Great place! Very clean, delicious food and drinks, fun place for adults and kids. Lots of games available. While we we there there was a birthday party and it was in a separate section which looked fun and spacious. Moscot was walking around and saying hello to all the kids! There is parking outside. Definitely come back there again.

This is one of the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese we've visited so far. There are plenty of space between the games. We didn't have any issues with out if service or broken games. The staff are also the most attentive of all the Chuck E. Cheese we've gone to. They were welcoming and kind. Thank you for the fun visit!

Very nice, I put the menu on here so everyone can see what's new and what's not. I would suggest buying the bulk package of tickets or it could get very expensive. Kids have lots of fun, its indoors and Chuky the mouse seems to come out every hour doing a dance routine and throwing a handful of tickets to all the little ones on the ground. More importantly, the staff watches the door being kids are running around all over the place, so your kid doesn't run out into the street. PS at the end of the day, you'll have to put your tickets into a ticket counting machine so please make sure that most of your winning tickets are not single tickets, a group of 10 or more is less of a test of your patience as opposed to 1 ticket going through the machine at a time that could take over a half hour.

Nicely renovated. There's no climbing tube but a lot more games and much cleaner. They have a new time based payment option that gave me 1.5 hours with 3 kids for 60 bucks. Still over priced but easier to manage.

Brought my son here twice and we love it! Lots of different games and little rides that keep him entertained for hours. The food is good and the employees are very nice and helpful! Chuck E. Cheese comes out every hour and greets all the kids and takes pictures. We will definitely be back often 😊

I have went for the first time to this place with my niece, she was so happy to go in and see Chucky, paid little over 80 bucks only to be treated as if we did not pay for our food, I don’t know if she was the manager or supervisor but she was rude and kept insisting we did not pay for salad bar, but we had receipt. She kept following us around the salad bar do and we was so uncomfortable, on top of it chunky came out for 2 minutes and never came back out.

My son loves this place. When we go we usually get him 120 mins and we split the time we spend there. We usually play for an hour, then go ahead and pause the bracelet then we eat and go play for the last hour. It usually takes us at least 3 hours but usually 4. We only go once a month.

I usually dread the crowds at Chuck e cheese on the weekends, but to my surprise it was practically empty when we arrived for our party reservation. It was such a nice time for the kids, and they were able to run around and play freely. My only issue was the quality of the pizza that day. It's usually pretty good, but the pizza tasted like it was made and sat out for a long time. Other than that, I am pleased with our visit.

Why a three star? While the service and atmosphere in this location is great, fun and the food is enjoyable, I have to say that the safety for the children that attend the location is lacking. We had a party with a good amount of parents and same amounts of kids. During the time that we were there no one was worried about having to run around the bigger kids ( 7, 8 and 9 year old's) because to our knowledge the kids are not allowed to leave without there respective adult. When we were about to leave our lives turned red for a good whole 5 min or so. We could not find one of the smaller (5 year old) kid. We started a search in the bathrooms, under the tables, where ever we thought a kid could hide. We even asked the employee that was at the entrance checking everyone in and out if he seen a kid leave alone. He said no. We continued our search, I had two of my own and had one of the birthday boys, while our host (mom of the birthday boys) was franticly searching for the boy. We noticed one of the other mom was no longer inside of the location. I decided to go outside and see if she had the other birthday boy. I was going to walk out with all three kids. No need to say that the codes would not be the same. The employee that was checking verified all four codes and let me go. This is when my heart just sunk, if he let me leave with a boy that was not mine, what could of happened to birthday boy number one??? At that moment I asked for the manager in charge. The employee that was checking just vanished and who I assumed was his supervisor toke his place. While I was explaining to the manager the situation, we found birthday boy number one. He did leave the facilities with another mom. She was outside waiting for us. This is why only 3 stars. This is a situation that must be address by Chuck E. Cheese safety management. Please have in mind that predator's are just waiting for a chance like this to do their worse. Yes, I go there because it is better to be safe than sorry. To management please step up to the plate with solutions to this very serious matter.

Love this place. I visit with my grandkids everytime I'm in Long Island. Employees are very nice. I'm always pleasantly surprise finding it so clean considering there are a lot of kids running around. I would definitely recommend this place.

