Rey provide me an estimate for a winter package with multiple rim and tire options. He agreed to match the price for rims I found on-line. Very satisfied with the service provided. Mechanics wear gloves and put protective plastic bag on the seat, rims and tires cleaned. Environment and stuff are very professional, polite and friendly, WIFI and coffee available, washroom is clean. Thank you folks.

Sometimes Google reviews are reliable and spot on. Sometimes, you wonder if you're actually talking about the same thing. In my case, it was spot on. Now I understand why this shop is highly rated. Mr. Mechaniq is everything I was hoping for and more. Rey and his staff are incredible. Not only did they do a tremendous job on our vehicle, they made us feel important and valued. Sometimes, a mechanic may say this or that and may pressure you into doing certain repairs on your vehicle. Rey never made me feel like something was mandatory. He gave me options which allowed me to make an informed decision on the repairs I wanted/needed for my vehicle. Overall, if I could give 10 stars, I would. I visited Mr. Mechaniq & Tires for a tire change recently. While the mechanic did a great job, the checkout experience left me very disappointed. I waited for 25 minutes when checkout person was working with one client, and during my 3-minute checkout, he started multitasking with another customer who was served more quickly. Being client for few years not sure if I come there again.

Tremendous experience purchasing my new set of Michelin tires. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They even noticed my break pads were low while replacing out my old tires and provided me with a reasonable no obligation quote. I'll definitely be back soon.

Do not recommend this business. They are greedy and have horrible service, and also do not follow the law for handing out safety certificates. Bought a car last week Jan 18th which was safety inspected at this location. They did not give the owner of the vehicle the yellow section of the inspection, only gave the blue and white front portion. After registering the car, the ministry of transportation took the blue and white portion. I needed blue and white portion to apply for Uber eats. I called the Mr Mechaniq 6 days later (Jan 24) and asked if I could get the yellow section of the safety. He said he may have to look for it and they may not have it. A complete lie as they keep all the safeties done in a book. I asked if I was to get the safety re done (even though the current safety is valid for 36 days) how much they would charge. Mr Mechaniq wanted another $90 for another safety 6 days later even though the previous safety was valid for 36 days! (untill March 2nd) I ended up getting my safety done elsewhere as I would never put money in their pockets. The other location showed me their books of yellow safety certificates which Mr Mechaniq refused to send me. Highly do not recommend. Very greedy and just want your money, and super rude when I called and asked for the yellow copy of the safety certificate. Be wary. Update and response to managements response: Yes I’m not a customer and will never be and will tell all my friends and fam to never be. I don’t need to be a customer to understand how horrible the service and customer service of Mr Mechaniq is when im calling to inquire about a safety certificate and am spoken to rudely when asked to get the yellow safety slip which was not given to the customer who got the safety done last week! Not only spoken rudely, but told that they may not have the slip and that they go through 4 safety certificate books a day 😂 as if that’s a hard task to locate a safety slip from 1 week ago. In addition, wanting $90 for another safety a week later 😂 what a joke. If I could give you 0 stars I would. And yes I did not receive a service, but I did speak to the same person twice who showed a lack of customer service to say the least. You are an overrated business. I hope you treat people better in the future.

Sunday Aug 6, 2023 Wow this place...... Is a rip off they honestly break your car so you can pay more. Damage parts that weren't damaged and then lie saying they never did then charge you more. Went back 3-4 times with extra issues, they honestly do 25%-50% job just so you can come back and be stuck on buffering waiting for that 100% NEVER AGAIN DONT GO HERE ITS A HEADACHE.

Rey was an absolute delight to deal with, service is top notch, definitely wasn’t expecting the treatment I received. Rey went above and beyond for me today. I went in for a brake job- sounded like I was landing a plane every time I would brake- after searching everywhere, Rey quoted me an amazing amount and I dropped my vehicle off this morning. After picking up my car, there is no sound, I feel confident driving knowing I have a great set of brakes that didn’t “brake” the bank! Got quoted for some body work as well, I will be returning. 10/10 recommend! Thank you!

Excellent work and truly the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE you will find. Seriously, just call/email and ask for a quote, and you’ll see what I mean. My brother came across the Mr. Mechaniq online, he needed new brakes and tires, and came away super satisfied. He was especially impressed with the transparency of the whole process, and how descriptive and informative Rey (the owner) was in his emails and calls. Since then, my dad and I have both gone to Mr. Mechaniq with different issues with our vehicles, and I must wholeheartedly agree. Everything is clearly explained to you, including what is required, and pricing. He draws up a quote, everything is in front of you, no hidden anything. The pricing is more than fair I’d say, compared to other places. When I asked him a couple follow-up questions by email, he responded with respect and care and fully explained the answer to each of my questions. I think that level of transparency is very rare; usually this process is quite intimidating unless he’s your cousin. The car was finished when he said it would be, and overall was very accommodating. If your car needs to be looked at, just call this place and ask for a quote, you’ll see what I mean very quickly. Rey’s team at Mr. Mechaniq just makes the whole process much easier than anywhere else.

I needed to get new winter tires and wheels so I was looking around on the internet and found them. I decided to try them because of the good ratings and the location was very close to my house. Last week I called in to get a quote, I chatted with a gentleman named Rey. He was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. Honestly I know every auto probably sell the same things but his politeness was the key factor that helped me make my decision to try with them. He kept his promise and sent me all the tires/wheels choices with details right after we got off the phone, which I really appreciate. I ordered 4 Michelin X-Ice Snow and 4 Opti wheels for my CLA250. Yesterday I went in to complete my order and have the tires changed. Again, excellent service, everyone in the shop were extremely polite even though they were very busy at the time. When it was my turn, they kept their promise, brought me to the garage to show me the tires and wheels I ordered, making sure I am happy with them first before putting them on. I really like that. Rey was there along with 2 other gentlemen that I didn't catch their names (there was a big guy and another guy). At the end, Rey reminded me about the Michelin rebate that I have to submit and made sure I understand what to do. I want to say this. The service from start to finish was above and beyond.
