearted apology. I will never spend money there and would encourage others to just leave if they start telling you they are making more of the cookie you want.

My friend purchased me a dozen mixed cookies. I couldn't even eat one, they were so greasy. When you tried to pick one up it just melted in your hand. All I could taste was the grease. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I will not be getting more.

We discovered this place on a recent weekend to OKC. The cookies are amazing. Moist, fresh, and yummy. Great flavors. Even the day after. Employees were super friendly and knowledgeable about the cookies.

Their FNAF cookie pizza is awesome! My daughter was so excited!

I always order delivery and the last three times I ordered they forgot my cream cheese. I called to see if someone could deliver it for me, and they got an attitude and hung up in my face. They'll never see my business again. Didn't offer a discount of nothing

Srsly amazing cookies in a variety of flavors including GF & Vegan. Bluebell ice cream to top off warm chocolate bites of yum! Clean & quiet, very nice staff.

Great for late night dessert after bar hopping. While the cookies and classic blue bell ice cream is always great, the price is a little high considering what it is. It gets packed late, and the space is small and can get warm and cramped. The employees are doing their best and you should expect a slight wait. Not as many options like baked bear, but good either way!

My wife and I had a sweet tooth, so we stopped in here. They did not disappoint! Cookies were delicious and fresh; I loved the mint chocolate chip ice cream. If you too have a sweet tooth, this place is a must go to.

Very beautiful scenery and amazing smell of fresh baked cookies,I ordered the chocolate chunk cookie and mint chocolate chip ice cream,both were fresh and super fulfilling,only issue was the lady getting my ice cream served me the wrong one but I kindly said I had asked for the mint ice cream,which she loudly sighed but it's whatever at this point. I still recommend them.

Well, it arrived on time but looks very sloppy. Was the delivery driver speeding? This is not what I was expecting and felt embarrassed giving it to my friend. I've never seen insomnia cookies have such sloppy work. When I called to make a complaint, I heard the girl talking to someone stating, "I don't know what to tell ya." And then was told to call back around 4 or 5pm because that's when the manager will be there. I was surprised, our company orders from them all the time and we've never, to my knowledge, had an issue like this. I'm pretty upset that I spent $34 on this..
