Fabulous first-time experience at this spa! I have been getting facials since I was a teenager, and I’m very selective about where I go. I rarely wear makeup, so I like to keep my face clear and healthy. I saw a Groupon for an advanced oxygen facial, and after several inquiries and research, I booked it. The spa is very clean, modern, and serene. I booked with Viktorija, even though she is younger, but a very experienced esthetician. I’m very sensitive to perfume, so the only product that bothered me was the gel used in combination with the machine operated microdermabrasion. Every other product was fragrance-free. I have only had manual facials, so a machine-operated one was very different, and Vikorija informed me the machines they use are from Germany, as well as other countries, and are very advanced. The facial included exfoliation, infusion, oxygenate, anti-aging, and C02 bubbles, which send oxygen-rich blood to the area. I felt some moderate tingling and heat, but it was bearable. Blackhead extractions were not included, but Viktorija was kind enough to include it, even though the treatment went over the 1-hour mark. My face was glowing, and I could immediately see the results. The facials are very pricey (regular price $200 +), but worth it. I would go again, but personally, only with a Groupon.

5 stars to this amazing pain clinic. I have CRPS in my right arm from a dog attack. Dr. Wilderman diagnosed me. Since then I’ve been seeing Dr. Gofeld for Ketamine infusions, he is the most amazing, caring & knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever dealt with. He always suggests alternative treatment options and tries to find me solutions for my excruciating pain. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this wonderful team. The nurses are very professional, polite and caring. Svetlana the admin is phenomenal, she goes above and beyond to address and find answers to all my questions, she helps me with my appointments and will do her best to find me earlier spot if I’m in pain and in need of a treatment. Dr. Shulman is very knowledgeable with CRPS. Dr. Wilderman is down to earth, and makes sure to wink you if he is too busy to say hi. I’m so lucky to be one of their patients.

Dr. Wilderman is a very nice doctor but very busy. The nurse who works with him to do preparation is rude most of the time. No compassion. And does not help patient at all. Most patients going there having mobility issues. Most of receptions are very rude. Every time you call they are like police to send order or questioning back unreasonably. There are two receptions are nice but don’t see them often. I am not sure if I recommend anyone to visit this clinic. Below respond is not nice at all

This clinic, through my pain care plan, has greatly increased my quality of life. I've been a patient for over a year. Each and ever person I have met in this building have treated me with great care and have truly been amazing. The clinic is clean and organized. Privacy is maintained through individual rooms. There is so much I can say but it's just easier to sum this up with how very much I can enjoy my life and manage my pain all because of the terrific people who work here. I just want to shout out Lucy! She is very sweet and caring, takes the time to explain the procedure, corrects mistakes that I found in my file and when I was feeling overwhelmed by the treatment she spoke to me in a way that was very calming and helped me relax. She also helped me to the door and waited for my ride afterwards. Lucy made a stressful situation easier for me and you can tell that she cares about her patients.

At Wilderman pain clinic, I was treated with the best care and respect. The ladies at the reception desk always greet me with a smile. The nursing professionals and specialist explained in detail every step of the treatment. They were very attentive to my needs and made sure that I was comfortable. Wilderman pain clinic is the best place for the best care when you are in severe pain. Dr. Wilderman understands and takes the time to explain the treatment options. For once in my life, I felt understood by a specialist and the nursing staff and I have a more positive outlook on life.

Everyone at this clinic manages to always smile, be polite, friendly and professional. They help me so much, I am so extremely grateful to every staff member there. Thank you so much. Everyone is great but Lucy gets to know you and she remembers you, so it would be nice to see her again. Plus she makes me almost forget I’m getting a IV put in, she’s so gentle. We need more clinics with staff like at Wilderman. I hope they open a clinic in Toronto one day😊

I have been visiting Dr Wilderman for almost 4 years with my mother for an injury in her foot. I have found Dr Wilderman to be extremely thorough and detail oriented with my mother. He has been extremely supportive in managing my mothers pain & well being. Dr Wilderman and staff have been very prompt in providing her a detailed report about her condition. The staff at the Wilderman Clinic are very nice, very kind and compassionate. I have just started Lidocaine Infusions for fibromyagia pain. The assistant who did the intake examination and took all my medical information and asked me all the required questions in relation to my condition did an excellent and thorough job. When Dr. Wilderman came in to see me he was busy with another patient, and he rushed me through the appointment and did not give me a reasonable amount of time to help me because his focus was elsewhere. I was rushed out the door without my needs being met. There was no direction as to what happens next. I called the office a week later and the receptionist told me to call KMH to book my MRI appointment myself.

