I like this store. In this store I can find things that are hard to find in other stores, at a great price. For example, last time I bought a good quality pot and pan for $35 or Skinny Syrups for $3.99

I love Tj Maxx but this one is always put of men's stuff and has a poor selection. The staff generally is really slow and when I asked to speak to a manager o piece that were damaged took them 35 mins to come to the front. Horrible customer service skills

What part of Handicapped TJ Max doesn't understand? The only two spaces asigned at this location ( N.W Expressway, OKC) are located far away from the entrance.. Really far for someone handicapped... They might argue that the ramps are that far, but the million dollars giant can afford to remake them at a reasonable distance, for handicapped patrons...

I usually go here looking for deals and I can usually find them. The staff is not very helpful, and they are usually rude. I don't really say this when it comes to customer service, but I don't blame them. They are most likely under paid and overworked. The location I go to is always super busy so they are dealing with a crowd from the time they clock in until they punch the clock to go home.

Error...This was Crest grocery store. It was not TJ Max. Always meets expectations. Will even check on orders of usual items, if out and not available during your visit. Customer service checks with dept mgr and doesnt act as if it's a chore to do so.
