Ordered online, drove to location and let them know I was there and parked in curbside parking. Food wasn't ready; no big. TWENTY minutes later call again. They acted like they had no clue I was there or had an order. 8 minutes later they brought the food out. One burrito was absolutely wrecked. They super packed it and the whole thing was ripped up. My dad had to eat it with a fork but tasted fine. My food and my husband's food was fine.

1st time to visit this location in quite some time. The restaurant was clean, well stocked and even though there was a line, they were able to keep it moving so we did not have to wait long. The guacamole was great, the queso was rich and pretty good. The food was pretty good and I noticed people were ordering all kinds of combinations. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!

A lot has improved at this location. Come here very often. Unfortunately on September 10 I was running late and stopped here for a late dinner. 9:35pm. I thought they were closed all the dining room chairs were on the tables. Thinking not much of it I walked in right as I walk in you can hear one of the workers (( younger kid with gold glasses ) (couldn’t get a name since there was no name tag)) you could hear him complaining I had walked in. After waiting to get the other girl to help me you could hear him and the girl laughing. Food was already taken off the heat pads. They were very rude the whole way threw clearly upset I had walked in. I would understand if I walked in 5 or even 10 minutes before closing but 30 minutes before just seemed very uncalled for. 1 more customer came in and he had to take his food because there was no place to sit as did I. Very unprofessional I love Qdoba unfortunately this was a very unpleasant experience.

Qdoba is like Subway for Mexican food. You choose your main dish, then go down the assembly line picking options for them to add. I Highly recommend the tortilla soup with chicken or steak, or both! The burritos are short rolled, but Huge. Everything tastes fresh and they're Fast. We were about 15th in line and were checking out in under 10 minutes. There's plenty of seating in the restaurant, but not enough parking outside. The entrance off the expressway is right into the parking area, so there's little available spaces, even around back. You might end up having to park in one of the adjacent lots and walking, but it's worth it. The staff is extremely efficient at rushing you through the line, which is great for those in a hurry. But I recommend knowing what you want before you get in line, otherwise they act a little impatient if you hesitate to consider your options.

Little pricey but you wont leave hungry. Food is amazing. I recommend steak burrito. Fantastic service. Well worth it.

While I can't say I'm a fan of Mexican food, I found their food delicious, especially the chips and Queso! I recommend if you like that kind of food! I got a Burrito and wasn't disappointed

Called to see if they had birria at around 9:30 because the app wasnt working, they said they did. Showed up 10 minutes later (yes only 10) to get food and as we were walking up they turned off the lights and a woman employee ran to go lock the doors. You could have just said on the phone you were closing early rather than wasting our time

This Qdoba is always fast and friendly. They load the bowls with a lot of food. I usually get a mini bowl and that is plenty with their fresh chips and salsa. The fajita peppers could be cooked a little more, but I just like them that way. I eat here often and there's only been one time my order was messed up. They apologized and fixed it, and gave me a free cookie and drink for my inconvenience. Ordering through the app can be a pain sometimes but still easy enough.

The main dish food is not bad. The salsa is a little bland. The staff is very friendly. The store is very clean.

As other people have stated, this place usually is awesome with food quality and portion size. However, my last experience was not so great. Ordered two bowls with double chicken and was given a single portion in each. I guess it depends who is working the line, but if I pay for something I would expect to receive it. The food quality was still great, but I am disappointed as I usually love this location.

It was a great burrito experience. I compare their huge burritos to Ted's Mexican Cantina. The burrito was so big, I could barely finish it. They have 4 different flavors of salsa. If you like authentic Mexican food, this is the place!

I always come here because everyone is nice and the food is ALWAYS fresh! Most recently I decided to try the mango salsa… huge mistake! It tasted VERY fishy, I wasn’t sure if it was supposed to taste like that. Will definitely be back BUT I will NOT order the mango salsa again. :)

This review is of Qdoba corporate, more specifically the rewards program and the app, and how they do not work together. I have had multiple issues with this. I’m not going to go into all the details because it would take too long. But In summary, the rewards program rules and what you actually get in rewards using the app do not always jive. The most recent example: I got an email on 12/31/22 saying it was triple points day. We ordered that afternoon specifically because of the triple points and did not get triple points. This was at least the third time something similar has happened. You guys need to figure it out or I’m going to give up on you. I want to emphasize that this has nothing to do with this specific store. In fact they have been very nice and have done their best to make it right when I’ve pointed the issues out to them. The corporate office needs to get it fixed.

The employees were not flexible on anything. I love qdoba, but they wouldn’t even do something as simple as taking out cheese from a specific bowl without changing the entire order. Will not be back.

This place has gone down hill fast, Chips were terriable, Service was rude when I asked about the portion size. I ordered double chicken and it was a kid size meal. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat, new management needed for sure!!

Stopped by here after the gym, like I do on many occasions cause I enjoy the good food. Maybe tell the cashier to pay more attention to her customers and less attention to Facebook on her phone, stood there for about 20-30 seconds while she finished her facebooking and then she decided to activate the card reader so I could pay and then sit down to enjoy my food.

The menu confuses me, but that's probably just me. The food is great. Staff is mostly friendly and the exception was likely someone having a bad day. It happens. I'll go back....

It’s good in told but they give a little of food they count my shrimp.maybe I should go to any other qdoba and see if they count shrimp over there

Best queso in town. I literally go just for the chips and queso. I'd give it more stars, but I always order a taco salad and the last two times they forgot to put lettuce in it. How can you forget lettuce in a salad?

This is the best run Qdoba out of all the Qdobas I've visited across the land. Food has always been fresh. Quick. Polite and on point. Whoever runs this place is doing a great job.

Friendly, fast service. The down side is QDOBA food, seems, at least to me, to be rather bland. It while better menu choices that Taco Bell, in several cases Taco Bell is better seasoned.

Be careful when you open because it's messy, but THEY FILL THIS THING UUPPP. Food is delicious and made so quickly! It tasted fresh, chips weren't stale. MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE!
