    Purchased a necklace received an empty box. After dealing with them finally got it returned ordered the necklace again only to receive no main stone in the piece. I videoed both box openings and after dealing with their less than adequate customer service again it is apparent my wife will not be receiving anything on time for Christmas. I would not recommend this company and their inability to serve their customers and make things right that were no fault of the customers at all and all the fault of Jared or the shipping companies they utilize. I’ll just run over to BC Clark’s for the save. Should have done this first.

    Very helpful and friendly staff. I believe his name is Brandon—the nice man who helped us. He is so very knowledgeable and creative in a way that helped us get everything we wanted while still staying near our budget. The experience was really great. It was the second we’d been in and he recognized us enough to pick up right where we had left off. I loved how patient he was with me in helping me get a custom ring that’s special and just for me 😊. I can’t wait to see the finished product (a.k.a. My DREAM ring 💍💎💕). We will definitely be making future purchases here. I highly recommend this store!! So many great things to say about it ;0)

    The entire staff was so incredibly sweet! They were very personable and made the purchasing of my wedding ring, painless! The gentleman who helped us deserves all the credit, his customer service was impeccable. I honestly felt like I was a princess, so thank you Jared jewelers! I’m absolutely in love with me ring & your employees at the OKC location deserve a raise ☺️☺️

    I took a Journey pendant in because the biggest diamond on top was very loose. They charged me $50 and sent it off to be fixed. When the pendant came back they called me to say it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up and inspected the diamond NOTHING was done to it. The sales person apologized and said they will send it back on a rush. The pendant came back... the top diamond was push as far to the right in the setting until the diamond is tight. Now when you look at the diamond from the back it hangs over on one side and you can't see it on the other. I mentioned this to the sales lady and she looked at it and said "well, you can't see it from the front". So I took my pendant at left. First off the diamond is NOT in the setting correctly therefore it could fall out. I also am not sure they did not damage the diamond pushing it all they way over to the side. Diamonds are special and dear to our hearts because they usually are gifts from a loved one. I wanted to use the pendant on my heart that I have my husbands finger print on because I recently lost him. Now I have to take my pendant else where and pray they did not damage the diamond. I have to be honest and say they are all very nice but don't trust them to fix anything.

    If I could give this place is 0 Stars I would! My grandmother passed away and her ring was supposed to go to my mom and then me! The first time we brought it in to have it sized when they sent it back it was a whole different ring apparently they lost my grandmother's ring! So my mom picked out a new ring and had that one sent off to be sized and when that happened we got that ring back but there was a diamond missing from it and not even a whole two or three weeks later a bigger Diamond falls out of it! They are terrible and there is no communication with the third party! You were literally better off going to a pawn shop! Jared is terrible!!!!

    If I can give 0 star I will do it!!! poor customer service and rude staff. I will never buy jewelry from this store spending thousand of dollars is not worth it with this kinda rude staff.

    Diane was the most kind-hearted and sweetest person I have ever made in my life she made shopping there so much easier and she helped me out in all my questions and when I left I had a smile on my face knowing I had such good help and a good companion along the way highly recommend this to anyone if they're looking for a way to get a Christmas present wedding gift Valentine or anything these people will help you and get what you need right away definitely coming back here 100%

    Drake at the OKC Outlet Mall Jared's location was awesome! We had no pressure, he helped us find our engagement and wedding bands in our budget and answered all of our questions. He made the shopping fun for us! We would definitely recommend checking this location out!

    I went to Jared, and I was left in awe of the professionalism and level of service! I needed the back of a watch to be removed so I could replace the battery. Drake Miller went above and beyond to assist me with not only my specific need, but addressed other issues I wasn't even aware of at the time. If you need assistance with any of your jewelry needs, look no further than Drake and his team at this location! He'll take amazing care of you, and so will his staff!     After going to Kay’s a million times, to have my morganite cleaned and them not being able to actually clean it properly or helpful on ways to care for it. I went to Jared’s just to ask about it and the assistant manager was very helpful and cleaned my ring and made it look brand new again!

    Jared's in OKC has earned my business! I was nervous taking my wedding ring in to tighten the setting because they send it off to be repaired. Brandon Nelson was very comforting in calming my nerves that it would be safe. He showed me the serial number and took several pics and emailed them to me. He even replaced a battery for a watch that was purchased at Jared's and didn't charge me for it. He was very professional and friendly and I will certainly be going back for other jewelry needs!

    I placed an order for a ring as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was supposed to be delivered by Dec 17th, I contacted customer service when it was not delivered. My call was dropped several times then I was place on hold for half an hour just for them to tell me that I would be contacted sometime in the next 5-7 business days to try and resolve the issue. The representatives only solution to this is that I drive to a store 71 miles away and purchase another ring, then submit a request for cancellation on the first order(no guarantees that it will be approved) Merry Christmas babe, Jared really came through for us this year!

    First experience purchasing and I refuse to do it again. Did an online ship to store order. They've had my ring for 3 days. When my pickup date came and went, I finally called the store. I was told they can't give me my order, don't know when it'll be available for pickup and was just unhelpful.

    Horrible customer service. In the middle of checking out at the register, the representative that was helping me out left and went to go help another customer and the other representative that was there came to the register and started checking another customer out and left me waiting for 30 minutes with out even talking to me left with out purchasing anything and will not be coming back ever or recommending anyone there go to zales instead. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

    Never have had an issue with the two ladies who are normally there when we have came in! Not sure the names one is the manager, they are both extremely helpful and very kind. Spoke with some girl on the phone just now by the name of ALLISON and she is VERY unpleasant , rude, no customer service skills at all. Definitely will not be back to this location again!

    Myself and my future daughter-in-law dropped her ring off on Tuesday to be sized. Anyways we get a call saying it was ready. Low and behold we get up there to get the ring. My son opens the box and guess what it was the “WRONG” Ring!!!! Talk about poor service. I don’t recommend Jared’s especially if you go get a ring and its the wrong one. I know we just had Christmas and they were probably busy from that but too me you SHOULDN’T use that as an excuse.

    Their posted time to open is 11am on the internet, I just waited outside over 30 minutes, past 11:30am, while they kept the doors locked and walked around inside. Not even an acknowledgment... Not coming back, no money for this business and the same for the other two jewelry stores next door; Zales and Kay Jewelers. False advertisement and poor customer service.

    My experience with Jared Jewelers was deceitful! I was approved for their credit card with 12mos no interest. However, this was not true. So in short if I could give this company a 0 stars, I definitely would!

    Me and my fiancé have purchased all three rings there at Jared! Every person I have worked with has been super genuine, professional, and caring! I love this place and want to continue to use Jared for all my future needs! The guy that is there almost all the time was super helpful and truly helped me and my fiancé!
