    I guess i cannot give -5 stars.. but let me tell you what happened: Appointment was booked 10:30AM today, it took me around 35m to commute from my home to their office. Unfortunately, there was a small held up at 401 (truck stalled in one of the lanes) and that made me get to the parking lot at around 10:32AM. A few more minutes to find where the place is, wait for the elevator, and find the suite number. When i was in front of the door, looked at my watch - 10:34AM. I tried to open and it was locked. I knocked a couple of time and nothing, no doorbell or anything. So I decide to call in, another 2 or 3 minutes until i finally manage to get someone on the phone, and to my surprise the attendant said that i lost my appointment and i needed to reschedule. No refunds, no leeway, no empathy, no understanding, no consideration, the only explanation I got is that they are extremely busy... I guess that's fine, if you are okay dealing with a ZERO empathy customer service, go for it. I have worked in customer service before, and there are many ways to pass a message to a customer, since you never know what they've been through and why that specific situation happened. I am not here saying i should get in easily by being late, but that's not how you deal with customers. Seems that at Commissionaires, they are well trained to not have any empathy.

    The lady working there is extremely rude and very unprofessional. She doesn't know how to give the customer service. We don't have the option to give zero star or else I would have given them that. That is what they deserve. That lady is completely racist and have zero etiquettes. She didn't eve n say 'Sorry' for her actions, not a single time. Very disappointed.

    I showed up 15 minutes late to my appt today because of an issue at work which had me leaving later than I planned. When I got to the Scarborough office, the door was closed. After knocking for a few minutes the door finally opened and the attendant agreed to process my fingerprints after some begging on my part. I am grateful that she agreed to see me though I was late, and she processed everything very quickly. However, I gave 3 stars because she was extremely rude. I was polite as ever and apologetic, but she made sure to roll her eyes and give me very aggressive instructions on how to do the scans. There’s simply no need to be so rude.

    The fingerprint scanner was covered with so many other ppls prints and oils. I could see dozens reflected in the light. No wipe down between appts? No covid precautions? I tried to wipe my hands after touching the scanning surface, but I had to touch my phone, their pen, my ID, wallet, purse, glasses, elevator button and a couple of doorknobs heading in and out before being able to disinfect. If the scanner was that dirty, imagine what else is they don't clean. No sanitizer to be found either.

    Please train your personal on how lineups work. He is just acting God and complete ignorant at passport Canada Whitby office officer name is Chowdary M. If someone talks or argues with him he make sure the line doesn't move at all.

    Fast service, great customer service and I was in and out of there in no time. I was unable to print my paperwork before hand and the man helping me was kind enough to print it out for me!

    Worse place ever, the commissionaires ever, the lady was late 10 minutes on the appointment and didn’t even care to apologize, and speaks roundly to me all the time, she didn’t put mask on and make me go back to my car to get a mask 😡🤬

    Website and all info say walk-ins with 2 pcs of ID..take a day off work , go there only to be turned away because it by appointment only. Ridiculous

    Just make sure you are on time and everything else will work out right. If you are late, then you will have a bad experience with this place.

    The service was fast but there is huge lack of customer service . Something as Saying hello , Do you have an appointment with us ? It is a just simple thing to do when you open a door of a customer.

    Excellent service! Ravi knows his job so well I believe he can close his eyes and get it done. He makes u feel comfortable. Great personality. My spouse and I visited and we have been recommending his service since. If there was a 6th star, you deserve it!

    Terrible experience at the Scarborough location. The lady working didn’t open the door while I and another client were locking. I called the number 3 times, knocked the lady didn’t come to the door while I could hear her talking. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment I called and I was told I could still come in, and she refused to let me in and was rude.

    Extremely rude employee. Didn't open the door at first even though I was right on time and kept asking why I need fingerprint even after showing the document from RCMP. Avoid this branch!

    The girl works there, does not even know her job. I went there to get fingerprints done twice for employment purpose. She did twice wrong, caused delay to my hiring process.