The young staff that works there really tries to make your time an enjoyable experience. The older gentleman that works at the front can be a bit short in his speaking to you. Chuck E comes out every 30 minutes and greets the children, takes the time to take pictures and very friendly. They have a good safety system in place to prevent children going out the facility without a parent or gaurdian. The all you can eat salad bar is worth the $11.49. A 30 play point card with wrist coil is $20.00, it last my child about an hour worth of games and rides. Definitely buy the points if your little one is under 5 (less attention span). Big shot out to the waitress staff, cooks and bus peoples. Tipp: When scanning your child's card on the rides switch with other parents and take turns. This goes a long way in extending the overall adventures of the evening.

Food too expensive, a medium pizza, just cheese, nothing else! And 3 small drinks it's $30 !! I can buy at Dominos a large pizza with pepperoni and a 2 L soda for less then $20, games and everything else, it's ok.

We went for a birthday party, and the place was very clean (even the bathroom), well run, everything was working, the party attendant was great and the kids had fun. There's no climbing structures anymore, just games.

Great like always. Kids had a great time. LOOK ONLINE FOR DEALS FIRST They dont tell you they running DEALS when you ask them. Our fault that this has happened multiple times we just forget to check their app for deals. They should really tell customers to check the app instead of lying and saying no deals. That's why they just get 3 star.

Great place to take your kids. I personally don't like the Pizza, but my child loves it. The arcade games are great and there is something for every kid. It is definitely one of my sons favorite places.

Had my son's 6th birthday party here. The kids had a blast!

Chuck E. Cheese made it so easy for me to have my daughter's party here. My daughter had her 6th bday party here and enjoyed every moment of it. The staff was very welcoming when we first walked through the door and our Host (Ruth or Ruthie) was a big help Laleah was also there to help us with whatever questions comments and concerns we had with our party! I also loved that they had a child check sticker for babies was walking around trying to join the fun. Nicole and Ada was big help for us just as well. Thank you!! Will be back again!!!

I just want to say thank you to the Manager Rachel and Ashley and The party host Ruth for making my daughters 7th birthday party Great they were all very helpful from the booking to the end of the party,if you ever need To have a party request one of these 3 young ladies they were phenomenal .

Went to celebrate a birthday party and enjoyed it. The front desk guy was welcoming. The server/ set up hostess was very pleasant and has an inviting presence about her. The food was good. The only downside was not enough staff to help clear the tables. Hopefully they will resolve it in due time. Recommend this Chuckie Cheese.

Having a party here was great! Our server was more than helpful and super kind. The manager was also kind and very professional 👏🏾 The play area was clean and all games worked. The kids enjoyed themselves and can't wait to come back!

Looking for something to do with the kids on a rainy day!!! I got them entertained at Chuck E. Cheese for an hour. But do make sure to sign up for the coupons online they have good deal packages for two. also save those swipe cards for your next visit it sure does save you money for buying new swipe cards.

I’m not the type to leave reviews especially for Chuck E. Cheese but this one is strongly needed. This place only gets one star because it’s needed in order to leave a review. I was very disappointed when an argument between a male and female broke out on Sunday December 5th, manager Anthony did nothing. Both sides of the argument we’re cussing and threatening to kill one another as manager Anthony just stood there while an employee( that was supposedly on break!!!!) actually took action and attempted to stop the fight and held the male back ( I wasn’t able to see the employees name tag, sorry!). Manager Anthony had absolutely no control over this situation to the point where the male and female took the argument outside in front of the Chuck E. Cheese establishment. Since the pair we’re fighting in front of the Chuck E. Cheese door everyone trying to leave was basically trapped inside until the pair decided to leave. Seems to me this location isn’t very safe for children because if it was the manager would have immediately had the situation SOMEWHAT under control for the safety of the children around. Instead of getting the female to stop yelling and cussing he goes up to two employees and tells them to go clean or something I wasn’t able to hear exactly what he said but I watched him do this. Why is he concerned about his employees being nosey and just watching instead of handling the situation that’s embarrassing his store. If I was an employee I would be watching too to see the mediocre job he did with this situation. Totally embarrassing will never bring my niece and nephew here again. sorry not sorry!

Came here with my son for a birthday party and he had a lot of fun. Pizza wasn’t bad. The staff was nice to us. We had a good time.
