Visited this grocery once upon a time on a friend’s reference. Overall, there are peculiar and rare products there that I didn’t see in other stores. However, even regular products (e.g. Gay Lee Sour Cream) are at least 30% higher than a regular price. Bakery there is of a high quality. Meat and fish is considered to be better than in other stores, but the prices are at least 50% higher.

Worst customer service ever. I called this store this morning at 8:35am to find out if they carry a specific item before I drove to the store. A lady answered the phone, didn't have the answer and told me she was transferring me to someone who would help me. I was transferred to a voicemail. So, I called back and expressed that I wanted to speak to a human person to get the answer before I drove to the store, she apologized and said she would be transferring me to someone who could help. She transferred me to another voicemail! So, I called back and third time and no one picked up the phone, my call went directly to voicemail. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Wish I could give zero stars.

We bought some parma prosciutto 300 gramms, sliced at store! At noon At the evening we want to try and give some for kids because they like prosciutto so much. When we opened the bag it was smell so badly. It's poison meat!!!! We need go back to store. And spend time to explain. Somehow they said it was bad piece and they already thrown out. Why we get this I don't know. Then they did ask about new. They opened new and give it to us new good. It was different 0,5 cents. We paid 20,82 and now it was 20,30 and they asked if we want our 0,5 cents. And we need stay in lane again and again.(first to customer service,to line to cashier, to deli and again to line to cashier) It's completely no one apologized in this store!!! it's bad product !!!!If she sliced bad product and store sell bad products just make sure you apologize, don't ask if you wanna your money back if it's different 0,5cent or 0,01 cent. supervise exp date, be polite! Waste our time today... I will never go back in this store! Bad experience!

Fruits and the meat are the best. Prices are too high, specially after covid. Staffs are so stoic!

The staff at the bakery are not hygienic. They are also shockingly rude. The short dark haired older woman with the moustache is the worst of the lot. She coughs over my things all the time. I am starting to think it's deliberate. She coughs on it, I walk out and leave it there. Even without COVID, coughing on food you are serving is gross.

Lately I have really not been happy with the service at the deli. Seems to be a lot of inexperienced people cutting cold cuts way too thick, even when thin is specified. Today the guy helping me didn’t know what speck prosciutto was, told me he can just give me regular prosciutto, and ended up giving me Parma for $1 a slice. I would really appreciate Concord taking the time to train their deli staff better (slicing skills and product knowledge). Their prices are high enough to be able to afford to offer training classes for staff. Thanks!

We are lucky to have such an amazing grocery store for so many years in Thornhill. Well done. Always the freshest produce and quality products. Prepared foods are also superb. You pay for what you get. #1.

This place has disappointed me. I came in at 7:40 PM To get some Deli and the young gentleman behind the counter was hesitant to serve me. After taking out the meat and putting it on the machine he then advised me that they wiped it down and it's already dirty. This place is significantly more expensive than its competitors and I would expect a higher level of service if I'm paying my hard earned money. I hope the owners are reading this review and can offer the appropriate training and coaching to their staff.

Excellent place for exotic produce. Do not live nearby. But I come here every year for Persimmons. A bit on the pricy side, but quality is superb.

We love this Italian grocer! Great produce, often you can get good sales such as 2 for 1 Kale, and strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries are very often on sale. I like some of the boutique items that they carry from other local small business such as gluten + dairy free chocolate chip cookies (and other treats) from @MollysMarket a bakery in King. I also enjoy going in there mid-day for a slice of fresh pizza and an espresso. They also bake fresh baguettes and carry desserts from companies like LaRocca Finally, they have a nice (and reasonably priced) section for flowers and fruit platters :)

Best place to get the top quality fruit and vegetables at reasonable prices. And btw, the store made pizza ( made to order) is gourmet! Only regret is that their prices in the rest of the store are high compared to same product at local grocers nearby. Don’t understand why. Love this place.

I've been shopping here since I was a kid with my family and now go back with a family of my own. Best deli counter, amazing butchers, fresh produce, and all priced reasonably 25+ years for me visiting this place and still going strong. Keep up the good work

I shop here a lot, but starting today it’s my last time. This store has to do something with their Russian speaking personnel. I just said out loud that 1 meat was expensive, the woman working in a deli area was very rude and said in Russian “yes we are an expensive store” and started to to fix the things in front of me, showing that I’m too poor for this meat. This is very rude. And she also mentioned that I’m waisting her time. This is inappropriate for service. Will never come back!

