I’ve been a loyal customer of this location for about 8 years and sadly enough the service food, and drinks have been declining In quality. To begin the service is horrible with rude and what seems to be “annoyed” workers. The quality of food/beverages reflects’ on their attitude with stale or undercooked bacon, which at that point is unhealthy for public consumption. I’ve been giving this location numerous chances but unfortunately I believe the workers might be friends or family of the owner of this location. I will never come back to location. This Dunkin’ Donuts is a lost cause. Dunkin’ Donuts on ferry road off rt 18 has been treating their guest royally with respect and food has never been better at their location. That is where I’ll be taking my business furthermore.

2nd time paid for Veg Cream and recd plain Cream cheese. Reason = We were busy ans mistakes happen 🤷🏻‍♂️ Really !? Therefore you should NOT be busy to serve the customer the right stuff for what you charged. Appaled by the reasoning of the Manager Mr Peter (aka).

This is one of the better Dunkin' donuts in the area clean efficient and never messes up an order at least for me this is my go-to.

I moved into the neighborhood about 3 years ago. This is my nearest DD. I go there maybe every other day mostly through the drive through. The employees are always friendly and polite. Generally greeting me with a good morning or good afternoon Mr. Tom and a smile. I have gone through other DD's near my old neighborhood and it wasn't always as friendly. My orders are usually a hot tea and a muffin and that's what I get. You never know in other DD's what you will get when you open the surprise bag or take that first sip. Considering how many customers they deal with on a daily basis that a nice feeling when your order is correct all the time.

They make the best pumpkin spice latta out of all Dunkin I have gone to in past 🧡🎃

I go to this Dunkin location EVERY day. Sometimes more than once actually. The staff are friendly, attentive, and typically very fast. Also, compared with some other Dunkin locations, my orders have never once been incorrect. Also, when ordering HOT items like sandwiches or wraps, they come out fresh, HOT, and exactly as expected. I thoroughly enjoy my daily trip(s) there and it is, by far, my favorite Dunkin location. Regardless of which shift of workers, I can ALWAYS count on it being a great experience. LOVE this place!

had to repeat my order multiple times and he still got it wrong. he added sugar instead of splenda🤯🤯🤯got free donuts at the end tho. Please reevaluate your dunkin workers

I never thought I'd be reviewing a Dunkin location but I'm hoping to spare someone else from such a bad experience. Ordered an ice coffee here twice and it was so bitter it was undrinkable. I guess they maybe could fill the cup half with cream and put in a cup of sugar to kill the bitterness but it was just BAD. I see I'm not alone in my review. Anyways, never again, gave it 2 chances and both times the coffee was undrinkable. The donuts were ok I guess. Also they didn't have proper change for cash and expected to have the change be in their favor, I said it's ok but really? This review is not for all dunkin locations, some are excellent but I'll never stop at this one again.

Friendly staff and they keep it fresh. If you go in regularly, they get to know you pretty quick and what you want to order.
