👍👍 Awesome place. During the summer, they have a open hanger event the first Saturday of each month that is fun. They have a few old planes. Stuff for kids to do such as toys to play with, face painting, Jeep rides. Small plane simulators. Serve food as well. All of it is free, but they could use donat... People often mention great,

Fun events let kids see airplanes close up and take a flight in a small plane.

Saw the B-17 bomber, a Texan trainer and Biplane. Took some Jeep Rides (free! Donation suggested) around the airport. Amazing! Guides and crews had great information and were very friendly.

If you enjoy WWII vintage airplanes then this is a great airshow. You are right on the flight line and they have some great aircrafts. This year they did some "dogfighting" and bombing runs with pyrotechnics. It was a lot of fun. Looking forward to it next year!

Very very friendly atmosphere. Saw the B29 named Doc. Toured other planes while there. Had a great time. The staff said they have open hanger days once a month. They offer open cockpit flights in their Stermin bi-plane. Next time I am there I am going to buy a flight!

Lots of military aviation history to look at, pictures, uniforms, time of detailed models of military planes. Helpful ex military guys around to talk about the displays with you.

Small but nice place for Air Force lovers. They must update timings and off days. Phone must always be attended on week days.

The historical artifacts they have on display are very interesting. It is important to remember the people who built and flew these aircraft especially since BOTH are almost gone.

Went here to see Fifi the B29. Had fun with the kids. Grass for parking was a bit long. But otherwise we had a blast.

The Commemorative Air Force Museum and hangar is a fun family friendly place to visit. Visit on 1st Saturdays "Open Hangar Day" and there are vintage airplanes, Jeep rides, lots of kid's activities, face painting, WWII Museum, and FREE lunch. It's a great place to spend a Saturday afternoon!
