phew where do I even begin…Juicy birds is literally one of the BEST hot chicken spots I’ve ever been to! ON MY LIFE IT IS!!! I’ve had their Dirty fries and their Hot Honey Sandwich with mild spice and BOY OH BOY i don’t know what kind of bird it is but it sure is JUICY! I will always recommend this place, the only down side is that everytime I’ve gone, the fries went good. They were like bottom of the bag fries…..it’s okay though it’s called Juicy Bird not juicy Potatoes

We tried the 4 piece chicken meal. It came with boneless white meat. Almost like a giant chicken tender. I got the Nashville chicken level of heat. It’s very spicy, so don’t order it if you don’t like that. The chicken was still juicy despite being de boned. It’s a dry, spicy breading and my only real complaint is that it comes off as you eat. It’s served with a ranch dressing to quench the fire in your mouth. Sweet pickles under the chicken to give a little acid to the dish. I would eat it again, although 4 pieces was a little too much. The fries were overcooked but the place is brand new. We also tried the Hot honey sandwich. Super generous portion of boneless chicken. Medium still has a kick and you taste that honey. It’s a really messy sandwich to eat. If you have facial hair, you will need to clean up your face, but that’s a sign of a good sandwich in my opinion.

Service- good. Portions- good. Food - needs improvement for the reasons noted below. We ordered 2x GOAT fried sandwiches with no spice and they had too much kick for me. I could only eat a third of it due to the heat. My partners was a little less spicy but still had kick. Nothing about the description suggested anything spicy which is why we ordered this item. Plus ordering options included NO spice as an option. Also ordered fries and a poutine as the sides. The poutine tasted like chunky canned gravy that wasn’t warmed throughout. fries were undercooked, less cooked than the other side of fries we ordered. The gravy sat on top of the fries rather than drip down. Definitely not worth the heafty up charge. We ordered for pickup and had it home within minutes so it didn’t sit at any point or wait for delivery. With all the other fried chicken place is popping up, we aren’t likey to return to this one despite it being the closest to us. On a sidenote, the two staff members that served us were very kind, helpful and pleasant.

Juicy Birds in Waterloo provided an exceptional New Year's dining experience. The ambiance was vibrant. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and ensured a seamless dining experience throughout the evening.

I recently tried the Tandoori Chicken Burger and Waffle Fries at Juicy Birds, and it was a delightful experience! The burger was bursting with flavor, with tender tandoori chicken that had just the right amount of spice. The waffle fries were crispy and a perfect side. What made it even better was the excellent customer service; the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Juicy Birds for a tasty burger fix with top-notch service!

We visited this place, and had their 4 piece combo. Firstly, we had both of their white and dark meat tenders, both were really good. I preferred white tenders. We went with Nashville Hot spice level, and it stands for its fame. We requested to have our large fries converted to poutine, the cheese curds and the gravy were also really good. We will be back soon, and try their sandwiches and waffles.

Me and friends went to this restaurant that he suggested today and i must say mannnn!! Its a delight for my taste buds. Juicy birds is my go to spot in waterloo. The star of the show is my personal favourite tandoori sandwich. The moment when i had the first bite i realised how juicy and fresh the chicken was. I have tried many other fast food stores but this is a spark contrast to all those bland and frozen stuff. I thanked the employee for making my day and he was so sweet offered me discount next time i come to the store. Which is not going to be far. Cannot forget about the ambience of the store with Christmas theme such a vibing place!!!!

Ordered food from Juicy Birds last night through uber. I ordered dirty fries and GOAT burger. J will not lie about the food. I was dashed. They have the worst dirty fries. The fries were soggy and it didn’t taste good at all. On the other hand the burger was good and can be tried on any other as well. I wouldn’t recommend ordering through uber from this restaurant. Also we called so many times last night because we wanted to cancel uber order. No one in the store took the call. This was the first time i have ordered from juicy birds and it wasn’t a good experience Happy Eating 😀
