Loved the decor, you really feel like you're in a boat! I'm sure the patio out back must be nice, but we were not in season. I tried two beers. The Czech Pilsner was okay, I felt it was maybe a bit too malty and not hoppy enough, so the finish felt weird. I really did like the rye IPA however, the balance was perfect.

My go-to brewery in Mississauga. Spacious patio, dog friendly. Lots of options I always do a flight to try new ones. And ofc i have my favourites, lemon drop and cherry gose being ones.

Been here quite a few times over the last couple of years during the warmer months and came today (one of the first warm enough days for a drink on the patio) with my partner and dog. The patio was open and am very aware of their usual slower service and didn’t expect much when they let me know that they had a wait list (with a couple of tables visibly open and clean though they could have been under staffed) so I provided my name and phone number. There were a few couples come in after us who seemed to stand near the front door to wait for a table but my partner and I decided to wait on a hill near their parking lot to not cause crowding for the workers. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I noticed the couples that had come after us had been seated and proceeded to wait just in case of any circumstances. After another 5-10 minutes, a car with the Stonehooker branding all over, slowed down next to us and a man slowly rolled down the window and stared at us through the window for a good minute (like extremely creepy). He proceeds to come closer to us and continues to stare and (in the sassiest and rudest way possible) “Do you work here?” Both of us very confused we say “No?”, clearly considering this was an empty building (It was also a Saturday) and we were waiting patiently to go into your establishment. He then says “do you then not know how to read?” And points at the tiny print on a nearby parking sign that says “No trespassing”. I would like to note that there have been people sitting on this bench right beside their establishment EVERY single time we have been there (including servers in their uniforms and smokers). We were sitting with our leashed dog alone and I let him know we did not see the sign and was waiting to sit at the restaurant he fully works for. He proceeds to get uncomfortably close to the point where we have to move along towards our car to leave. He looks us dead in the eyes and says “I don’t care, we will have to hear about it from them”. First of all, the building was literally desolate and the only place to wait that wasn’t literally in front of the entrance to the brewery (and we also were not instructed by anyone where we could wait, nor did he kindly suggest another spot to wait). He genuinely scared us with his threatening tone and we felt so offended that we decided to leave. I have also noticed this lack of service and bad treatment is quite clearly amongst minorities here within the reviews. It is quite clear this man didn’t enjoy that there were queer visible minorities trying to be patrons at his establishment. With some research, I found out this gentleman was clearly the owner/“CEO”. What a disappointment. Learn how to speak to people, we kindly could have moved. We also were never called for the table.

Great place. Excellent patio. There was live music today so a great latin band, The beers were great I tried about 5 different ones and they are all super fresh and very good. Try the chocolate one, thank me later. very well priced. They also have a new food trunk outside which is great. I will most definitely be coming back and recommend.

Great beer selection and live music atmosphere! Enjoy it every time I come. Food choice are very limited, no vegan options, only ok choice of cauliflower and photo salad are so salty, saggy, cold and taste terrible.

The place, the service, and the music were great! Need to give more info about the food's ingredients... For us it was too spicy.

I have found my favorite new beer - Grisette! I know I need to reduce my consumption, and I thought that Lakeshore Lager was a superior choice to other light beers. But I ordered the Advent case of sorted beer and sampled Grisette among the interesting choices. What a surprising full-bodied and enjoyable taste in a 3.6% beer. I am so impressed with Stonehooker's craftsmanship. I will have to get a stock in. Cheers, Cath

Our server disappeared. Waited 45 minutes for beer and one of us waited an hour for his meal after the rest of us had eaten. Wings were undercooked and we had to ask for condiments (no salt shaker, it came in a bowl). Total confusion over the bill. Food was very mediocre. We have been here before and the service was good as well as the food. What happened?

We've been going to Stonehooker we'd say regularly, they have patios out front which is great during the summer. This saturday we went, they clearly had a sign that said it was $5 cover i figured it was for the band and that's fair. However when I got my bill they charged my 9 month old and 3 year old son cover, are you for real? I asked the server are you for real, and she said she even felt it wasn't fair but management made her add it, she went on to say how awkward it was. Again I knew there was cover and we even asked, but i didn't ask about the kids my mistake, we definitely wouldn't have stayed if thats the case. We live in the neighborhood and we support the local shops as is you pay a premium to support local but this was ridiculous the band also only played for 20 mins and we we're there for an hour plus.

Took forever for a server to come to our table. Had to flag someone down. Patio was cool with live music. Portion sizes for the food was really small for $19 and the macaroni salad was heavy on the mayo. Beer was nice but the lack of service was huge turn off.

Chill brewery with a great outdoor beer garden. Lots of picnic tables, live music and a limited food menu. Often hosts events and special occasions. Very family friendly! Parking along the side and back. Good beer and often seasonal options.

Really great beers and the food was fantastic. Loved the sours and the tripel, light and refreshing. The vegan nachos were nice and tostados were tasty, but a tad messy. The seating area was pretty nice. Good to be out with a beer and the sun. Service…could be much better. Was greeted at the front, then told to grab a seat and someone would be over with menus. No one came. Finally, someone did, but immediately challenged me on if i was greeted at the front. Hostility ruined the experience.

Awesome local brewery in port credit! Their craft beers are top notch but so is the ambience and fun atmosphere they create. Always good bands playing and amazing patrons to go along with it
