    We finished our PADI open water certification with Nemshi and we had a great time. He was a great instructor and we actually got to dive and learn with actual in the water experience. The rest of the crew was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to go there again.

    Didn’t use their services, but very confused / bemused with their customer service. Asked Day 1 about diving, was told they went diving, different dive sites, no more info than that ie dive sites, depts, types of dive etc. Told it was $80 per dive. Asked about a dive package for 2 of us, told again $80 per dive. Few dats later wife went to use canoe from them, asked if she wanted to dive. She told them that I was confused about their services and with no info on the dives, believed they were only for novices. Dive master stepped up and offered her whatever we wanted. I went and saw him later and he showed me lots of photos and offered me a dive package 6 dives $400. I had to check with my dive bunny first. Went back next day to book some diving, and was just told $80 per dive, no discounts. Sorry so confused

    Jean has terrible customer service skills. We booked up a full day trip from the beach to Ricks cafe departing at ten and returning at 7:30. The advertised price is $100 but don’t pay this as they will drop to $90 and below. Anyway we arrived early as requested, however, were told by Jean at 10:10 that there were unforeseen issues and the boat would not be leaving until 11:30. Jean said that this wouldn’t affect the trip and it would be exactly the same. She didn’t have the intellect to understand that if we were losing 90 minutes it wouldn’t be the same?? Anyway after a bit of negotiation she agreed to refund $10 to everyone as long as you saw her the following day and guaranteed it would be leaving at 11:30. We returned at 11:30 and wait for an hour before anyone told us it was due to leave at one. This of course meant the trip was in fact a three hours shorter than planned, however, Jean said that we would still do everything and the trip would still be the same. Her intellect seemed to struggle to take in that the trip was three hours less and of course wouldn’t be the same. When we finally boarded at 1pm, I asked Jean for a reduction of 50% due to having a half day trip. She said that this wouldn’t happen, however she said that she would discuss this the next day if the trip was different. I saw her the next day. She promised she would be there at 9,however, she arrived ten minutes late. I pointed out the shopping trip was cancelled due to lack of time and the 2.5 hours on the beach was in fact a 40 lunch break. She refused to accept that this meant the trip which was sold differed from the actual trip delivered. Have I mentioned her customer service skills and intellect? She then kept me waiting for 15 minutes as she was waiting for a chip and pin machine. After pointing out that she should’ve been better prepared, one magically appeared and a refund of just $10 per person given. In short, don’t pay $100 per person as they come down. Jean can’t be trusted and needs lots of customer service training.

    If you are looking for professionalism, I would look elsewhere. I have a summer home in Jamaica and their catamaran "Irish Mist" comes into our cove frequently to snorkel, invading our privacy even though there are plenty of shallow snorkel areas further away from our property. I distinctly remember asking the operator of the boat if he could go further away from our property since I have an infant and small children and they play loud music that sometimes contains profanity, not to mention we have tons of glass doors and windows so the closer they get to our house the more they can see into our home. Instead of the operator being a human being and an adult about the request he told me in front of everyone on the boat (children included) and in front of my children " You don't own da ocean, the sea is free!" So I asked him what resort he was affiliated with and he proceeded to curse and yell at me calling me a "stupid lady." It was quite embarrassing even for those on the boat. I could not understand why he was so angry with my request. I am certainly not an unreasonable person and even after attempting to contact this company to resolve the situation, I get no response. I can not speak for the experience on the boat but anyone who handles women and children in this manner would never get my money.

    This was my family's 3rd visit to Jamaica but, our 1st at this location. Every visit gets better and better. My husband kids enjoyed every minute of the sailing, snorkeling, paddle boating and kayaking.
