    The woman who was working there was really rude to me, I was wearing a Tshirt that she knew I was working in general job. She treated me somehow like you don't belong here and just go, I wanted to buy something at last she said sorry we can't sell it.

    Same issue as some reviews below. Had a wedding set since 2013 . Never had any issues with diamonds loose etc..2021 took ring in for inspection as bought the warrenty. Prong on top was broken ..sent in and returned. Within a week lost diamonds in a completely differe location. Took ring into Peoples at bramelea city center Oct 23 2021 was advised due to covid would be about 8 weeks . Heard nothing . No follow up, no emails, called several times was then advised 12 weeks ..then 16 weeks .. we are at end of Feb 2022 and still no email or follow up. And no wedding set till this day. Spend time calling and emailing to track my jewelry. Other jewelry purchased there is poor quality . purchased warrenty for all pieces and some jewelry pieces have broken and no longer available therefore no longer a matching set. They do nothing to offer you a suitable replacement or solution . My advise...purchase jewelry from another retailer even private jewelers as quality and service is much better . Howard's jewelry in Newmarket Mall is highly recommended.

    I give them a 2 because I had a great experience buying my wedding ring and bands from here with my husband. We bought the lifetime diamond plan and it was a good thing we did. My bands and ring have lost diamonds over 4 times. Most recently in September of this year. I sent in my band in the beginning of October and it was to be completed by the end of November as per their email, however to date I haven't received it back and no one will give me an update. My husband bought a necklace from here and had a horrible experience. The manager at the time wouldn't help us, so I had to complain to the corporate office. Overall it's convenient but not worth the hassle.

    Less than 3 months after purchasing my ring, a stone fell off! Would not have gone to this store but needed to exchange a gift. Sloppy workmanship and hopeless after sales service.

    Summary: Shake your jewelry as some of the stones may fall out. Use the website, better deals. I had an unpleasant experience, the whole process from buying to return was harder than it should've been. I bought a necklace and bracelet two piece item, as the teller is wrapping it up one of the stones fall out the necklace. I've already paid for it so initially my options were exchange or store credit. I felt like it was a bait and switch as the manager refused to exchange for an item that was 5 dollars more expense, not even for the good will aspect of the purchase, demanding I essentially buy something more expense. I then was given the option to return it as nothing else was suitable. I kept the other piece and the same thing happened, a stone fell out. Coming to return it, the teller was unable to give me store credit this time when I wanted it. I've bought 6 pieces at this location, in the last year, the 4 I purchased online were fine, the 2 I bought instore were faulty. I question the point of the store now, I will not recommend buying anything they have on clearance or sale without proper inspection. Disappointed with the manager especially, she just didn't seem to care, she mustve thought I would just accept the outcome. 80000 views on my reviews. Cheers.

    The woman working at this location is unhelpful. I’ve repeatedly asked about purchasing a pair of earrings and she has not responded. I will be going somewhere else to spend my money

    Went here today for some necklaces for my kids. If you are in a rush, be patient. It's holiday time, they are busy ensuring every client is taken care of. Ennio, was my representative today and his service was amazing. We had a few laughs and I got what I needed. I was also able to do a ring size and he was very helpful with future purchases. I highly recommend this location.

    Shakila was amazing. I had a issue with my warranty that needed to be addressed so that I could get a pendant fixed and you bet she went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness and attention to detail was fantastic. She also helped me pick out a new chain that I had a specific vision of. Ive been using the bramelea location for years and their entire team is amazing. The customer service and product knowledge is on point. I highly recommend this peoples location.

    Peoples . is a vary famous Canadian Diamond jewelry store. Buying diamond jewelry is a very tricky business... you have to know the basic knowledge , i.e., the ...4 Cs of Diamond...the Cut, Color, Clarity and the Carats ( weight) Clarity and Cut are the most important characteristics of the Diamond. Peoples Jewellers is really a good place to do the diamond jewelry shopping they also have a great collection of others exotic precious stones... and pearls. They have a great collection of diamond engagement and wedding rings in gold with beautiful designs and unique styles . Peoples Jewellers has a well trained staff....they guide you, teaching you helping you. Yes, it is a great place to go and do diamond jewelry shopping.

    We were assisted by Angel today to order our wedding bands, and the experience was welcoming and smooth throughout! We were able to try on a variety of rings, and see how they matched with each other, and Angel was so patient and kind when my partner was changing her mind between rings. This was a choice we wanted to get right and it felt like the sales clerk recognized and appreciated that in her interaction with us, while also being mindful of our budget. Great experience!

