We go through the drive-through at this location frequently, but had not been inside in a few years. The entire dine-in experience was so amazing! The updated interior looks so good and has such a comfortable feel. We were greeted by Keagan who took our order. He was friendly, engaging and was far more personable than you would expect at a fast food restaurant. We spent some time talking to Aaron. We wanted him to know that our daughter works nearby in food service and after a long day of often unhappy customers, she regularly drops in to Taco Bell to grab something before heading home. Aaron is always cheerful and kind and she has frequently commented to us that he totally turned things around for her after a hard day. We interacted with one other employee during our visit, Alexander. He was also extremely warm and friendly. On top of all of this, the food was delivered super fast and was not skimpy. It was hot and delicious and the entire order (with special requests) was just as ordered. This Taco Bell defies the fast food experience stereotype. Frankly it beats the experience we've had at any other Taco Bell - and do so consistently. I hope the management, the owners, and even Taco Bell corporate recognizes what a valuable team they have at the Olathe Taco Bell!

This Taco Bell is miles beyond all others. They are friendly, they are speedy and the restaurant is so clean. All other Taco Bells need to take note of this one. Also a special shout out to Aaron there. What a friendly and kind man. My kids absolutely love him.

I love their beef, cheese, and bean burrito with extra hot sauce. I don't go here often; only when I have the craving. It is nostalgic, comfort food for me.

For a Taco Bell, this is a pretty good one. The drive-thru line generally moves quickly, even with the slow orderers. And, in general, everyone that works the drive-thru is very friendly and customer oriented. World's better than any McDonald's drive-thru! Taco Bell tacos are pretty good for a drive-thru taco place. Always super crispy, and this location puts sufficient beef and other fillings in. Some Bells skimp, but this one doesn't. We've never had a bad experience here and we've been here dozens of times at all times of the day from early breakfast to past midnight for a late night, after the movies, snack.

I’ve gone to this location for months and they still instill on arguing when i all i ordered it black beans instead of beef grilled cheese burrito, i still had convince the window employee to read the order correcly after re reading the order and the arguing with me. All i wanted was a grilled cheese burrito with no fiesta strips, and this isn’t the first time i’ve had to argue with them to get the order correct.

I mean it's taco bell how can you possibly get better? If Gordon Ramsey could make a burrito that tasty one could only imagine the heights of culinary success he would enjoy.

I ordered 1 Fiesta burrito and got 5 potato soft tacos and a beef chalupa. went back to get my burrito, they give it to me, I park, it's another soft taco. 6 soft tacos. other than that I come here often and it's been pretty good.

I thought this was a pretty good Taco Bell until this afternoon. There were no cars in the drive thru lane when I pulled in. Nor were there any cars behind me. The parking lot had a couple or three cars, but that was it. The person at the window didn't seem to know this. She spoke so fast, it was difficult to understand her and when asked to repeat something, she acted irritated. I placed my order: 1 taco supreme, hot sauce, and 1 medium diet Pepsi. When I got to the window, I said, "You sure talk fast," to which she replied "Thank you. That's the way I like it." She then started telling me that she liked to get customers out of there in a hurry so she could go home on time. Either she realized she was sounding like a jerk or the look on my face brought her back to the reality that she was talking to one of those customers she tried to hurry. Another woman came up front with my order while the first one was proudly telling me how much she liked to hurry customers. I decided to give them a taste of their own medicine and started demanding that they hurry up and give me my change and my food. They laughed as though it was a joke. Well, the joke's on them because I'll never go back to that Taco Bell, especially since even with barely any customers and no need to hurry so much, they forgot to give me hot sauce and straw.

It was late and there were only two people in the kitchen, however I was pleasantly surprised by how well they followed my family and I's order. The food came out at a reasonable time and the restroom was clean, along with the dining area. I would eat here again.

Sitting in drive through after 30 mins. I ordered in my app and set for drive-through pick up. I got to the speaker after waiting a few minutes. after a few more minutes later lady comes on and said it’s gonna be a long wait there’s only two of us and I said I have already ordered on my mobile app and already paid for it. She said we will try to do it as soon as possible. 30 minutes later the same car that’s been sitting at the window, since I’ve gotten here is still there I don’t know what to do because I’ve already paid? So I’m still sitting here. It’s hard to believe the same car is still here even if there is only two people.over five cars have left behind me and there that were in front of me. Come on one order should not be that hard.

