Went to Mandeville FedEx and so not umpressed with the lady behind the counter. She was rude and unhelpful. I gave the paperwork back to her and went next door to DHL. Soon after I was talking to a lady who said the same thing. The Driver's are wonderful.

I think fedex needs to do better they got a package to deliver from overseas it stated legal documents written on it they went to the address two days early before the actual given date that was expected to deliver which I said ok fine due to the fact that I wasnt expecting the package I wasn’t around the day but the fact that you went to the location and u asked for the person the person wasn’t there isn’t that’s y they ask you to put your phone number on it call and confirm with the client that your leaving the document with whom ever or ask if we wish to pick it up at the fedex location seen that your not there but no put the package in whom ever hand you see there ....... they need to do better than this man

The bin that I shipped from Canada to Jamaica has still not been released in Jamaica and I AM BACK HOME NOW! The fact that items that were in that bin I required for my visit, and the small gifts I wanted to give to my extended family members for Christmas– are still sitting in a storage locker somewhere in Kingston 😡😡 Fix the backlog, FedEx, this is/was totally unacceptable!

I have been using fedex since 1983 around the world also until 2017 in Kingston at Knustford Boulevard with great service spending thousands of USD with them ,Now the Mandeville branch has the rudest and unsuitable employee in fedex the only good thing is DHL is NEXT Door which was a welcome return to good service

I went to FedEx in Mandeville their service was very poor. I went in the office about 3 minutes before it was closed and they told me they couldnt assist me because they were closed. These people need to learn proper CUSTOMER service.

I would like to share that Mr. Donald Bozwalds Gayle was very expectional delivering our package today and deserves a 5 star rating. He is someone to surely appreciate and have on your team he was very polite, patient and even went above and beyond to ensure our package was delivered safely.