Couldn't ask for a better team of nurses and doctors to treat my pain. The clinic is beautiful and the receptionists are nice and friendly and helpful. I am treated with respect and care, they really are compassionate. I've never been treated better and will continue to come here. Happy to have found them Highly recommend. I see Dr Wilderman for my migraines. He has the most wonderful demeanour with a genuine heart to help. He is precise with calculations for the injections and doesn't stab with the needle. Life changing to have Botox treatment! And I must not forget about his staff. All very friendly and courteous. This is a busy clinic and they help many people yet never make you feel rushed!

I had an appointment here in excruciating pain crying. They had me wait for 2 hours even tho I had an appointment to see the doctor. After leaving my doctor suggested I give them another shot however the clinic did not want to accept me because I had expressed my frustration in regards to the long wait. This guy clearly overbooks cause he loves his money. No sympathy or empathy here folks it’s a business. Disgusting.

Dr Wilderman is such a thorough, good dr. He asks, he listens and then discusses. He determined that with my progress since the last cortisone shot, I’d not get one this visit! The front desk on the other hand: 1 receptionist yells when talking to patients so the entire office -I’m sure front and even back, can hear the patients’ issues and problems that should be confidential! A more respectful, thoughtful manner needed; like the other receptionist!

I have received excellent service every time I have been in Dr. Wilderman's office. The staff have always been prompt and friendly. I feel that they want me to get what ever is needed to help solve what ever reason that I have come there. When I need a test to get a better understanding of the problem, in some cases it in done with in days. This is a great clinic. The staff are courteous and qualified and Dr Wilderman is a very caring and thoughtful doctor. They are all very professional and my visits always run smoothly.

I had car accident and because my case is close they even don't want to book an appointment! They look at you as money maker machine! If you give good money and they can earn that money from you then they will visit you!

I had the best experience here! Natalie is so helpful and kind. Arash was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable during procedure. I got botox and filler done, and I am so satisfied with the results! I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for cosmetics treatments. I have had 3 visits so far and have only good things to say. Staff and doctors are great. Dr Wilderman takes the time to review reports and provides comments on what he is doing. I have been to other pain clinics and this is by far the best I have been to.

Absolutely the BEST most compassionate and helpful Doctor I've seen in Canada in my 10 years of going through dozens of specialists. He gives you his full attention, goes above and beyond his own specialty to try to help you with *any* questions you may have, and makes you feel very cared for. Just beware that the staff at his clinic don't have the same amazing mannerism as him - but don't let that scare you away. I cannot say enough good words about him.

The entire staff nd Dr. Wilderman are very knowledgeable as well as very compassionate towards their patients. I was referred to this clinic with my foot injury. The whole experience was very pleasant. From the day I received the consultation to the day of the actual appointment, Doctor has been very generous with his time, answering every question in detail. The secretary on the phone is an angel! I also expected the PRP injection to be very painful, but with proper preparation and the nurse's soft hands, I barely felt any pain. I could not be more thankful and only regret I did not go there earlier as soon s I got injured.

I have had Dr. Shulman for over 15 years. He respects, and understands pain as it is different for every patient. Clinic oversees every area of the human anatomy.

I have been suffering with central sensitization and chronic nerve pain in my legs and feet. This type of pain is very difficult to diagnose. With a year and half of going through endless doctors endless I don’t knows. I meet Dr. Shulman and everything changed. This man is what’s missing in our healthcare system. He listens to your story of pain. He uses his career of knowledge including latest treatments and gets right down to business. If you are being treated by Dr. Shulman honestly you don’t need anyone else. I was very nervous during my first epidural however Dr Shulman had me laughing his bedside manners are unmatched. He truly cares about pain and wants you to feel better. Thank you Dr Shulman and the staff at the Wilderman Clinic. I feel now I’m truly on the road to recovery which will lower pain scores as time progresses!

The doctor we met with was extremely personable. She was easy to talk to and gave us valuable information. Unfortunately due to my husband's circumstances, he could not receive the help we were hoping for.
