Our recent sofa purchase experience with Urban Barn has been a mostly positive one. When the sofa was delivered, it was not unpacked and set up as we had expected. When we unpacked it, we realized we had received the wrong colour. Urban Barn were extremely accommodating and arranged for an exchange with no hassles. When the second sofa was delivered (today), the delivery crew were very professional and efficient. They carefully unpacked and arranged the new sofa and took great care to repackage the sofa being returned. Very impressive. All in all, Urban Barn deserves a 5 star review for how they handled our issue. The sofa itself is very comfortable and well constructed. We send our thanks to the staff at the Newmarket Urban Barn and to the second delivery crew.

Love this store. In my opinion, best furniture store in Aurora/Newmarket area. Visited a few different Urban Barns as their sales selections and floor model sales are different. Was worth doing so for me. The outlet in Mississauga is also worth checking out if u are in the area. New stock every Wednesday so it is hit and miss if u are looking for something specific.tables, lamps, pillows, bucket chair and sofa and ottoman in last pic all from Urban Barn.

Always a pleasure to visit this store. The items on offer range from candy to couture. Many fashion dresses would give Big Box stores, a run for their money.

While I haven't purchased just yet, we had a fantastic experience shopping for couches with Angelo Di Stefano who was very knowledgeable of store products with a sharp attention to the details we needed to consider, very insightful with our situation in mind, efficient and no pressure to buy. Angelo is a tremendous asset to this store!
