We stayed for a couple of nights. It was a nice quiet stay. We had a room with a king bed and it was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The room smelled nice when we walked in. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. They have an indoor pool and a laundry room. We slept in every morning so we missed breakfast. lol. We will definitely be back.

This place was a godsend! After being on the road for 13 hours (and 16 hours the previous day), we were frazzled and exhausted. We needed a pet-friendly hotel, with room to park our car and UHaul trailer, a clean quiet room, a hot shower and a good breakfast. This place checked all those boxes and more. Check-in was pleasant and efficient. Staff even came outside to personally show us where we could park our extended vehicle. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We all (including 2 dogs) slept soundly. The shower was "insane." Breakfast was well stocked (despite a very large group of tradesmen eating everything as soon as it came out; the staff kept up) and filling. We left refreshed and ready for the last 9-hour leg of our journey (moving from Nevada to Minnesota). We highly recommend this hotel.

We tried it check in without a reservation and were told they were full. Booked online while standing in their lobby, and we got a room. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The updates appear to be done, but there is some slapstick work, so it looks impressive until you really look. (They left the tubs and that probably needed replacing and there was a broken outlet cover in our room among other small issues involving paint and finishes.) I also sat in an armchair and promptly hit my head on the lamp when I stood up, forgetting I'm tall and the lamp was there. 🤦🏼‍♀️ The bedding on one of the beds wasn't cleaned well (there was something crusty on one of the sheets), so I called the front desk, and no one answered. Went to the front desk and waited in line to be helped because there was only one person working the desk. I got new sheets and had to change them myself! I thought that was interesting from a service aspect. 🤔 The breakfast in the morning was great--waffles, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, yogurt, muffins, bagels, juice, coffee, fruit, and probably more. Overall, it was a pretty good place to stay, but check your beds and get a reservation before stopping.

Would definitely stay here again. The rooms were nice and clean, the bed was super comfortable! However there is no way totake a bath, called and they said that it's because the pipes are bursting from pressure, understandable. All of the receptionists were really sweet and the free breakfast was good. The lady keeping it all stocked was a total sweetheart! The location is a little odd, not far from overland park, but kinda in the middle of nowhere. Definitely thinks it needs more then a 2 star hotel rating.

This La Quinta is really nice. The staff was always smiling, and working with a sense of urgency. Every quest was treated like a vip. The hotel was very clean, which made my stay very pleasant. The breakfast in the lobby was fantastic everyday. The server did a great job of keeping everything stocked. Overall a satisfying stay, and I will return whenever in town.

We stayed at the La Quinta - Olathe, Kansas for our son-in-law’s graduation for 2 days-3 nights. The hotel was easy to access off I-35 and was located in a very quiet area of the city. Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The King bed was one of the most comfortable beds we had slept in for quite some time. We enjoyed swimming in the pool with our kids and young grandkids. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. Although the hotel was being renovated, we weren’t affected by any extra dust or noise.

Much better than the last time I stayed. This time they were part way through renovating the entire hotel. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. This hotel is also in a great location with many reasturants nearby. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area for business.

I am in the process of transitioning from another state. I have 2 cats & I work less than a mile from the hotel. So being that they're pet friendly & in walking distance from my job I decided to go w/this hotel. The only thing is I wish they had weekly rates. Other than that they're very accommodating & understanding of my situation. I wanted to switch rooms yesterday & it took me almost 3hrs. It was past 3pm when I finally finished. They weren't rushing me or anything. They are still in the process of renovating I think.... Nonetheless it's in a great location & overall convenient.

We had an emergency, last-minute stay in the area, so I was happy to find a place that was open for a good price. We got a room with two double beds for $90 a night. We loved the pool, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast excedeeded my expectations for how little it was advertised. There were biscuits, sausage, gravy, and eggs; pancakes & syrup, yogurt, and cold cereal. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is under remodel so it’s very cluttered. But has a lot of potential. Our room was ok, it was clean but the main light for the whole room was broken and all we had were the lamps, the air conditioning didn’t work but they were able to fix that. The toilet wasn’t attached very well and you didn’t know if it was going to fall over when you sat on it. The hot tub didn’t work at all but the pool was warm. The beds were NOT queen size they were more like full size so not a ton of room if your sharing a bed. Would we stay here again, prolly not.

The hotel itself was fine the staff and service however was appalling. The fact that other guests and kids were allowed to be inconsiderate and disrespectful to other guests as well as alcohol able to accessed by minors in the pool area and parents leaving 8 year olds to run it without supervision while they were intoxicated in the lobby is why I will not be staying here again

The hotel is under construction, so it was noisy, the pool was very cold and the hot tub was out of order. It was a great location for the Olathe Marathon, and there were good restaurants within a 15 minute drive. They had a good breakfast and a friendly staff. Once construction is done, this will be a great place to stay.

Hot tub is not hot because pool water floods into the tub. People are allowed to smoke in some non-smoking areas outside. Newly remodeled and impressive. Kitchen staffer was extra hospitable -- breakfast was good.

The good: the beds are comfortable, the rooms are mostly updated, the service from the man (didn’t get his name) was nice and friendly, close to many stores and restaurants The bad: the service from the woman one morning was awful. I asked to extend our stay and she immediately said they were full, not rooms available. I pulled up the location on my phone and there were 5 rooms available. I’m not sure why she would lie and avoid paying customers. The other negatives were that the pool was ice cold and the water went into the hot tub so the hot tub was lukewarm. Many of the lights in the room were broken. The breakfast meat looked like it was microwaved, very soggy. It’s located right across the street from the hospital. I can see how it can be a benefit if you need to be close to it but we didn’t and heard sirens right outside our room constantly

The rooms were very clean, beds were super comfortable, and breakfast was good. Overall a great stay in a nice hotel. Was definitely a good bang for the buck.
