POSITIVES: - Ofcourse their Name and fame, their popularity and legacy is what they are doing business with. Sooo much varieties of parathas which you would have never heard of earlier. Service is prompt and rates are also reasonable. NEGATIVES are so many: - 1. They want you to pay cash only. 2. Very little space is there to sit. Very congested to sit and move. 3. Size of paratha is very small and you have to order minimum 2. 4. I think it is overhyped, overated and there is nothing special like that. Taste is average.

Not just Parathas, ghee fried but surprisingly don't feel oily. The prices are way too steep and leveraging on the instagram popularity. The seeting space is a problem in entire PWG. You need to order atleast two Parathas to get started.

Another classic case of not falling for anything hyped on social media. For the portion the paratha wasn't cheap and they insisted on ordering 2 parathas. I tried leaving the premises upon hearing this tourist place trap, the waiter agreed on serving a single paratha. I am glad I ordered just 1 as the paratha was too crisp for my liking and definitely not worth the price and experience.

I wish I had seen Google reviews before going. You only hear stories of Paranthe Wali Gali and that's what we did, walked in and had. The place boasts of being 6 generations old but basic handwash isn't installed. The whole restaurant is dirty, not well maintained, the paranthas are deep fried and not tawa tossed or tandoori. They are overpriced at 100 to 130 per piece and it's just about 5 inches wide. And till you take a seat they don't tell you have to order a plate which are two pieces. They taste good not as great as the hype. Had a sense of constant ickiness throughout. Massive potential but lack of hygiene and cleanliness puts you off completely.

Went there on a Sunday noon. Wanted to see the Paranthe wale gali and found a lot of people waiting for food at this place, their board also says 1875 as the year of establishment. Enough reasons for lunching. Got seat in a few minutes. They have their strange rules regarding the selection of plates and number of paranthe. Found no problems with that too. But the food was disappointing, price was also high in terms of what we get. They accept cash only or wallet to wallet transfer. May be an over hyped place or I failed to find the point. Will edit this post as soon as I find out.

For paratha lovers in Delhi, Pt. Kanhaiya Lal Durga Prashad Dixit Paranthe Wale is on the map. They serve up tasty parathas, but here's the deal – you've gotta buy two, and it's a bit on the pricey side. The upside? These parathas are fried in ghee, giving them a rich flavor. So, if you're cool with the double order and enjoy ghee-infused goodness, this place is worth checking out.

Visited this place to eat paratha , they have variety of the including some odd combo like sugar and lemon paratha. Pros- Nothing to talk about . Cons -Food quality was average and costly for what quantity they have provided. Also they have mentioned the price of one paratha but when you will order one will mention the T&C to purchase 2 only. Will not recommend to anyone except you are hungry.

So this is usually a go to place for any parathe wali gali ke parathe lovers. The only reason I go here is because of the Nimbu paratha. That’s lip smacking. Others are fine. But yes they serve a couple of sweet parathas, like mawa paratha and many others. With the parathas you get green chutney, aloo sabji, kaddu ki sabji, meethi chatni with banana slices, chana aloo sabji and the pickles. It’s quite a meal at a reasonable rate. Nothing too great but worth a eat once in a while.

Tried paneer parantha, basically its kachori just like our mother made for us and I don't why they called it parantha whether it doesn't seems like any kind of parantha. Their sabjis are also not good at all coz you're paying something around ₹180 and in return the food is not good at all. Those parantha vendors in paranthe wali gali are hyped up so much by food YouTube influencers. I will never going to waste my money on such type of tastes instead you can eat chole bhature and seriously chole bhature never disappoint any body.

Standard small Indian street food energy here, the slightly rude indignant energy from the staff and the food was decent. Portions were small and the chutneys were alright. The chole served with the paranthe was way too heavily spices and not enjoyable at all. I enjoyed the paranthe by themselves. We tried gobi(cauliflower), bhindi(okra), and mooli(radish). The Radish was my favoritefor sure and I wish the portion size was at it was before covid. I imagine rising ingredient prices decreased the paranthe size.
