Sandy was absolutely exceptional! She dedicated time to my manicure, delivering a perfect result. Her technique was meticulous, leaving my cuticles unbruised and treating them with with so much care. The bio gel application on my nails was executed flawlessly, resulting in a remarkably natural appearance, and she shaped them with incredible precision. Additionally, Sandy's skill in replicating the nail art I desired while applying the shellac was awesome. My experience at Lavish was thoroughly enjoyable and I will definitely return for a refill.

Came in with a bridal group and they got us in all together which was amazing. I had Jenna do a manicure and pedicure and she was fantastic! Super gentle and made sure the colour was right and I was comfortable. Easily best experience I had! Would recommend Jenna to anyone!

I went for the first time to Lavish and I had Amrit, she did a great job, it was my first time getting my nails in the almond shape. Went with an idea and came out very happy and with good results, I booked my next appointment!

I have been here three times now and my expectations are always way exceeded!! It is such a calm and inviting atmosphere. Amrit has done my nails each time and has been patient with me in figuring out what I want and suggesting how to make it better! I would recommend this place to any. I had a good experience here, my nail tech was so sweet, I wish I got her name :(. I came here because I just moved to Waterloo & needed a new salon, the reviews are also really good. This place uses a different technique, I wanted tips with bio gel but instead they provide a full fake nail to speed up time, which I wasn’t to ecstatic about. Also, the prices are way more expensive than any other nail salon I have been to, and I’ve been getting my nails done for many years at lots of different salons. They also charge extra for things that other salons would not, or for not as much. Clean salon and really nice staff but if you’re on a budget I would consider going elsewhere. My set cost just over 100 with tip when usually it’s 60/ 70 with tip. I give a 5 star for service, cleanliness & attention to detail by staff & caring/ making sure you’re happy. However, lost a star with pricing and nail technique :(
