I have taken the papdi chaat from Shri Balaji Chaat Bhandar and found the taste average. This place is gonna be heaven for all the spicy lovers. The quantity and price are worth it with the taste, of course. Worth a try.

i have been to chandni chowk many times i ordered dahi balle and kachori from shree balaji chaat bhandar for the first time the taste was not that specially prices were very high which was not worth it. It lacked the real taste. Very disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 and the not fresh all good item

We wanted to kick off our Chandni Chowk tour with some chaat from Shree Shyaam, but unfortunately, it was closed today. A few shops ahead, we stumbled upon this small chaat shop, and to our surprise, the bhalla papdi chaat turned out to be very delicious. The meethi chutney was exceptionally flavorful—loved it! The only thing is that they do not have the option of online payment, so please ensure to carry some cash! :)

Kachori with subzi was superb. Good quantity for rs 40. Absolutely lip-smacking and delicious. 10/10 recommend everyone to eat here atleast once. You’ll keep coming for more 😬😬😬

I don't know how such good pictures is posted for this place snacks. It is totally different what they serve. Quality is not so good food bad. The important thing you get some relaxing moment in so rushy area. But more good options are available in that vicinity.

Not really sure about the positive reviews for this place, but I visited them this evening, and hands down the owner or whoever the person sitting at the counter, was extremely rude. As a non resident, we politely asked him what is the best that this place serves, out of the menu that they have. He was extremely rude and told us that the menu is above and to order whatever we want. We have visited and asked the same question to some other not so crowded places too in Chandni Chowk, and people have been very humble in suggesting us or telling us that everything is good and we should try their bestsellers. I personally would any day eat from other places where the owners are humble than a place like this where the owner holds his arrogance over and above being half as nice to his customers. Highly unrecommended!!!

If you can’t handle spice definitely order this. Nice and sweet with creamy texture to it. Will I have it again probably not, but still worth a try with interesting flavours rushing into your mouth.

The boy sitting at shop has no manners. He is highly arrogant. He hide paytm scanner and told me that online payment not working. He asked for cash. 1 gave 500 for 5 plate kachori. He asked me to give 250 change only. I had no change. Then my father said he has online payments scanner. When we questioned him, he gave me paytm QR. I asked him why you didn’t give it earlier, he responded in a very rude manner “Bola toh ruk ruk kr chal raha hai online payment”. I did phonepe in just 2 secs. He was lying. Why would a shopkeeper do that with his customers? Would never lie, I liked aloo kachori taste but this boy’s behaviour was disrespectful. If he is owner he must learn how to speak and open his mouth. If he is a servant, owner must reprimand him.

A big NO for this place,not only for poor and below average taste or unhygienic surrounding but also because the boy who sits there has no manners to speak or treat the customers. I found a strand of hair in my plate and went to him very peacefully just to inform him to be more careful but the response i got was shocking,he replied that it keeps happening we are serving in open and it is bound to happen,instead of being apologetic he was showing attitude.Now if this is the condition when served open in public,imagine how and what would be there preparation methods. So as per my experience DO NOT eat from this place.

A nice place to have chat in Chandni chowk. It's a very small shop shop docile to locate. But the chat is good, fresh and worth the money. A must visit I must say.

This Chaat Bhandar is very well kown among street food lovers and is quite famous for its Gol Gappas. This small shop is located around Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk market and has been running for past many years. The shop owner himself is very humble person and has been carrying his legacy of authentic street foods for years now. A must visit shop during the visit to Chandni Chowk area for having super chaat stuffs.
