日光市（旧今市ですが．．）を仕事で訪れました。
午前の仕事を早々に切り上げ今市駅前で気になるお店を発見したので初来店。
ユタの店．．．というお店。
名前だけ聞くとどこか占い屋さんみたいな感じがします。
調べてみると坦々麺の人気店のようです。
坦々麺は大好物なので期待しながらお店へ。
開店から間もない時間でしたが5台る駐車場はすでに満車。
NTTビルの南側にある無料の市営駐車場にも停められるとのことでしたので駐車スペースに困ることはなさそうです。
2組目の待ちでしたが店外で結構待ちましたね。
回転率はあまり早くはないようです。（20分ほど待ちました）
待ち時間中に店員さんがオーダーを取りに来ました。
メニュー表で確認しておいたのでスムーズにオーダー。
今回は一番人気の特製坦々麺（800円）としそ餃子3個入り（270円）を注文。
坦々麺の辛さは5段階からチョイスできるのですが辛さのレベルが分からなかったのでちょい辛にしました。
（食べてからの感想ですがちょい辛余裕でした辛口でもよかったかも）
そしてランチタイム（11：30-14：00）ならではのサービス
麺、チャーハン類を注文すると杏仁豆腐が無料で付いてくるんです。
しかも麺類を注文した場合は加えて半ライスも付いてきます。
これには男子も女子もニッコリですね。
席で待つこと約5分で坦々麺が運ばれてきました。
食欲をそそる褐色のスープに香る山椒、中央に乗った肉みそもいい色合いです。
レンゲでスープを一口。
桜えびや海苔などがスープに含まれているようです。
海の旨味がギュッと見事に凝縮されています。
麺もいい仕事をしています。
ちょい太目のちぢれ麺で見た目はツルッとしています。
食感もよくこのスープにはこの麺ありだと。
具材にワンタンが入っているのも坦々麺では珍しいですね。
（白河ラーメン以外で入っているのはあまり目にしたことがありません）
クリーミーで濃厚な胡麻の風味のスープは美味しくて抵抗なくスープまでペロリと完食してしまいました。
しそ餃子もおいしかったです。
餃子の外からも薄ら見える緑色の存在。
タネに入っているしそがその正体です。
皮もモチモチで中はジューシーな肉汁がじゅわ～でした。
食べ終えてから5個入りにしておけばよかったかなと反省会。
人気のチャーハンや思わず「えっ？」となった焼きカレー坦々麺など気になるメニューが多くてリピートする楽しみができました。
すばらしい坦々麺との巡り敢えて感動の一日でした。
