Green Circle was an awesome partner to have before the pandemic. Prior to the shut down, my salon used GCS in our entire facility and we were proud to be part of the green network. Unfortunately, they weren't able to help us transition back on board and ended up charging over $500 for zero recyclables collected. When I expressed several times for a total of 4 months that our transition back wasn't smooth and that I did not want to be charged until we were all on the same page, they charged me anyways and were very apologetic for their failure to re-onboard us appropriately. After several months of trying to get on the same page with GCS, and recyclables piling up in the salon, they insisted we continue to pay the month's we hadn't used and were going to offer 2 months free of service. The problem here is that they did not remedy the situation and just promised more of the same... taking our money and not delivering on service. I give GCS a big thumbs down for behaving in this way. Still hoping they refund me but who knows 🤷 2 stars because the concept is excellent, but the delivery isn't there.

Green Circle Salons has completely changed our salon's footprint! In a year I have thrown out almost 1 garbage bag worth of waste!!!!! Pre GCS that was a bi- weekly occurrence! My clients LOVE this program as well! Thank you Green Circle Salons!
