Went
for
the
first
time
with
my
parents
for
Mother's
Day,
it
was
lovely
visit!
Beautiful
butterflies
in
a
tropical
climate
room,
surrounded
by
lush
plants,
chirping
birds,
and
even
some
fish
and
a
turtle
in
the
small
pond
in
the
centre
of
the
room.
As
you
walk
around
the
circular
pathway,
there
are
benches,
info
plaques,
butterfly
feeders,
and
some
small
display
tanks.
The
room
was
smaller
than
I
expected,
but
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
at
how
much
there
still
is
to
see.
Along
with
the
main
butterfly
area,
there
are
two
additional
galleries
with
live
and
preserved
specimens
of
interesting
insects,
bugs,
arachnids,
and
amphibians,
as
well
as
preserved
specimens
of
butterflies
and
moths.
Happy
to
recommend
a
visit,
especially
if
you
like
nature
and
science.
With
the
bubbling
creek
and
waterfall
over
the
pond,
even
though
it
was
sometimes
busy,
it
still
felt
relaxing
and
peaceful,
like
being
in
a
little
slice
of
the
forest
in
the
city.
Plus
you
get
to
see/learn
about
bugs
and
other
creatures
-
what's
more
to
want?
