Its really full of disappointment, I had an appointment today at 8:00am but i was late 6 minute late due to the bad weather. But the lady who was supposed to do my finger prints said I can’t make it because you are late 6 mins not they can only wait upto 5 mins not more one minutes. After arguing with me the said I cant make it in 5 mins, so come other day, now I need to do it some other day. Now I’ll tell you one more story on 22nd of feb, my friend and her husband had appointment and on that day also there was snow and that same lady was half-an hour (not 6mins)late. Which is fair she said i am sorry because of weather I am late, what does this means bad conditions are only applied to them not for their clients. This lady really need to learn a lesson.

Not a good experience wasting an hour of my time, when me and my wife should have been at office just because people at Commissionaires didn’t have the basic courtesy and time to update on the website that they don’t take fingerprints on Fridays. And to top it off you cannot reach them on the phone number provided on google.

Nice, quick service, clean. Very strict protocol for Covid, only appointment holders allowed and no family members accompanying. In and out really quick.The parking is just by entrance and pretty convenient.

Horrible company to work for the company will try to find reasons to release you especially if your not finished your probationary period. The administration is very unprofessional and they prefer hiring floaters instead of offering permanent positions which results in less pay.

Really dissapointed. Wasted my time, agent did not know her products and was unwilling or unable to reach out to anyone at another branch to ask. Luckily for me, a classmate gave me an alternative office number in Mississauga.. what a difference! This agent was immediately able to identify what I needed and on top of that, fit me in during her lunch break. Well worth the extra tavel. FYI, Fingerprint Plus is also accredited for RCMP checks.

Don't bother wasting your time. Terrible company , no room for advancement. Most of the staff are unprofessional oy good thing is they have interesting sites.

Got my fingerprints done here. I did an appointment beforehand and came in and it took 3 minutes to get it done. Was fast and easy.

The absolute worse service I've ever experienced. Covid has been hard on us all. I get it. This office has had my file since 2018 and have repeatedly dodged my calls and request to get it resolved. I have zero progress and the absolute worst service I've very experienced. High NOT recommended

People here are rude. especially the one sit in the front desk. She seems like so tired of explaining the rule of the building.

Fast and excellent fingerprint service

Don't waste your time at this place. 1. There is nothing on their website that shows they require an early arrival. 2. I was two minutes late when I arrived because a large delivery truck was blocking their door. 3. The front desk person said I had missed my appointment and wouldn't let me in. 4. Front desk staff contradicts themselves. Normally, it only takes 5 minutes to check the non-criminal record, but the front desk staff said it would take more than 15 minutes, while telling me that all their 15-minute appointments are back to back

Very efficient, took around 10 minutes to get fingerprint taken. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