    I bought a tennis bracelet online for my mom and for a while there were no emails about a pick up time. All of a sudden in the morning at 7:50 am there’s a email that says the product was delivered to the store please pick up. At 2pm there was another email saying this is a reminder of pick up. 3pm a final noticed was emailed to me to pick up the products. All in the span of a couple hours. So I was concerned about the emails so I called the store twice and nobody answered either. I get it it’s ready for pick up and when I finish work I’ll pick it up. How am I suppose to pay for goods if I’m not working. Once I’m free I’ll definitely come by and pick it up because otherwise I wouldn’t have bought it. When I finally get to the store nobody wants to help me LMAO. Everyone is standing in a group and even the manager is standing around telling stories and talking about their personal lives. A couple employees were hard at work I’m not gonna disrespect the employees that were actually doing their jobs but 85% of them were in a big group (manager/supervisor) included. It was funny the manager told the lady to come help me twice and she fully ignored him like he was a nobody. For a company that was so eager for pick up they aren’t that eager when you go there in person. Also I just wanna mention I’ve already paid online so the company already has the money for the products they shouldn’t be so eager in the emails if this is how they act in person. Again no disrespect to the people who were actually working!!! ( the young girl with the hijab, the young guy with the glasses and the older black lady with the black vest on). I just also wanna say these stores kinda judge you based off of age. When your younger they tend to not take you seriously until they find out you’ve paid. Not accusing the store of anything but that’s how I personally felt.

    Just walked in to pick up my online order from this location 30 minutes ago. Short Indian lady with short straight hair and glasses has absolutely abysmal customer service skills - as if it’s her first day working on the job. The manager also sucks - did not acknowledge me walking into the store and waiting to be helped, he also asked this Indian lady and another lady standing with him to help us, but they were all too busy laughing obnoxiously loud and having their conversation. If the employees can disregard their manager and his orders to them then the customers are nothing. Manager needs some help figuring out how to be more authoritative and actually hold workers accountable. She treated me like a child telling me what to do and not to do with MY personal stuff - extremely disrespectful! Just because you’re old does not mean you automatically deserve respect, it’s earned and will not be given to just anyone. I’ve already paid for my order online to make my pickup experience smooth and easy, this old lady made it extremely difficult for that to be done. There is no “sparkling” customer service at this location - it’s horrendous. The future is not looking great with terrible people like this that exist in the world. Learn to treat people with some respect - you work at a retail store( just like the rest of the world works. Give respect and you’ll receive it. It’s really that simple and easy! And no, I am not interested in trying to make this “better” damage is already done, will not return as a customer.

    Fareed (Bramlea City Center) provided excellent customer service and information for me to make an excellent decision. He showed he a variety of rings, understood what I was interested in, and found the perfect ring that fit my budget. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend People's to my family and friends. Beautiful selection and we get the appraisal right away. Amazing prices. Very happy with my purchase.

    The Worst never again will I ever take anything to People's. I took my three Dimond wedding rings here that were attached where they were perched at different times in 16 years. Engagement, wedding, ten year Anniversary .This was back in June to get it resized to one size bigger. with in a week it came back really shiny. So I didn't release until later because I work construction so I don't where it to often because of all the little Dimonds in each ring. Takes a look after the shine wears off My last Ring was not centered anymore which was crazy too me, it was only a Resized I thought they had to just add more Gold for this. So they are like are you sure yes im sure go back and look at the pictures you sent when i dropped it off. Turns out they unattached all three rings to Resize them Okay so why is the whole band of my ring thinner now with less Gold. So they take it back again with no cost to me by this time I'm upset this ring is everything too me. Comes back again better but not perfect I know my ring very well I have been stairing at it for 16 years at his point I'm just done with them. Not letting them touch anything of mine again.

    My anklet breaks too much and people's will fix again with the extended warranty. Paid over 300 for my anklet and it keeps breaking. They replaced it but it kept breaking. Also, I bought bangles over 500 bucks and did a test to see if it was 14k it wasn't... I was mad it was silver and gold plated. I feel ripped off to what I paid for. Not worth coming here paying overly priced jewelry.

    I wanted to buy my mother a necklace/pendant for Christmas a few years ago. I knew exactly where to go. Yes, Peoples Jewelers. They had the most beautiful ruby colour and diamonds in a heart shaped feature. It was 14 karat gold, and came with a lovely chain. The price was not expensive. I loved the way the necklace sat perfectly around the bace of the neck. My mother loved this gift that also had her birthday stone colour. I was very happy with my purchase and it made my mother smile a little longer and more than usual. It turned out to be a great Christmas....... as my mother passed away the next year. Thank you Peoples Jewelers for the one Christmas I will remember for generations to come. 🎅🎄🇨🇦🎁👵❤❤❤
