Normally
I
hate
writing
bad
reviews
but
I
am
still
fuming
after
leaving
today.
The
doctor
was
great,
no
issues
with
him,
would
go
back
and
see
him
no
problem.
Most
of
the
other
staff
were
great
too.
ONE
lady
ruined
the
whole
experience
for
me.
I
have
had
Tricare
for
4
years
and
never
had
an
issue.
As
I
was
leaving,
the
lady
tried
to
say
I
didn’t
have
insurance
coverage.
I
told
her
I
definitely
did
it’s
just
under
my
spouse’s
social
and
they
needed
to
run
it
under
that,
not
my
DoD
ID
number
(which
I
had
already
explained
a
million
times).
She
just
continued
to
be
incredibly
rude
and
explain
I
had
no
coverage
and
needed
to
pay
them.
A
hospital
literally
just
billed
my
insurance
a
couple
days
ago
for
a
5000
dollar
surgery
and
it
was
completely
covered,
so
I
was
100%
sure
I
had
insurance.
We
came
to
the
agreement
I
would
pay
20
dollars
on
the
spot,
even
though
I
should
not
have
had
to
pay
a
penny
as
I
have
already
met
my
deductible.
They
gave
me
a
receipt
for
20
and
I
signed
it.
She
proceeded
to
mention
multiple
times
that
I
would
still
have
to
pay
the
rest.
I
then
explained
multiple
times
that
I
would
call
my
insurance
and
check
and
then
I
would
need
them
to
bill
Tricare
again.
Sure
enough
called
Tricare
and
my
coverage
is
just
fine,
they
didn’t
know
why
this
lady
told
me
I
didn’t
have
coverage.
Absolutely
no
idea
what
this
lady
was
doing.
And
to
top
it
off,
looked
at
my
statements
and
they
charged
me
61
dollars,
not
20
like
she
said.
Literally
stole
from
me.
I
will
have
to
go
through
a
massive
headache
just
to
get
them
to
properly
bill
my
insurance.
And
and
top
of
that
will
have
to
deal
with
trying
to
get
them
to
refund
the
money.
Would
have
been
a
great
visit
if
it
weren’t
for
her