I had been buying steaks at Brunos but this store's meat is much much better. And they put meat on sale which is helpful. Their pizza is deeeelicious. Very nice store. Lots of good stuff.

Best fruit ever. Always delicious. Never disappoints. If you buy any kind of melon, it's ALWAYS perfect. Passion fruits are sold here too. In the prepared food section, eggplant Parm like lasagna is DELICIOUS

There is no doubt that the fruits and vegetables are top of the line. A little bit over priced. But, the problem is the meat. I have nothing against Greco owners or partners and I am not biased in my personal opinions regarding this issue with the meat. I would warn people to skip out on the poultry products because it’s not fresh. From my experience, I often have to throw out the chicken thighs because of feathers, yellow skin on the surfaces, a layer of silk-like covering with an unpleasant smell. I have tried poultry from other places nearby and it was much much different. It wasn’t a silky feeling, no smell and the colour was more white pinkish. Bottom line I would stay a way from their poultry!! Now the meat and beef products, I wouldn’t say that the situation is much different. The shelf life is 0 compared to different places that I buy from. If you buy today, cook it today because tomorrow it might be too late!! Guys again I am not biased and I tried to be very generous with my experience there. Of course it’s frustrating to know that a pricy place like that would cut short on meat quality. I hope that they will take it very seriously and do something about it.

Fresh fruits and vegetables and great quality meats. Here you get what you pay for...unlike some of the other mammoth chains which overcharge as their products continually decline. This is quality at its finest.

I'd give this store 5/5 just a few months ago, we've been buying there for the past 7 years and enjoyed amazing quality and great selection. We did not mind paying a premium for fruits and vegetables that smelled like they just came from the field and remained fresh longer. Over the past few months, half of what we buy there goes to garbage right away, while it looks fresh in the store, the price is still at a premium, fruits are often spoiled inside and vegetables no longer stay fresh. The comment applies only to perishable goods, as other things could be generally found cheaper in other stores and we did not feel it was a significant differentiator. We'd be happy to come back should that change but as of now, our review is 1/5.

Picked up two freshly packaged fruit platters on September 15. On September 16 this is how the pineapple looked despite a BB date of September 18. For $24.99 a platter this is NOT acceptable. Extremely disappointed in the quality of fruit.

Under renovation and a name change. Bought vegetables for the garden at 99 cents a plant. Huge tomatoe plant $9.99 each. Cashier was friendly. Busy place. Definitely going more often!

Great selection of fresh fruits, veggies, and high quality meats. They also have a great deli and bakery. Other shelf stable items are more expensive here, so I would recommend shopping for specific/specialty items here and doing your routine items at one of the larger stores in the area like Walmart or No Frills.

I’m very disappointed in Grecos this last year. They’re getting lazy sourcing quality meats and local produce. Everything is getting sloppy in this store. Especially as I pay a premium for most items. This is not the store it was 3 years ago when I first started shopping there. The quality in everything except my beloved avocados has pretty much disappeared.

Concord has finest selection of products and freshest produce in my hometown. My mom started shopping there when we were kids (1985 or so) and continues to this day. Check out the coffee (ie Brazilian Native brand is superb), ice cream and snack aisles. Also, beautiful gift packages from boxes of chocolate, cheese and cracker platters and flower arrangements. Its welcoming and immaculately clean from the moment when you walk in.

This store quality is goi ng down. They selling expired products, manager Ray is very unprofessional with his respond to complain of the expired products on the shelfs. Yogurt salad dressing is on the shelfs today, expiry date march 30, 2022. On my complain Ray just said that there so many products , so they cannkt track the expiry date, and therefore they will continue selling expired products, and you, dear customer, are paying for them and poisoneng yourself and ur kids. Also when i mentioned to Ray that the store is responsibel to check all products, he was laughing in my face. Very very bad service, very unprofessuinal, shoyld be reported to public health

I shop here regularly but today the staff were terrible. The prices were through the roof. There was a price for Black figs from Greece for 19.99 and on the back of the sign a price for 11.99 , which they were last week. The staff tried to pass it off as the side facing the figs. This is not allowed. They should have offered me the figs at 11.99 instead I got oh ok thanks for telling us. Was really unhappy there today.
