this is definitely a hidden gem in the city! upon arrival, the huge mirror at the door amazed us, looked top posh. the owner and staff were very welcoming. inside it's dim but modern. quite some interesting cocktails to choose from and each of us were able to pick our favourite. it wasn't a busy place so we were able to relaxed in this quiet and lightly jazzy musical area. the winnie the pooh cocktail was lovely! all drinks were nicely designed and colourful, just some of them were too syrupy. a great place for drink to relax in the evening.

Very nice small bar in Shinjuku, with very good cocktails. Better listen to the bartender advice - we ordered a drink that they said is very strong... and oh man... it was! Their snacks are primarily Western and of high quality.

Hidden gem with an upscale cozy vibe, friendly service at a high level, and excellent craft cocktails using quality ingredients with a creative use of ingredients and techniques. I was fortunate to go at a time on a Sunday where it wasn’t busy so had the opportunity to chat extensively with the staff and learn more about the bar, their drinks, etc. The day before, I went to the world famous bar Ben Fiddich and had some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had, and was thinking that FIVE Arrows also deserves to be recognized in a similar way for its top tier cocktails. They have only been open half a year so perhaps they will well known someday when the secret gets out. I’m lucky to be a patron in their early days but someday it might be hard to get a seat. I hope to return to try other cocktails and their food. Their menu looks really interesting and different from what you’ll find around Shinjuku. Highly recommend!!

Murakami-san is the best bartender. All the original cocktails are solid. We drank most of that menu. We recommend the coffee and licorice negroni and Forest fashion. Thank you for making our drinking experience so classy!

My boyfriend and I visited FIVE Arrows on our 8 year anniversary on May 23rd at 22:00/10:00PM. The bartender made some delicious cocktails and it felt as if every cocktail told their own story. The atmosphere is also very intimate and relaxing. My boyfriend and I only know the basic thank you and hello words in Japanese but we did not feel out of place here. The waiter was very patient with us. I definitely recommend and hope to be back to Japan and FIVE Arrows some day!

We were lucky enough to stumble across this bar tonight in Shinjuku. The decor is absolutely stunning, the staff are so friendly, polite, attentive, and helpful. The drinks were divine. I have nothing but great things to say. Would recommend to anybody visiting Tokyo. Worth going out of your way for!!

Incredible service and atmosphere! My husband and I loved every cocktail and the cheese plate was excellent. The manager, Yuki, was great to talk with and he takes great pride and care in the craft of every cocktail and customer experience.

We ended up here as a recommendation of the bar we tried to go to and could not be happier! The drinks are as beautiful as the rest of the space. The staff is kind and helpful to non Japanese speakers. I have already recommended this place to a friend and am now recommending it to you.
