Normally I hate writing bad reviews but I am still fuming after leaving today. The doctor was great, no issues with him, would go back and see him no problem. Most of the other staff were great too. ONE lady ruined the whole experience for me. I have had Tricare for 4 years and never had an issue. As I was leaving, the lady tried to say I didn’t have insurance coverage. I told her I definitely did it’s just under my spouse’s social and they needed to run it under that, not my DoD ID number (which I had already explained a million times). She just continued to be incredibly rude and explain I had no coverage and needed to pay them. A hospital literally just billed my insurance a couple days ago for a 5000 dollar surgery and it was completely covered, so I was 100% sure I had insurance. We came to the agreement I would pay 20 dollars on the spot, even though I should not have had to pay a penny as I have already met my deductible. They gave me a receipt for 20 and I signed it. She proceeded to mention multiple times that I would still have to pay the rest. I then explained multiple times that I would call my insurance and check and then I would need them to bill Tricare again. Sure enough called Tricare and my coverage is just fine, they didn’t know why this lady told me I didn’t have coverage. Absolutely no idea what this lady was doing. And to top it off, looked at my statements and they charged me 61 dollars, not 20 like she said. Literally stole from me. I will have to go through a massive headache just to get them to properly bill my insurance. And and top of that will have to deal with trying to get them to refund the money. Would have been a great visit if it weren’t for her

I recently had a dog bite and was having a hard time finding a place that could see me. I just moved to the area and couldn't get in to my new doctor until September. Most other urgent care clinics either wouldn't treat a dog bite from am unknown dog or were twice the cost of the Today Clinic. I showed up as a walk in patient, but didn't have to wait long at all. All the staff were nice and knowledgeable. They are upfront with their prices, so there wasn't a nasty surprise at checkout. I was happy to find out that you can actually make appointments with them so you don't have to gamble with wait times as a walk in. And if you are interested, they treat everyone from newborn to geriatric. They are really a full service doctor's office.

Literally waited over an hour and I was the only one in the waiting room. The girl Katie is the reason I won't go back to that clinic. There are enough urgent care clinics in the metro to have to be subjected to such rude and unhelpful customer service. If I talk to a customer at my job the way she talked to me I would have been fired, and rightfully so. Good work Katie....

I was a walk in to the Today Clinic and was seen quickly. From the time I walked into the time I walked out was under an hour. In this time they did standard preliminary vitals, an examination, blood draw , and scheduled me for a follow-up. The staff is very friendly and put me at ease immediately. They are knowledgeable and meet you where you are, so to speak. I only had one very small issue while at Today Clinic. It's something I'm comfortable with, but I feel that many patients would not be. The area in which they do the blood draws is not 100% private, and I wound up having to disrobe my top layer in order to have blood drawn. Again this is not an issue for me, but many patients may find this uncomfortable that people walking past might be able to see them.

The Today's Clinic staff is awesome! They are very nice and helpful. Dr. Bryan is incredible. The coolest ever. He cares about his patients and gives them the exact care they need. If you need urgent assistance the Today's Clinic is the place to be.

I was seen here about 9 months ago. My doctor was quick and nice but they weren't aware that I had made an appointment and I was told that they accept Blue Cross Blue Shield but the claims from them keep getting rejected. Their billing department is unreachable and there is no way to contact them. I was sent to a specific clinic to do an x ray where the costs were way over priced and am also waiting over 9 months to get those billing statements processed. The clinic they sent me to did not send me the bill for the visit and sent me to a collection agency and won't fix any of their mistakes. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone since it has been a huge ongoing mess over small matters that could have been fixed or prevented in a matter of days. Update: Current management has managed to resolve my issue after many attempts of contacting the clinic.

I came in with an injury to my ankle. I WASTED TOO MUCH TIME BECAUSE OF THIS CLINIC BEING INEFFICIENT AND TERRIBLE. It took a long time to be seen. When I was seen and an Xray obtained, the doctor would not tell me if there was a fracture or not and said they would send it to the orthopedic clinic. They did not give me any contact for my results, but said they would call tomorrow. In great pain, I called several times and was forwarded to a ""lab results" voicemail, finally I called and said I needed to speak with the doctor to see if I needed to seek a higher level of care, since they would not tell me if it was a sprain. Suddenly, after demanding to speak with the physician who saw me I had test results, but since the orthopedic clinic was closed and the holiday was two days away they said I probably wouldn't get care. I wasted $140 that I don't really have, just to have to go to the ER for break. It didn't help that the nurse/front desk people made jokes about the shape of my ankles and knees "Those look broke too haha" which are shaped that way because of other unrelated issues my whole life. This was a terrible experience. The office is also gross.

Next time somebody calls and asks about coming in for dehydration, maybe mention the A/C is it in your building while it's 100 degrees outside. Then have the nerve to recommend the ER? I WOULD RATHER THEN SCRAPE MY COLD DEAD BODY OUT OF THIS BED THAN GIVE THOSE QUACKS ANOTHER GRAND.

Several days after injuring my foot, I noticed that it was not healing. So, without an appointment, I walked in to this clinic and asked to have an x-ray taken. I was seen very quickly and the staff was very professional and helpful.

I made an appointment on their website. I arrived 15 minutes early and they told me they didn't have the appointment in their system. It took until 40 minutes after my appointment to have my name called. It wasn't to be brought back, it was to tell me they thought I was paying without insurance, even though I had to email to them my insurance card 55 minutes earlier. It took another 10 minutes to be seen after that. The appointment was 3 minutes long.

Gave me a Dr note with the wrong date and now they're saying I didn't pay for services I paid for long ago. This place is a headache...

Very unprofessional clinic! My appointment was it 11 and they called us back at 12 and we still sat in the drs office for 20 more minutes! It also looks like no one knows what they are doing and just sit there doing nothing!

What a joke that place is. Went in for a strep test...symptoms were runny nose and sore throat, tested negative and the prescribed me steroids?? With no indication... It took about 2 hours..and half the staff weren't even wearing masks or gloves.

701 NE 36th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73105 This was a new clinic that took over for the other place. Although we were walk ins the lady was very nice and it took no time at all for our procedure to get done. Walk ins were welcome So Thank you for being there for us.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional front desk staff. I walked right back out, I’d rather been seen by competent medical professionals. Don’t waste your time here.

I love that the practitioners here value patients time & are not judgemental due to uninsured or lack of funds.
