The DOC on 63rd and Portland is the best PT location I’ve been to in any state. The staff is great the physical therapist’s are professional and extremely knowledgeable and competent. They had my busted shoulders from the military feeling better than they had in years within a two sessions. I definitely recommend this place.

I found this place after I injured my shoulder. I have been extremely pleased with the service and care that I received. They took me to X-ray almost immediately and the Dr was in to see me within 5 minutes. I’ve since had 2 additional appointments and they have seen me within 5 to 10 minutes of arriving. The staff are wonderful. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely excellent care! Came in with a broken arm after a bike fall and they spent so much time looking at me and cleaning all of my wounds up to make sure I was okay. The staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Kori is so sweet, detailed, and caring! I really enjoy seeing her. She took extra time with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone there was very nice! I would definitely recommend this location to others.

I recently switched doctors to Direct Orthopedic Care. From the moment I walked in, to the time I left I felt like I was well taken care of, and not just another number. Penelope at the desk helped me sign in and she’s super kind. I was also helped by Amber who took the time to address my concerns, she is also great! Cory is fantastic and she also took her time with my questions and concerns. She not only answered all of my questions, but she has a lot of patience and is very empathetic. Overall, I would highly recommend this location! You will be in great hands.

Really grateful for this place. They are kind and take good care of patients young and not so young. They are flexible and let the patient feel like you have some choices in the treatment process. They remember patients from one visit to the next; making you feel more like a patient than a medical file. Their extended hours is also really helpful for those who have normal work hours. That's a major plus! (Only complaint: They can be a little stingy with the coban wrap.)

Dr. Conley, the anesthesiologist and nurses are all amazing. Friendly, personable, and great at their jobs. I’m giving it a 4 star, due to the next part. Otherwise, it would be a definite 5. Unfortunately, you have to deal with the remote scheduling staff to even get to them. If you can get through that mess of waiting weeks for them to get back with, or answer phone calls, you’ll be happy with the care.

So thankful for DOC. They are ALWAYS so nice and friendly and willing to help. I had knee surgery a few weeks ago and I was having trouble with my other knee causing both knees to hurt. I called and got in the very next day. Dr. Kyle McGiveren and his PA were so kind and listen to me. He was able to give me a shot in my non-surgical knee and it made the difference between night and day. I was able to walk better and my other knee can continue to heal. Overall, I love Dr. McGiveren and his staff. They truly care about your needs. That makes it a lot easier to feel better about yourself.

Staff was polite and professional. Provided me with a wheelchair as I couldn’t walk well. Dr. Dees was really nice. Explained my injury very well. Made sure I completely understood the problem and the treatment. I am very happy that I chose this provider.

I was having issues with an ongoing elbow problem and I was able to be seen right away. I was also given different treatment options that had never been offered before so I was quite hopeful that my issue may finally be fixed. I would definitely recommend this place as the staff/physician assistant/nurse/x-ray tech were all amazing and provided excellent service and care. I would definitely recommend this facility. I have had good experiences in the past but now for some reason no one is listening. They can't seem to get orders turned in to the right place and can't get messages right. It has been almost a month and a half and still am waiting. Order was turned to wrong place and have not yet had that corrected. Evidently your pain doesn't matter. What is wrong with them. Oh that's right it is my fault.

Staff was able to work me in! Much relief to see and hear that all is well! Dr. McGivern helped to save my life a few years ago, and has always taken the time to alleviate any and all concerns. His MA, Katelyn, is very professional and a hoot!! Great personality. All in all, a great day. We travel 2 hours to see him, so supper will be great as well!!

The PA Kelsey pretty much dismissed my back pain, did not seem interested. Did x-rays and said I had mild scoliosis, but she wanted an MRI. Because only lower back pain was listed and not my more serious symptoms, My insurance declined to pay for the MRI. So Kelsey called me and said since insurance declined the MRI there was nothing more she could do for me. So I paid for the MRI out of my own pocket and found there were some serious problems with my back. When she got the results she did call me and apologize for dismissing me the way she did, and she said she sent and urgent referral for a surgeon. After a week of not hearing anything from the surgeon I found out that she sent the referral to the wrong fax number, Lord knows where my private information went! And this is delayed my treatment. My condition got much worse over the weekend and I called and left a message. She called me back but had no idea what was going on with my case at all, she told me to go to physical therapy. When I reminded her of my situation she just rattled off some stuff in a very uncaring manner like she was just trying to get rid of me. Apparently there's only PAs that work there in no real doctors. This place is an absolute waste of time, and I'm considering a lawsuit for them recklessly handling my private information!

The PA I saw was so kind. I felt like she really cared about and identified with my pain. She took me seriously and she worked hard to find the problem. My experience was very good and I will definitely be recommending this place to others.

