I
usually
use
this
urgent
care
and
have
always
loved
it
but
I
will
no
longer
come
here.
I
made
an
appointment
for
3:30
because
that
was
the
only
soonest
available.
I
did
come
in
early
knowing
I
may
have
to
wait
either
way
(2:00)but
my
sons
fever
got
to
104
and
wanted
to
be
atleast
near
a
doctor.
We
check
in,
3
different
people
walk
in
after
us
and
they
were
all
seen
before
us.
I
asked
the
front
desk
when
we
would
be
seen
after
waiting
2
hours,
they
said
we
were
next.
Told
me
these
people
have
waited
2
hours
as
if
we
hadn't
already
but
even
then
I
was
calm
and
understanding.
Then
they
let
another
person
go
back
before
my
son
and
so
I
confronted
them
about
it
and
they
tried
to
say
they
had
no
control
on
what
goes
on
in
the
rooms.
I
held
my
ground
about
us
being
told
we
were
next
and
then
one
of
what
I'm
assuming
was
a
nurse
pulled
us
into
the
triage
room,
she
didn't
have
a
good
attitude
because
I
was
upset
with
them
already.
She
checked
his
vitals
and
was
super
condescending
towards
me
about
my
son's
health
and
if
I
had
taken
the
proper
steps
myself.
I
feel
like
she
made
up
some
story
about
him
needing
blood
work
and
that
he
couldn't
be
seen
here.
We
didn't
even
get
to
see
a
doctor,
we
were
basically
rushed
out
because
I
made
a
fuss
about
their
poor
care.
I
was
frustrated
and
honestly
didn't
trust
them
anymore
and
just
left
like
they
wanted
me
too
but
I
plan
to
call
corporate
and
hopefully
something
can
be
done
about
these
people.
I'm
not
one
to
complain
usually
but
when
it
comes
to
professionalism
and
having
my
child
taken
care
of
properly,
I
can't
not
say
something
and
I
really
hope
it
doesn't
happen
to
someone
else's
child
or
even
themselves.
I
work
in
healthcare
myself
and
I
understand
being
swamped
but
this
wasn't
ok.
Went
to
the
ER,
was
seen
in
and
out
in
an
hour
and
he
didn't
need
blood
work
at
all.
They
just
actually
listened
to
me
and
took
care
of
my
son
the
right
way.
