Braden Group is absolutely terrible property management company. They are very quick to sue former tenants for stuff that should have been fixed prior to being leased. Braden Group also has a bad reputation for paying contractors. The Braden Group still owes me for three houses I worked on for them.

Absolutely horrible service. We’ve currently had awful AC issues in the middle of summer and it’s been 12 days since our work orders haven’t heard from them since Monday. Our electric bill was 800 dollars and our house is at 88-89 degrees with the air on.

They remodel their rent houses in the cheapest way possible and charge you when everything fails. We moved in July to a “move in ready house”. When we moved in the A/C didn’t work for the first week, we didn’t have hot water for the first month, our dishwasher wasn’t hooked up, there was a gas leak, the hot water tank wasn’t vented and could have been very dangerous if we hadn’t noticed, the plumbing has only worked on and off about the half the time since we moved in, and they continue to charge us for having to submit work request to fix things that should never have broke in the first place if they didn’t cut ever corner to make it as cheap as possible for them. We have only been here around three months and have had to submit 12 work requests for things that should’ve been taken care of before move in or could’ve been avoided if they remodeled their houses the right way. The house has only had basic standards of living about half of the time we have been and will not do anything to make it right except sending an automated text apologizing.

We work closely with Braden Group on numerous closings each month I can say they are one of the best to work with! Conner, Wade and their team are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Closings are a breeze and handled in a timely manner.

Braden Group is literally the missing link for anyone who wants to invest in real estate but is lacking in time, and knowledge, of all the details to make it happen. Their course literally gave me every detail needed to continue to grow my real estate portfolio and it filled in all the gaps in the areas I had challenges. DO NOT APPLY HERE. They move TONS of people to the stage where they pay the application fee and then suddenly your application doesn’t move forward and they STOP ANSWERING PHONE CALLS. I CALLED OVER 10 TIMES TODAY AND NO ANSWER. Obviously this is a BARELY legal cash grab. This is the SECOND time I applied with this group and BOTH times as soon as the $80 in fees clears, someone else gets chosen. It says on their rental portal if there are other applicants and this place had NO OTHER APPLICANTS but somehow someone else got chosen??? Its obviously a cash grab - typical of corrupt landlords like this ENTIRE management group
