Very old trusted and authentic jewellers shop in Dariba, chandni chowk. Their gold quality is good and have a decent variety of products. It is a multi storey showroom with gold and silver articles on lower basement and diamond on 1st floor. They do some repair work on 2nd floor. You can also sell your old gold silver and diamond at their shop. Only consideration is to reach their shop. You can drive there😭 either drive till lal qila or get down on chandni chowk/jama masjid metro station and take a richshaw. It remains closed on Sunday as all other shops in chandni chowk. Good shop for authentic Gold , Diamond, Silver, platinum ornaments for 18k, 22k etc.. Need to be vigil how much measurements one requires and do not depend on others for this decision. Good keep it up Shri Ram Hari Ram Team.

Staff is impolite and have attitude. They don't Want to show things and designs. They just stopped showing after 2 or 3 boxes and said that's all we have . Moreover they don't have designs in bangles in big size. Their currency counting machine is not working properly. It has counted 70 notes in steady of 72. When we counted manually they are 72. I think they should give training of salesmanship to their staff. Very bad service and very rude staff

I am not at all the jewellery kind of person. I bought a simple set in my marriage in 1987. Then in 1990 I had to sell my old silver jewellery. I went to many places n shops but finally went to this showroom n believe me theirs was the best price in one go..I bought few ornaments after selling my silver. So I trust them..Since then I have never bought any jewellery.😄 But I hope they are having same ethics n genuine rates. I m sure they must have updated themselves with time and having all evaluating instruements like Kalyan jewellers. I wish all the best. If I have to sell my old jewellery then I'll definitely go to them once.

Arrogant sales people, arrogant billing people. They mishandle the gold, diamond. They comment behind people who don't like the designs and leave saying "huh, timepass ke liye aate hain. Khareed toh paenge nahi". The billing guys use his own gold rates and when asked compared to internet for gold price, they just bluntly say - "internet says nonsense, don't trust it"

I know its not going to affect the business but i am sharing my experience i am regular customer since 5 years recently i bought earring and necklace for my mom and next day necklace connecting ring broke from the soldering point and when i said to owner my feedback they are very cold response and said its not our guarantee i do not recommend because the owner is rude and quality is bad Anyway purchase proof of bill attached thanks

Gold Items are very Good but staff is pathetic they treat as Government employees don't care about customers even talk very rudely.

Poor quality staff. Staff does not know how to handle client. Also rate of 22k gold is always high as compared to online. Its better to go with brand due to gold rate difference
