Tried to book an appointment online. As soon as, clicked the Submit button, a call came from one Dr. ______ (name removed in edit as it's been heard from the customer care that appropriate instructions have been given to the concerned) representing customer care. She Told to arrange Free Consultation. We Reached the clove dental clinic Daryaganj. The staff there informed that no appointment has been booked and that we will have to pay Rs. 550 as consultation fee. Called the number from which customer care call came. She said that she can't do anything and we'll have to pay Rs. 550. I asked why did you tell us a lie that our this first consultation will be free? She couldn't say anything other than making excuses. 1 hr wasted in going and coming back. I did not proceed for the consultation there as the very basics of their start was not ethical. But I can't say anything about the doctor as I did not get the opportunity to avail her services due to the bad customer care experience. EDIT - Received Call from Clove Dental and they are sorry about the experience. They have assured that they will be taking appropriate steps to help avoid such customer experience in future. Hence, giving a rating upgrade to them. However, it may be helpful to people that any offers from them to be not blindly believed and proceed to their clinic only after they have given you the details and assurance of those offers in written form from official Clove Dental communication channel (message or WhatsApp).

I got root canal treatment from dr indrajeet. He is very experienced in his treatment skill and who treatment got completed in 2 visit without any pain and without any need to take any medicine. Also first time I found in this clinic, all instrument they use are sealed pack and they have all advanced instrument and high vacuums suction device for making dental procedure aerosol free. Also they fumigate clinic after every procedure. They give gloves for patient also this was amazing. I strongly recommend this as a ideal centre for seeking infection free quality dental treatment. I was scared regarding dental treatment during this covid time but due to pain when I visited to the clinic Dr. Indrajeet explained me "4 step sterilisation protocol" and "fumigation process" of clove dental and now it is definitely there that this centre is risk free from Covid.
