    This place is always slow and don't care honestly. I even went there yesterday for a ghost pepper chicken sandwich (I have had before) with very little sauce on it, The cheese never even melted (it doesn't come melted) Ok granted the cheese was cold, and guess what happened to the sandwich it turned out to be cold. I just go to this wendy's cause it is close but they don't seem to care about speed, or customer service,e and seems like it is always understaffed

    Tried the new ghost pepper fries. Pretty decent, good flavor nice and crunchy, had a few interactions with the staff at 5pm on a monday, fast, efficient, friendly, fried foods were hot and crispy. its a wendys, i recommend ordering and picking up the food yourself

    We ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich and the single cheeseburger meal. We didn’t finish either. Maybe we haven’t had Wendy’s in a while but they just tasted old. The bag smelled like throw up. Maybe the cheese went bad? Not coming back

    I place mobile orders so I can get my order quickly and hopefully correctly. They can never seem to get the order right even though it’s right there in black and white. Simple things like the sauce for the nuggets or spicy nuggets instead of regular nuggets. I just don’t understand. I like to leave my mobile order taped up in order to keep it fresh until I get home. I guess I’m going to have to start opening the bag just to check behind them every time.

    I have never been in a Wendy’s longer then this. Jackie was the cashier. She was attempting to fix the drink machine (which still did not work) and did not even apologize for making me wait so she could take me order. She was unprofessional. Even the drink machine being out of order was a huge inconvenience. I get it. Technology happens but those should be fixed! Or train the staff to fix them! Jackie was rude when I asked to get a lemonade because her machine was broken. She could have kindly explained that it was an upcharge but chose to be unprofessional about it. The food was good, but I was stuck here for 10 minutes! Its called fast food! Not take 10 minutes and let jackie play her games! I’ll come back as I enjoy Wendy’s but if I see jackie, I am requesting another cashier.

    this Wendy's was so trash because i ordered a kids meal for my daughter and 3 meals for me, my husband son my son one sandwhich that had like a whole bottle of ketchup and it tasted disgusting and the tables inside were trash they were not cleaning the tables i was gonna eat inside but i was gonna throw up from all the leftover food so i went to eat the trash food in my car and the chicken nuggets one of this trash restraunt's disgusting employee had biten one chicken nugget and throwed in the box, and i prefer mcdonald better than this trash food and i hope the manager could see this because i was gonna go throw the box to the emplooyees and after i ate i was gonna throw up from this trash food and i wish i could give you zero stars and i forgot to mention the frosty was horrible.

    Several times I have asked for no mayo or just ketchup on burgers they constantly get it wrong I even check the screen as I order but they still make it wrong.

    Like everywhere else, Wendy's has been short handed. My food is still hot and my orders are accurate. The only reason I took ofs a star is because, they fill your drink order right after you place your order. It then sits there until your order is ready. This isn't so bad when you order a soda, but it doesn't work with a frosty. The wait times have been longer with the staff shortage and my frosty is pretty melted by time I get it.

    I would give it a zero star rating but I can't. I put an order in for walk in pickup but the doors were locked at 9pm when they're supposed to be open inside till 10pm. I saw employees sitting inside the dining room and I knocked on the door and they didn't look up from their phones . So now I'm out the $9.05 that was debited out of my account. Thanks Wendy's you lost a customer.

    I've been to the Wendy's at 2617 rte 516 , Old Bridge, NJ several times and never had any major problems. Until this week, today I ordered a big bacon cheese chicken sandwich. Got home and there was no chicken in the sandwich. Earlier this week I ordered a medium fries and got a small instead. New employees?, new manager? I don't know what the problem is but hopefully they will fix the problem quickly.

    Food was freshly made as the fries were delicious and piping hot. The spicy chicken sandwich beats McDonald's in my opinion. Sadly the inside dining was closed, not sure due to covid but the drive through was fast and courteous. Can't beat the 4 for $4, even though it's $4.44 now!

    Worst experience at a Wendy's in my life. I ordered doordash and the sandwiches were completely wrong so I drove to the store to have them fixed, wait in line, tell them why I'm there and they offer to remake the sandwiches so I give them the messed up ones and pull up to wait. The kid came out and told me to go back through the line because the "manager was mad. " So I did, I waited. I get to the window and the manager takes the time to tell me that my sandwiches had so many things added (one had a few different toppings but it's MADE TO ORDER!!) Then he tells me he's been making sandwiches for years and never messes up. I told him that's lovely sunshine but today was not your day and asked him yet again to just make my sandwiches like it says on the receipt. He snatches the receipt out of my hands and then tells me the sandwiches look very easy and proceeds to argue with me about it. I'm doing my best to stay calm, but this is beyond frustrating when all I wanted a my sandwiches corrected. I told him about five times to open the sandwiches and look and he would see they were wrong. I asked him why he was arguing this with me. He FINALLY offered to remake them after pushing me into absolute anger by arguing with me. The least professional manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Name Yawo (according to the employees that he yells at and who appear visibly afraid of him.) I refuse to return to this store unless that man is dealt with. It was disgusting.

    As far as fast food goes, Wendy's is about as good as you can get. Service is usually fast, people are usually friendly and they don't usually mess up my order.

    Myself and my family came inside to order. We told the cashier from the start we have a big order. We order our food (6 meals large family) we addressed the 2 mistakes that we caught in the store. It wasn't until I got home that I realized my wife's sandwich was wrong. I drove all the way back to the store to get this mistake corrected and get a refund for the 1 meal that was messed up not a refund on the entire order. Some heavyset guy with long red hair starts up at me with and attitude that they cant to a refund and correct the order its against policy. Not only that one of the cooks in back started making fun of me. When I called them out on it they simply said she didnt speak English. Yet I heard her talking in English with every other employee.

    I went to this location and purchased two, six piece chicken nuggets. A few minutes after giving my son his food, he began screaming that his chicken nuggets were spicy. After further inspection I realized that at the bottom there were two spicy chicken nuggets. This is unacceptable and I can press charges for this inconvenience and harmful effect to my child as spicy food can affect young children.

    Guy taking orders and taking payment wasn’t paying attention, staring at his phone while we pulled up to pay. He messed up several orders including mine and the girl ahead of me. They ended up saying I wasn’t charged right, charged me again, only for me to see they charged me twice. They said they refunded it but I haven’t seen anything on my card yet. Took them so long to figure it out my food was stale by the time I got it. Probably was laying around long before my order was in. What a bunch of losers they have working in there. Middle aged gentleman who works there is always very nice and helpful though, so kudos to him. Thank you sir. Everyone else is useless. Update: made the mistake of going back. I get home and realize they didn’t include my burgers. These idiots need to shut down and liquidate
