weather advisory was issued by newscast stating freezing rain and dangerous driving conditions during the day. My daughter was going to drive from Scarborough to the Vaughan location for a 7 pm class. Website states they open at 6pm. We called and left a message at 11:00 am after hearing the weather reports and indicated that we wanted to reschedule the class. Someone called back a bit later (possibility the owner) and gave us attitude about rescheduling and he stated that he had sent his kids to school today, the weather was fine etc.... i confirmed with my niece who is a teacher in York region that all school buses where cancelled and that she only had 3 students in her class. I told him he was being unreasonable and I wasn't sending my daughter to drive from Scarborough to Vaughan under the driving conditions the weather forecast was issuing. He then said she would forfiet the cost of the class or have to pay a rescheduling fee of $10.00 per person in her group. I am not saying the business is to be avoided but the owner or the person who called us back could have been more professional and not undermine my concerns regarding the freezing rain and driving conditions being reported in all radio and local TV stations.

This was honestly the most fun way to spend my evening! I felt like a kid again getting to paint and express my creativity! The music was awesome and the staff were so knowledgeable and encouraging. Instructions were clear and helpful, and look at my painting! It’s so cute! I will definitely be back to do this again many more times!

Downtown location is better. This location felt uncomfortable - the tables and chairs were too close together and the paints felt like they were watered down. The instructor did her best but she was clearly new and kept saying the painting was bad and that she was only following the instructions. There also was no food to eat other than overpriced mini snacks. The other location has pizza and was less strict about outside food. When I brought in my almost finished Tim’s cup, the instructor told me to finish it at the door because her manager was watching her through the cameras and she would be in trouble. So come here if you want big brother watching the staff and making them feel uneasy!

My boyfriend and I went for my birthday. It was my first time going to a paint night, and I really enjoyed it! I would definitely go again. I wouldn't consider myself a great artist, so when my painting turned out quite well, I was surprised. The instructor walked us through each step well and with good detail. I would go again, and I would recommend!

Had a fun time, but my major issues were that the instructor went really quickly and you couldn’t really see the brush strokes and the tables were really small to fit the paint and drinks, especially if you also brought snacks.

awesome time! i am someone with little to no paint experience.... the instructor made it very easy with well detailed instructions. including what brushes do what / what strokes to do / hard or soft etc. they would also repeat instructions if you asked and very kind about it.

This was a great date night experience. We loved it! I’d suggest getting there maybe 10 minutes early since sometimes the artist/instructor is also the cashier & bartender. Only negative comment is that it seemed as though the artist forgot we were there after a while & just painted on her own for 45 mins without instructing us on next steps so we all winged it & laughed about it outside at the end lol

My wife and I had an amazing time! Hima was an amazing teacher and hostess. We love this place and we are looking forward to come here again.

The painting instructor was nice as was the server at the bar. Unfortunately though the experience wasn’t as expected. I don’t think they respect people’s time. The class was from 730-10 and didn’t begin until 8 and at 1030 when we decided to leave, there was still about 30 minutes left. The breaks were longer than they needed to be and on a Saturday night they should be more mindful of time. Also, if you plan on having a 2.5 hour painting session I would highly recommend getting seats with some back support. I noticed many people stretching their backs periodically due to the lack of support.

Cute experience overall! The teacher was going a bit fast but overall it was a fun activity!

Great experience and awesome space for a private party. I had my birthday party a week ago and it was amazing. Our host Mary was sweet and so much patience. We will be back!

I would have given this 5 stars if the teacher was not so fast, the volume was not so soft, and they had covers for the wine glasses as there was paint in there. We were told to still drink the wine. Other then that the place is organized, it lets you take your own food, and it’s super fun going with a date, family, or friends.

It was fine - price, location, staff are all fine. Except for the person who led the class while we were there. She kept on 'mumbling' into the microphone and covering what she was drawing on the canvas (by standing right in front of the canvas instead of moving a bit to the side so we could see). In turn, it was very hard to follow. She seemed like she was a bit sick that day from the way she spoke (or maybe that's just her voice), but if she was sick, she should have stayed home and not led a class. Not sure if I would return or not as the price and location are fine.

Great atmosphere, surrounded by likeminded people who are all together achieving one goal, and that’s to just have fun and let loose with the swipe of a paint brush. Would highly recommend this cute little nook. Its a perfect place to head to on a rainy/snowy day for some creative painting and wine with loved ones.

Very attentive staff, spacious venue, and well-paced class. As a nice bonus, they also offer a local brand of wine and some snacks throughout the paint session. Overall great place for painting with a group of friends, and it seemed they have a few more artwork options for a future night, so we hope to make it back again soon.

We are going to have our annul party at Pinot's Palette Woodbridge this weekend. This would be the second time we are here. We had great great time last year. Can't wait to come back!

Great experience. I always wanted to do one of those paint and wine nights and I must say I wasn't disappointed. I have NO artistic bone in my body but the clear step by step instructions helped a lot and I was pleased with my results.

Brought my husband there last night… (he had no idea I was taking him there or he wouldn’t have agreed lol) Anyway we had a blast! New experience, great selection of alcohol and amazing artists to help you create a masterpiece!

We booked a paint and drinks wvening for my sister in law's birthday. Our instructor was Samantha. Her energy was amazing. She was amazing. Very patient, fun and made the whoke experience special and memorable for our group.oh and she makes some awesome drinks :) We will definitely return. :)

The experience was not as expected. Laya was the instructor we had. The instructor made mistakes on her own canvas and forgot some of the details although she was following the instructions on her phone. She did not seem like she was prepared and kept saying “this painting sucks”. She kept taking breaks and scrolling through her phone instead of helping us through the painting. She made this experience not enjoyable for us. I would not recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
