Jean
has
terrible
customer
service
skills.
We
booked
up
a
full
day
trip
from
the
beach
to
Ricks
cafe
departing
at
ten
and
returning
at
7:30.
The
advertised
price
is
$100
but
don’t
pay
this
as
they
will
drop
to
$90
and
below.
Anyway
we
arrived
early
as
requested,
however,
were
told
by
Jean
at
10:10
that
there
were
unforeseen
issues
and
the
boat
would
not
be
leaving
until
11:30.
Jean
said
that
this
wouldn’t
affect
the
trip
and
it
would
be
exactly
the
same.
She
didn’t
have
the
intellect
to
understand
that
if
we
were
losing
90
minutes
it
wouldn’t
be
the
same??
Anyway
after
a
bit
of
negotiation
she
agreed
to
refund
$10
to
everyone
as
long
as
you
saw
her
the
following
day
and
guaranteed
it
would
be
leaving
at
11:30.
We
returned
at
11:30
and
wait
for
an
hour
before
anyone
told
us
it
was
due
to
leave
at
one.
This
of
course
meant
the
trip
was
in
fact
a
three
hours
shorter
than
planned,
however,
Jean
said
that
we
would
still
do
everything
and
the
trip
would
still
be
the
same.
Her
intellect
seemed
to
struggle
to
take
in
that
the
trip
was
three
hours
less
and
of
course
wouldn’t
be
the
same.
When
we
finally
boarded
at
1pm,
I
asked
Jean
for
a
reduction
of
50%
due
to
having
a
half
day
trip.
She
said
that
this
wouldn’t
happen,
however
she
said
that
she
would
discuss
this
the
next
day
if
the
trip
was
different.
I
saw
her
the
next
day.
She
promised
she
would
be
there
at
9,however,
she
arrived
ten
minutes
late.
I
pointed
out
the
shopping
trip
was
cancelled
due
to
lack
of
time
and
the
2.5
hours
on
the
beach
was
in
fact
a
40
lunch
break.
She
refused
to
accept
that
this
meant
the
trip
which
was
sold
differed
from
the
actual
trip
delivered.
Have
I
mentioned
her
customer
service
skills
and
intellect?
She
then
kept
me
waiting
for
15
minutes
as
she
was
waiting
for
a
chip
and
pin
machine.
After
pointing
out
that
she
should’ve
been
better
prepared,
one
magically
appeared
and
a
refund
of
just
$10
per
person
given.
In
short,
don’t
pay
$100
per
person
as
they
come
down.
Jean
can’t
be
trusted
and
needs
lots
of
customer
service
training.
