Great atmosphere and good service. When it's not busy it's a great place to hang out, grab a drink and a bite to eat. Not many food options but the drink menu is extensive with so many interesting combinations to try. Plus the tapioca is always fresh and super soft, never got stale tapioca. The condensed milk toast is delicious! The price is a little high but the quality makes up for it.

This is one of the best tasting and stylish bubble tea spots I've tried in the GTA. The service is superb, the drinks are perfectly made and the café is beautifully decorated. I loved everything about it except they do not accept credit cards for payment less than 10 dollars. Will be back to try desserts next time!

This is probably the best bubble tea I've ever had in my life. This is truly authentic bubble tea, it's made with effort, quality ingredients and fairly priced as well. This drink was by far my all time favorite, an Expresso shot and jelly at the bottom as well as taro & vanilla ice cream on top. This drink was rich, flavorful and honestly one of the best I've had. I come to this cafe time to time to catch up on work over the weekends and it's a friendly environment. A lot of people come here to study and it's a nice and quiet environment as well. The staff are kind and bring out complementary popcorn as a snack for those that are visiting. Overall I love this place and look forward to trying more of their drinks in the near future!

very cozy place, with gorgeous decorations around the place. the rice bowls were good, as the cucumber, and lettuce added a refreshing crunch to the creaminess of the egg, and meat mixed together. mango shaved ice was delicious.

A nice casual hangout spot with friends or dates. Their drink selection is huge and they also have desserts, snacks and entrees. I got their bbq pork and condensed milk toast with honeydew milk tea and Oreo milk tea. Food was great and the atmosphere is nice inside.

I went to this place once back in high school but i didn't stay that long. I was able to go to play games there after spending dinner together. I ordered a strawberry slush with tapioca and lychee jelly, no sugar. It was so good! The tapioca surprised me - it's so soft and well made. The place is really cozy and nice. I can't wait to go back there again! I recommend to check this place out and hang with friends! If you order by online takeout, you get 20% off and earn rewards!

Been here a couple of times. It's a perfect cafe to chill and chat with friends, always had tables available when we went and it's not too noisy. Drinks and food wise, the bubble teas we tried were pretty good but pricier than other retail bubble tea chains in the area, coming to around 7-9 CAD incl taxes. The pearls are softer than other chains and taste completely unsweetened, which I prefer. The milk tea was also a lot more creamier than other stores. I have tried their original bubble milk tea and matcha milk tea with pearls, both very tasty. Food-wise I would say it's not as good as their drinks, some of their lunch menus and snacks are hit or miss and on the saltier side. Safe option imo would be the Taiwanese minced pork with rice. They also have large selection of fruit slushies and latte. The only part I'm not satisfied with their tea menu offering is that they don't offer more traditional milk tea offerings like typical fancier bubble tea stores in Asia like Hojicha milk tea, Jasmine green milk tea etc. We ate their bingsu which is a limited edition menu item, pretty on par with Snowies in the area and similar price, we like that it is less sweet and it is more tailored to Asian taste palate.

Food is good but be aware of a possible price SCAM. I ordered a take out for a formosa and toast which listed as $8.99 and $5.49 on the menu displayed right in front of the counter. Eventually I got charged $10.99 and $6.99 for these two items and the explanation I got is the price on the menu is wrong and I need to use their online menu to get the correct price??? Won’t visit this place again. Update response to the owner: Most of the time I trust the store and make the payment. I figured out the price differences after I got the printed invoice by comparing it with the menu. You can’t assume everyone to know exactly what they will pay especially the final price includes taxes. Also there’s no sign of warnings in the store nor on the menu saying the prices on the menu are incorrect.

This is a cute little spot. Love the cafe vibe they have inside. They direct you to a table and you scan QR code. Send your order in and pay later. It’s a nice mix of tech and personal service. Will definitely be back.

My love for this place cannot be put into words. I am a green grotto enthusiast. Something about the way make their tapioca is my favourite. I really love the rose green tea drink they offer. They also have really good snacks and desserts as well. I especially love the ambience inside. The noodles lightning is wonderful and feels super cozy. A great place to go with friends and catch up with them.

Ordered tea and cheese cake. The cheese cake is from cheese cake factory . So nothing special or unique there . But they have nice collection of teas. We ordered the pot - the fruit pot tea on black tea. You can even order it on green tea base. It was slightly sweet and had beautiful fruit flavor. The tea is infused with Chunks of fruit pieces. It's really nice to have after dinner. To improve - There is a bit of discrepancy in the timing to when to when it's open . The Google map said it's open till 11 pm but when we go there the timing board said it's open till 12 am and the shop owner attested the local timing board. So yea you have time till 12 AM .

Literally one of my favourite bubble tea places. This is the bubble tea place that made me actually like bubble tea. It has a wonderful atmosphere and when you dine in you get free popcorn!!! When you do take out its a bit cheaper!

This is my favourite cafe to come and get work done. The atmosphere is so calming (unless it’s weekend which can sometimes get a bit loud) and the snacks and drinks are really great. I love the ability to just order via QR code. Great vibe!

It was really great! My husband and I met up with our friends here and ordered a fair amount of food. My husband had a Hokkaido Roasted Milk Tea with mixed tapioca and I had the Espresso Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Soy Milk and small tapioca - they were both great! However I think the espresso in my drink tasted a lot like Nescafé. I don’t think I’d order it again but it also wasn’t bad. We also had Salt & Pepper Chicken, Japanese Pancake, and Taiwanese Minced Pork and Egg bowl on rice for dinner and the Condensed Milk Brick Toast for dessert. It was delicious! We could have done without the Japanese Pancake though. Otherwise everything was great! It’s very clean and the service is super sweet. Overall a good experience.

staffs friendly, nice dine in decoration, however a bit pricy and the cheese form is too much, can't drink tea in the beginning, only can drink cheese form. Also curry chicken rice, most chicken is bone, very less meat.

Lovely place, as a first timer dine-in is great. Fast service considered on person on the floor. I am not sure how many cooking. I ordered the BBQ Japanese plate on rice section. With extra eggs. Amazing. As well the strawberry slush. Delcious. Sweet, cold and refreshing. The meat on the bbq, soft, easy to grab and eat. Nicely done. The place looked so comfy and there were japanese magazines to spent time if desired to.
