This
dental
office
does
not
mess
around
and
wants
you
to
be
family
and
feel
like
a
member
than
some
number
or
patient.
This
is
probably
only
the
second
or
third
time
I've
felt
this
level
of
care
and
walked
away
impressed
like
this,
especially
in
a
Doctor
office,
and
in
New
Jersey
no
less.
In
the
rush
to
fill
out
paperwork
for
my
appointment,
I
completely
neglected
the
sign
at
the
door
welcoming
moi
to
this
establishment,
yay!
🥳
No
one
ever
done
that
before,
yippie!
Checking
in,
and
filling
out
the
new
patient
paperwork
is
a
little
cumbersome,
but
admittedly
this
is
my
own
fault
as
I
just
did
not
have
the
time
to
do
it
from
home.
The
woman
who
handled
my
cleaning
(Jennifer,
I
think?)
was
super
professional,
friendly
and
awesome.
She
explained
every
step
of
the
process,
and
was
extremely
thorough
when
it
came
to
the
cleaning.
She
also
handled
perio
probing
for
me.
They
utilized
a
high
speed
suction
that
allowed
the
RDH
to
clean
and
prophy
without
the
need
of
an
assistant
as
long
as
you
know
when
to
close
your
mouth.
Very
cool,
I
haven't
seen
that
method
utilized
in
a
long
time,
so
I'm
glad
they
do
that.
This
practice,
as
part
of
a
new
patient
onboarding
has
and
utilizes
a
CBCT
scanner
and
show
you
the
results
within
minutes.
The
rooms
are
well
prepared,
clean,
and
look
immaculate.
The
patient
chair,
overhead
light,
and
water
setup
all
look
clean
and
lightly
used,
despite
how
much
this
offices
produces.
I
admit,
the
cleaning
is
my
least
favorite
part
and
what
little
agony
I
experienced
was
only
due
to
my
dislike
of
the
noises
and
sensations
of
the
Cavitron,
but
they
seem
to
not
have
the
device
set
up
too
high,
and
seemed
to
be
using
higher
end
equipment
than
I've
seen
at
other
dentists
offices.
There
must
have
been
a
higher
level
of
attention
to
detail
with
this
particular
cleaning,
because
I
felt
a
sense
of
levity
after
they
cleaned
a
particular
area
of
my
mouth.
Woohoo!
Also,
they
(apparently)
wear
headsets
that
allow
them
to
call
other
staff
members,
without
having
to
get
up
or
run
off
and
get
someone.
If
this
is
the
present
and
the
future,
me
gusta.
I
briefly
met
with
Dr.
Donelan
(I
think?
there
was
a
lot
going
on)
who
looked
over
all
of
my
information
and
was
impressed
by
my
dental
knowledge.
I
state
that
this
was
brief,
not
as
a
negative,
more
so
because
I
have
a
strong
command
mastery
of
my
own
dental
history,
pathology
and
consistent
issues.
Jennifer
scheduled
my
next
appointment,
and
then
the
front-desk
scheduled
the
next
few
appointments
for
me.
This
is
a
wonderful
high-level
of
effort
for
a
first
and
initial
visit.
Absolutely
astonishing.
To
me,
what
made
this
visit
above
and
beyond
was
the
fact
they
were
able
to
see
me
so
quickly.
Although
there
was
no
emergency,
I
wanted
to
get
a
cleaning
done
due
to
an
upcoming
business
trip
and
the
fact
I
would
not
be
in
my
comfortable
'home'
environment
for
a
few
days.
They
got
me
in,
which
I
wasn't
really
expecting
given
the
short
notice.
The
goodie
bag
they
give
you
is
an
adult
version
of
what
you'd
get
as
a
kid.
The
issue
paper
is
a
nice
touch.
It
made
me
feel
welcome
and
fancy.
If
I
could
give
this
place
10
stars,
I
would.
I'm
happy
to
have
made
the
switch,
and
this
shows
me
what
passion
applied
to
dentistry
can
look
like.
You
will
not
regret
going
here,
whatsoever.
