Be aware that this hotel has bed bugs. Terrible experience with the manager named Lucky, who firstly refused to check up for the bugs, telling that it was us who brought them. The next day inspectors didn’t find them and only after we brought one in the glass they offered us coins to wash our clothes. The hotel is fully booked though, so they don’t have a another room for us now. Perfect location (no).

I would not visit this hotel. Reception (LUCKY) expressed that our credit card would be charged at the end of 7 days. Instead they wanted $1500 up front to have the room. This is after the manager expressing that we would not need to pay upfront. I Highly reconsider taking your business to some of the other hotels in the area. BAD BUSINESS! I am adding more to my review as I feel this a manipulation of what went on the hotels part. After resolving my parents credit card issues. Lucky proceeded to conduct himself unprofessionally while my parents remained at the hotel. I'm sorry, but I was the one who recommended this hotel. I will never recommend this hotel again as they do not know how to conduct business professionally. My parents tried to speak with the manager or with someone that had authority. It seems they chose to avoid my parents. I dont recommend visiting this hotels. Great room I will admit, but terrible hospitality.

I like Homewood suites and this one is in Great location, but this Hilton Homewood Suites hotel stay has been incredibly disappointing. The old furniture cleanliness is subpar, there's a persistent unpleasant odor, coming from the chairs , couches, air-condition. The customer service is severely lacking. The pillows and sheets emit unpleasant smells, and the sofa bed is not only dirty and smelly, but also repulsive. The mattress on the sofa bed appears to be decades old, with springs protruding uncomfortably. Despite bringing up these issues to management three times, no action was taken to address them. On one occasion, a front desk staff member or manager even claimed that all rooms are equally problematic, leaving me stuck enduring these conditions for nearly 8 days. This place is due for rehab and the staff (at least the ones I interacted with needs training).

Gorgeous room. I got the jacuzzi suite and it was way above my expectations. It came with a mini kitchen, a shower, great TV channels, fast WiFi, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable! Definitely worth it and highly recommend

My 10-day stay at this hotel was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the two-room suite complete with a kitchen and dining table. The service was decent, considering the holiday season might have affected the usual standards. Overall, my experience at the Hilton was impressive.

I was in hotel for 14 days from 16th December 2023 to 30th December 2023, they asked to pay the rent upfront along with 15% deposit which I didn’t get refund till now. Whenever I call them they told it’s bank process and it will take time. I am not sure how much time it takes to get the amount credited into customers account. First time I have seen just a pathetic service with a brand name. 😡😡😡 it’s been 15 days now I left the hotel and I am waiting for credit amount.

I've only stayed here for work. It's a big suburban hotel. Clean and good staff. I've had issues where the shower did not have shampoo. Also one time the water would not get hot so I had to take a cold shower. The breakfast is nothing special - just the usual rotation of food that is enough to get you going. Overall the hotel is fine.

It seems a strange place to have a hotel but it was convenient because it was more or less halfway between Hamilton and the airport. Hotel was good. They had gluten free bread but no separate toaster. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, but pillows were too soft.

Terrible hotel, rooms are very small and dark, I had a one bedroom suite and I was very disappointed. Very dirty. Business center computers weren’t working, when asked I was told they haven’t been working for the past two weeks!! Breakfast extremely simple and coffee tasted like water. Bathroom was dirty and the toilet papers were all had water stains like they were not changed after the last guest. Barely any pots, overall I would never stay here again. The worst part, you need to call to come pick up trash, and guess what one day they came and next day they forgot after I called! I stayed 3 night, not a single time they came in to do the bed even after I called every day. Last talked to Patricia and she said sorry I don’t know the cleaning schedule!! Like I care about their schedule. Very poor management. Don’t bother. We wanted to stay total of 10 night now for the rest of our stay we’re going to Marriott residence, hopefully their business center is working!

Decent hotel, clean, central location and quiet - stayed here for a 4 day business trip in the area. Location is close to the mall and a few restaurants nearby. Hotel rooms were large, with a living room sitting area. Breakfast buffet was included and had the essentials: coffee, yogurt, waffle maker, sausages.

Enjoyable, comfortable stay. I was there for 3 nights. This location is quiet, yet close to a lot of stores, restaurants, entertainment, recreational activities, etc. About 5 to 9 minutes to most of these. There's a cinema at the end of the huge parking lot. Also restaurants, and other entertainment. Staff are professional, kind, knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful. The place was very clean. Lots of free parking. Fast internet.

Small hotel located in Oakville, ON. Clean rooms with very convenient kitchenettes. Although their gym is very tiny and equipment (weights) dated, it’s very convenient to use and the pool/jacuzzi is very popular as well. Full Breakfast is available (buffet) and some snacks on some nights. The staff is what makes the difference at Homewood suites Oakville. They always welcome me by name and remember my accommodations preferences. They are always willing and able to help and extremely pleasant. Kudos to Lucky, Mark and Irene for such amazing service!

