Great place to shop! Purchased a smoker from Jacob P. Extremely knowledgeable and helped us figure out what we needed to purchase based on what we were trying to achieve. They installed, delivered it and walked me through the set up and options while starting its first burn. The Bosco’s and staff were all fantastic! Thank you

I had a problem with my hot tub and he came the same day and gave proper advice and got us up and running again on his own time. The owners and staff here truly make you feel like part of the family! They always greet me by name, are knowledgeable, and almost always will they actually bring the water out to my vehicle and load it for me! By far the best customer service I have ever received. Very clean and inviting storefront as well. We will continue to shop here and recommend this business to our friends and family :)

Hard to get small town service these days even in a small town, but these guys do it. The water store provides a great services to its customers, taking extra time to walk you through processes when you take on tasks with your water system. Jacob taking my FaceTime call to walk me through my UV light change as a new cottage owner was a huge help. Also the store is so well kept and has all your bbq needs and a crazy selection of spices, rubs, sauces.

My experience dealing with The Water Store over the past year has been excellent! From water treatment sales to install, Jacob and Jacob were excellent to deal with and assessed our needs with the upmost professionalism. We had quotes and diagnostics from two other chain retailers who over quoted ($$$) and over assessed the needs to remediate our well water (overkill of equipment). The Water Store accurately assessed the water quality and aligned new equipment to compliment the existing setup. In our experience they never push extra equipment unless it was justified - unlike other retailers we chatted with. Their post sales have been fantastic and staff are very pleasant to deal with. We've been running our Water Store setup for almost a year and our water has been great! Thanks again!