Food quality is consistent with other Taco Bells. That's all I expect for 5 stars. Service is typically expedient and friendly. I can't really rate the atmosphere from the drive-through, but I didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

Delicious food and speedy customer service. Rose was great! She definitely has the best attitude and is a great role model.

Pretty decent Taco Bell that seems to get my order correct and serves fresh food. I have absolutely no problems with the employees at this location. The only reason for 3 stars is because they ask me if I want to round up my total for some (possibly fake) charity and still charge me 80 cents for a side of nacho cheese. Maybe charge me 40 cents for the cheese and donate the other 40 to your charity? Maybe put your money where your mouth is Taco Bell and donate your own money before asking for mine!

Dear management: whoever the man is that was working the drive through Monday July 10th at around 3:15….. PLEASE give this guy a raise his customer service is impeccable. Zero complaints about any part of my experience!

VERY slow service. Yes, it was noon but it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to make a taco. While I was waiting I noticed the ceiling was filthy. And the manager went directly from preparing food to handling cash to preparing food to touching all kinds of other things and back to preparing food. It doesn’t matter if you’re wearing gloves if you touch dirty things with the gloves then touch my food. Gross. Also, my taco shell was stale. Ugh.

Whoever was working the window tonight (May 17 at 9:30pm) deserves a HUGE raise and promotion. I sent in a mobile order and they greeted me by my name, asked how my day was, complimented my shirt, and told me to have a blessed night. They just radiated kindness. That stuff really matters and is greatly appreciated. The world needs more people like this. Oh and the food was great too.

Great service here, I ordered a custom made burrito and they made it with pleasure and it was hot and fresh. That's all you can ask for for a quick drive-through order

Even though I have been eating T-Bell for probably 45 years now, I don't want to take the combo I just ate for granted. The tacos were fresh, tasty and as good as ever. Sincerely, soooo good! In addition to still being satisfied with the taste of Taco Bell, the staff and team at this Olathe, Kansas #034386 restaurant are all great. They all genuinely seem to appreciate the culture and their fellow colleagues. Starting with Aaron H. and everyone around him, they are all just super personable...and as close to feeling like friends and family as you could possibly have. Rare, very special, terrific team. The gentlemen working at this location during the 7pm shift tonight, were absolutely wonderful. I had a "not so great" day and they helped cheer me up within the few minutes we were there.. So funny and polite, definitely one of my favorite taco bell visits. Thanks guys!

Aaron at the window was great as usual! The service was slow getting us our food but we will be back.

I have been coming to this location for about 20 years now. Over the past seven years, they have never failed to give me the best quality of Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many locations but this one is by far the best. I have never had a bad experience with my food or the employees. I read some reviews and saw some people complain about the low quality service here, but you cannot be expecting a five star restaurant type of attitude from these guys. It’s Taco Bell. I want to give a big shout out to Aaron, an employee at this location, who always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Exceptional service. 5+ stars.

The service was awesome! Patricia and her whole team took excellent care of us. The cheese on my quesadilla was not melted as much as I personally needed it to be. Unfortunately I’m a picky texture person. They didn’t even hesitate to make me a new one and it was perfect! Really appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant and the restroom as well. It was obvious that this crew cared about their job. I value that in employees and I hope whoever manages this Taco Bell does too.

Had to wait to have my order taken. Music was so loud I couldn't hear my name called. I asked for the music to be turned down. It was, but five minutes later it was loud again. But, the guy that took my order, brought it to my table, and turned the music down was very nice.

Dined in on 9-16-2022. Waited awhile because drive thru was very busy. After a nice young man took our order we sat down and couldn't get comfortable because the music was really loud. So loud I was afraid I wouldn't hear when my order was up. Thankfully the nice young man that took my order brought the food to the table, so I asked if he could turn the music down, and he did and was very nice about it. But within 5 minutes the music was blairing again. The kind of music was not the issue, it was just so loud everyone had to compete to be heard so it just got louder. I'm not a whiner so we just left...

This is the most consistent Taco Bell I have ever been to. Store is always clean inside and out. Employees are friendly, helpful and patient. I can go the the one 6 minutes from my house, but I always choose to drive 17 minutes to go to this one.
