The only good thing about this hotel is the location that it is only 5 minutes away from old Delhi railway station. For everything else be careful because they will try to rip you off Delhi style. First of all there will be reluctant to detail anything about the room charges beforehand. Secondly they will inflate food bill compared to menu prices. Thirdly they will deliberately count the money wrong and blame on you. But I was alert and failed their attempts :) But I don't really blame them specifically because these malicious practices are rampant in Delhi. Shouldn't shock you really !

One of the worst hotels that I have been to via GoIbibo. So I had to checkin early morning at around 6am(normal checkin is 11am)and they asked me a premium for it which I agreed to but when I arrived they said that they will accomodate me in another property of theirs which is around 400 metres away in a shady alley of old Delhi and later in the noon they can give me my alloted room of GoIbibo. So I agreed to pay the premium for early check-in and in return asked them to accomodate me in the same room that I would be allocated later in the noon provided the room is empty now. They said that the property is fully booked and they can't accommodate me now. I took some time to decide and meanwhile the manager said that if I cancel my booking from GoIbibo then he can help me. I agreeed to it half heartedly and then he showed me rooms in the first floor and I could see that 4 rooms were completely empty and they instantly accomodated me in a room. All throughout the manager has been very arrogant and rude. The boys were behind me throughout the day for tips. I was awake the night before and so i was having a nap when the boy kept knocking my room and ringing the bell as if some emergency has struck and when I open the door he says that his shift is over and asks for his share of tip. Another boy wakes me up at around midnight and asks for his share because his shift is getting over. Never have I had such irritation during a hotel stay. Again during checkout the boy asks for his share of tip. I mean come on I am staying for 24 hours and that too most of the time I am out on business. The rooms are infested with cockroaches and bugs , two I managed to kill with my slippers. I have photos too don't know if I can upload them. A strict no no from my side. I wish there was an option for negative star rating cause that's what this hotel deserves. Don't know how they claim themselves to be a 3 star hotel. Please stay away from hotel le mem guys.

Did not match according to the photos available. Only plus point is location if someone has to take train from Old Delhi. Behavior and service both is unsatisfactory. Price is also on the higher side according to service provided.

Room is very small, cockrochs are on all bed, no water bottel include in price, washroom amenities is not useable, staff behaviour is so rude, they change your room with out your information if you gone somewhere, so kindly don't book your room in this hotel, or stay thia hotel ☹️☹️ my experience is very bad .

Hotel locates exactly near chandni chowk market entrance but felt like ambiance wasn't much as expected. Outside hotel looks more attractive but not inside😁, so be careful while choosing the room. Service was provided at their best and it has wifi, laundry, restaurant, air port pickup, etc facilities. Best suitable for friends. Stay with family and kids i may not recommend this place.

Rude and unprofessional employees. Payed with Credit Card (1900 ruppees) arrived during midnight and they Said its full. Money is gone. Great

they are scammer, while they introduced their rooms, they mentioned the room price is 2350 for 24 hrs but when we go for checkout after 24 hrs, they charged us 3350 for 24 hrs also, rooms are dirty, bathroom is too small and cockroaches in the beds while checking out, their employees were asking for tip, that show's how unprofessional they are

The hotel is in a brilliant position from where you can access Chandni chowk, a marketplace, Jama masjid quite easily. It's not very far from the airport and also walking distance from train station. Hotel staff were really welcoming. Rooms were clean and neat and properly looked after. The food quality and service was good. Overall environment was really good. Would definitely recommend trying it out.

Rooms not at all same as shown, images are misleading. Very old rooms, poor maintenance. Checked out on same day and had to look for other hotel

Nothing was provided as promised. No wi-fi, No Climate Control, No hot water and claustrophobic room and an unhygienic bed/blankets. We both fell sick the next day. An utter waste of one's hard earned money.

The rooms were so clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful, so make my stay enjoyable. It was excellent and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit

I was here for two days. The location is just amazing, center of Delhi. Most of the places and attractions are on a walking distance. The staff is very humble and nice. If you are nearby Railway station, Red fort, Jamia masjid, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very bad rooms, hidden service charges, keep count of what you eat from here otherwise they will double the bill. Not friendly staff. Very rude and this place has no parking. I won't recommend anyone to stay here. For the price you get room worth of less than 1000 rs