The Best experience I have ever had for a knee replacement. Went to 1st app. Today after surgery which was 12 days ago. Very little pain able to walk without a walker. Yes I get tired but nothing compared to 1st knee replacement. Dr Kyle McGivrn is the best.

10/10. Highly recommend. Was asked to be there 30 mins early for new pt paper work. 13 people in lobby already. Completed paperwork in 8 mins. Was back and had x rays done before my appointment time! Office staff was great before during and after. I was seen by PA Kori. (😬 I think) She was friendly and knowledgeable. Did an ultrasound and steroid injections after discussing my condition and options. Scheduled follow up and was out of there within 45 minutes! I had been dreading the visit because of past experiences with other providers. My only regret is not having gone to DOC sooner.

Dr. McGivern and the staff are wonderful! Dr. McGivern is very thorough, he listens to your concerns and explains things where l can understand. He did a total knee replacement on my left knee. He is a great surgeon!

Casey was excellent! She was very attentive to my injury and very thorough in her explanation of the x-rays etc.She really took the time to answer all of my questions & concerns. I am so glad I came across this place! They take self-pay without any referrals, so it was much more affordable than I had expected.

I just moved here from California. And I’m always a little afraid when I have to start a new doctors office. But from the moment I walked in the door, the staff was nothing but welcoming to me. It took them a minute to get my insurance taken care of and they were so kind and kept on until they got everything solved. Then once I was in the room. I got nothing but good feelings and good care. I needed one of the nurses to hold my hand and she did it without a second thought. I left there feeling like I’m okay if I need to go back. And that x-ray room there are no words on how kind the staff was in there. The room itself smelled so welcoming when I walked in. Those ladies they deserve a 20 not a 10. It’s great to feel at ease when you walk into a room.

This was my first visit. Starting with a phone call to get an appointment, they were all very friendly and informative. They went out of their way to help me find information, so I could be seen. The front desk person I think his name was Sam , came out to the waiting room to explain the wait time. I will add I don’t think the wait time was over 30 min. Amy and all the nurses and radiology staff were very friendly. Everything was explained thoroughly. I hope all the future visits go as well.

This was the best medical facility I have been to by far. My PA was amazing and so helpful and seemed to go above and beyond. She answered all my questions as long as explained everything she wanted to do and seemed extremely knowledgeable. She was 100% more helpful than the ER at Integris.

Everyone there is so professional and kind!! They were amazing!! The receptionists, X-ray techs, doctors, everyone! If you need orthopedic care this is such a good place! They are also very fast and efficient! In and out, but with absolutely no lack of care and they do not rush you at all if you have any questions.

The doc Clinic is a pearl. Their support staff are top-notch and very kind. Their medical staff are outstanding. From the interview to evaluation and diagnosis was spot on. The medical provider plan of care was very thorough. I felt as though I was the only patient they had. They have a way of making you feel special. I will most certainly return.

Dr. Conley and his staff have taken excellent care of me and continue to do so. His PA-C, Marcia, is professional and courteous and does her best to listen to me and make me feel heard. They all do the best to take my thoughts and feelings into account when coming up with my plan for care. They have always explained things so that I understand. I am thankful for I have them all in my corner.

Corrie the PA was great and Bailey! The front desk however was not the most friendly or kind individuals! They did wheel me out to my car but I felt like I put them out for having to do it Update: Chad the practice manager called and was very apologetic about the front desk ! He listened to my concerns and I felt like he really cared.

The staff was great! They explained my injury to me and the course of action we could take for healing in a way I could understand. The only thing I would change would be having to fill out paperwork with the same information I already submitted online, then having to repeat it verbally in the exam room.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Got right in at my appointment time. They were upfront with costs and treatment options, and I got great care. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thanks!

Great facility and the staff was very good to us. My biggest problems is that We've seen the funny/creative commercials on youtube but still had no idea about what you really do. You need to very plainly say, "In these situations... skip the ER and come to us first. We are an ER ALTERNATIVE that wont destroy your family savings" Now that we know, the commercials make sense.

I was called two hours before my appointment that I scheduled over a week ago to inform me that they did not have a working X-Ray machine on site and their other location did not either. They informed me they could see me 8 days from now. This is highly disappointing to have been informed day of my appointment and the week of a holiday. It would have been nice to have felt any compassion from the clinic but that didn’t happen. I asked if they could recommend anywhere else since my pain had gotten worse and they said maybe McBride.

Dr. Conley is amazing!! Always willing to talk about whatever health issue you have related to his field of expertise. Explains everything so that you can understand it. Wonderful bedside manner after surgery as well. Highly recommend him for back surgery.

Samantha is an amazingly wonderful provider (PA-C). Knowledgeable and sympathetic. She showed me exactly what was wrong and even provided the amount I may have to pay so I was not blind sided. She goes above and beyond and I’m very thankful!