Clean and Beautifully decorated rooms , great front desk services; super friendly staff, we even got welcome waters and cookies . Location is perfect! Walking distance from restaurants, club and entertainment spots like cineplex and putting. So glad I had the opportunity to experience my stay at this location . Thank you ! 😊

A good business hotel. Comfy rooms that are more like 1 bed apartments. Breakfast was horrible, and probably worst i have had. Nice indoor pool and decent gym. Good wifi but tv channels could be better

Homewood Suites always offers clean, spacious rooms, and an overall great experience. Those who haven't stayed at one will not be disappointed. Would like to see the breakfast area converted to a bar in the evening, though.

We stayed at Homewood in downtown Ottawa. The location of this newly updated hotel, cleanliness and kitchen along with room size are the major benefits of staying here. The free breakfast is really good and had a good selection for people with dietary restrictions i.e. vegan or heart healthy. Another major benefit of staying here is the staff. For example, Donna Lee is an amazing front desk person. She is so kind and thoughtful to guests and all her staff she works with. Mya was also amazing and made sure we were comfortable right from the start at check in! She was very knowledgeable. I always recommend this hotel to others too! We will be sure to book again while visiting Ottawa.

Large, clean room. Great staff. The breakfast was really good and included pancakes, bacon, fruit, etc. The location is fantastic. We had such a relaxing stay in the whirlpool room. The fireplace was a lovely bonus, too. We will definitely stay again!

Great team and super friendly hosts! Everything went smoothly, all questions were immediately answered and, even with masks, it felt like we had a bit of normalcy with breakfast back and even business meetings. The teams did their appropriate checks to make sure we had vax passes for group meetings and/or using the facilities.

Excellent experience. Place was clean, Includes breakfast, wonderful location and the kitchen was a bonus. Bit pricey though.

Rooms are huge and nicely laid out, and very very clean. Have stayed here a couple times for work, and have not had a bad experience. They have a full breakfast available although I have not yet partaken. COVID protocols are also followed very closely here

This is a good property ideally located. The staff is helpful & courteous, the rooms though a bit dated are comfortable.

Coloured gentleman that was working at 4pm on Saturday September 17th, 2022 was extremely rude and unprofessional. He acted like we weren’t supposed to be there. Another one of our friends arrived at a different time and gave them the same treatment he needs to be let go if you value your hotel customer experience.

The good: location and cleanliness. The bad: Despite going through trouble of booking a room on app - given a completely different floor and room (what’s the point?). Despite setting air to 70-degrees second picture below), room stayed at 79-80 the entire time (first picture). Water pressure was near non existent. Breakfast was very basic to poor. First and last visit - other better hotels in the area

Pretty decent amenities are adequate and very clean for what you get quiet at night and the breakfast is better then most with fruit, bagels, eggs, juice, yogurt, muffins etc. ample parking with no charge. There's plenty of space in room with a fan which is an added bonus and places nearby to grab food or go out for fun activity got to stay before they hiked the prices from $134 to $344 YIKES

This hotel was fine. We were here for one night... Everything was kind of "cheap" but the room was comfortable enough and clean. The breakfast was exceptional (although the coffee was very weak).

Hotel was amazing! Location, the rooms, all top notch and what we have come to expect at a Hilton.

This hotel does not have ac and won't go down to 18c. Instead it remains at 20c and up in which causes me a headache and severe high blood pressure. If there's anyone with high blood pressure, please do not stay at this hotel. Their room temperature requirements would just raise up your blood pressure.

Nice clean hotel close to a lots of restaurants as well as a cinema, on the other hand the price is somehow high.

Clean, quiet, accommodating, excellent service, and convenient. I stayed here for 5 days at one of the suites for work and it was a pleasant experience for me. The evening/night time front manager, Lucky, made my stay here that much more pleasant. He greets you when you come back from your day of work and lets you know of the amenities of the day for the guests. He is very accommodating and his customer service is excellent. Also it's located right at the entertainment hub and surrounded by many choices of restaurants. I will look forward to my next work trip stay here.

Great place to stay with a dog. Very helpful staff. Shower was huge with very limited shelf space. Recommendations: - hooks on the wall for jackets and coats as you walk into the room - more shelving in the shower stall for soaps and products - more towel hooks in the washroom area for towels But we enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly. And we felt at home while we were there.

The hotel is very nice- breakfast was great. My biggest complaint is how dry the hotel makes you feel. We would wake up constantly with such a dry mouth because it was incredibly dry in the room. Our bathing suits would be crisp dry in 2 hours just hanging up in the bathroom. I was tempted to just leave the shower on all night to humidify the room. The beds are also very flat and well used- So we did not enjoy our sleep. The hallways are also so incredibly hot, I felt like I had to be in shorts and t shirt while I was not inside our room.
