Scammers! They work with fake injury patients and have relationships with physicians to file physician liens on businesses with no proof or documentation. Only hearsay. I’m curious how you even get a physicians lien with no proof of a guilty party and no police report. They are no better than “ambulance chasing” attorneys or “fire chasing” restoration companies.

This place is awesome. Everyone here is very kind and they make the entire process a LOT easier for you. Their goal is to get you back to how you were before the accident and that’s exactly what they do! Shay is AMAZING! She’s super sweet and will help you with any kind of questions you may have! She’s by far my favorite person I’ve ever met working in ANY kind of clinic/office, she’s very on top of things!! 🙌

The Brooks clinic is an amazing place if you want to recover really well. They have amazing nurses and doctors their...my favorite worker their is Shay because she is sweet and kind and always thinks of the patient's needs first. If I were ever in a injury again I will recommend Shay. Shay is an amazing and sweetest person you can meet and if you ever have Shay as a nurse or helper she is the one that can answer all the questions you have.

I absolutely love all the teams at Brooks. I frequented the Moore location, but came to visit the Midtown location for additional treatment. Everyone I came in contact with here made this an excellent experience , especially given the unfortunate circumstances I was in. The staff is so friendly, explained things to me very clearly, and treated me with a great amount of compassion. I truly don't know what I would have done after my car wreck without brooks. I was a patient at Brooks Clinic Midwest City for several months, do to a slip & fall. Sydney, Savanna & Sheila were Amazing!! They always greeted me by name with a smile, and I felt welcomed like I was amongst friends. The chiropractor was Amazing as well. He helped me recover and I'm feeling great! Tonja

I have nothing but good things to say about this amazing place. They have been treating me with so much compassion and grace after my auto accident. With their help I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel and actually getting help for my issues after the accident. Love this place.

Shay, LeAnn, and the rest of the team were exceptional with the information they provided and the flexibility they ensured for my appointments when work or life got hectic. Dr. Collins and Dr. Nordstrom accelerated the healing process of my injury and made sure to answer any inquiries or concerns I had moving forward. The experience overall was positive and allowed for a relatively painless ending to the stressful aftermath of my wreck.

A follow up to say how much I appreciate the team at Midtown. Clarabell, Clova, LeAnn, and Shay I see very often and everytime I do, they're running at what seems like full happy power. Dr. Nordstrom and Dr. Collins are using aiding me, but I recently meet Mr. Inglese who was ALSO a pleasure to be helped by. They all really truly make my car accident recovery so much easier.

Update: I got a call from billing and Patty had explained everything to me. I sincerely appreciate the quick followup, especially on a weekend! I've really been impressed with the staff! Dr. Erin explains everything so clearly and in terms you can understand. Shay Leann is not only caring and professional, she also has a great sense of humor. I was very nervous about my procedure but she has a way of making me feel calmer.

I am glad to let anybody know that The Brooks Clinic provides excellent services. The Brooks Clinic has gotten me back to feeling like myself and most importantly feeling good again! When I had my accident, there were a few times I could barely move, and even when I could move, it wasn’t very fast. I had to crawl to the bathroom because I was hurt so badly. But now that I’ve completed my treatment, I can enjoy life as I did before. It’s like I was never hurt! Everyone at every office I visited was very nice and professional. The Brooks Clinic on 13th street is amazing. After being greeted with a smile as you walk in by Shay, you are promptly taken care of by Amber, Leann, or Payton to begin your treatments. PA Erin, is amazing!! Shay is the greatest receptionist at making everything easy…her smile and bubbly personality makes the visits more tolerable. All of the front desk is a breath of fresh air! I’m totally impressed with this Clinic and the cleanliness of the exam room and bathrooms.

After my car accident I scheduled with the location on 13th street. I completed my treatment with out any issues. They made me feel comfortable and the staff was very profesional. Never been in an injury accident before so I wasn't sure what to do, luckily I saw the commercials for Brooks! Everything about my appointments here has been a breeze. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Scheduling is amazingly easy. The doctors and treatment are very knowledgeable and helpful, and I have seen great progress in the healing of my injury. Ok after my vehicle was totaled in an auto accident, My main concert was getting back to a 100% in doing so you know after the hospital visit what ya do.? How does a person know how severe the damage is ? what real damage is hidden in the pain.? does a person need surgery, pain management , you know . Not to mention navigating thru it all. That's why I'm writing this review. Saw the Commercial on tv, gave the location on ne13th a call . From the moment i came for my visit professional is what i experienced. very clearly questions are asked and answered. The Dr.s seem to be top notch in the field of getting folks on the road to recovery, Very thoughtful in changing procedures' to make sure their doing what's best for me, Even though at times you see different attending Dr,s everyone seems to stay well informed on what your management care is. And then the attending Staff The young ladies are wonderful,really so much so that on one occasion my2yr granddaughter did not want to stay in my room for treatment they were so sweet and accommodating allowing her to go up front and color with them. How awesome ! So for me its my choice to be on the road to recovery at the Brooks clinic.

They are so sweet and patient with their patients. They are completely understanding!! Shay and Dr. Collin will brighten your day and make you laugh, which is really something when we come in with pain. They make you feel so comfortable and work at a pace that is good for you and not too painful!! I will definitely come back here if I get hurt again!! I just love them!!!!

The treatment I received at this clinic is one of the best I’ve EVER received at any doctors office. All of the staff and doctor who saw me were super nice and explained everything thoroughly. Consuelo and Latrice even went as far to help me with my one year old while I got X-Rays! So grateful for staff who makes such a tough time feel less painful!
